Today was probably the worst of many bad experiences with Clicks inside Medicross Langeberg. They are situated inside the Medicross - they close at 17h00 when the doctors see their last clients at 16h45. I had my 2 sick kids (both under 5) at the doctor today, 16h30 & 16h45 respectively. Due to the severity of the issue with my sons ears, we got out of the consult room just before 5pm. I quickly dashed to the pharmacy, who had already shut their gates with only a small gaping exit for the 2 customers still being serviced. I attempted to get service but was told they close at 5pm so cannot help me. I pleaded with the male Pharmacist nearest to me to please assist me with the meds as the kids are ill and in pain. Considering we were the last clients in Medicross, the Pharmacy could have assisted us...it is not like a stream of customers would have followed. Instead he insists they cannot help as they are closed, and that I should go to Cape Gate Clicks for assistance. I am normally a polite and patient person, and have tolerated many unacceptable service related issues at this very Pharmacy in the past, but this takes the cake. I made sure the pharmacist understood that he was sending me away with two sick kids who need their meds, expecting me to load them in the car and take them INTO A MALL to get the medication they need. He clearly does not have kids. It was absolutely disgusting and a disgrace to the Clicks Group. Almost everytime I am there, which is often, customers are complaining and annoyed and frustrated. The service us slow, very very slow, I have once waited an hour to get my medication. What happened to service and consideration. I come from a retail background and this type of treatment would never stand!! I will be lodging a formal complaint with the Medicross too. They should consider a new service provider.

What an awful and ugly ordeal I just had at Kipling Street Clicks pharmacy today. I was poorly served and discriminated against maybe by the colour of my skin by Sinolene who is the pharmacist. What a disgrace to the Clicks name and pharmacy profession.

This Clicks Pharmacy is like a diamond in the rough. Tucked inside of the Medicross Family Center; where one is screened prior to entry. The shop is small but packed with most things you'll be looking for, and the staff are great.

My Dr is in the same building so it's convenient for this pharmacy to be here. The ladies are friendly and very helpful. The only issue I have is sometimes the pharmacists take a bit too long to assist the clients

Wouldn't recommend this Clicks pharmacy, waiting time is too long, don't have all your necessary medication.
