My doctor gave wrong prescription for Blood Pressure meds. When i got to the pharmacy the doctor was closed.The unhelpful pharmacists didn't even want to give me one Blood Pressure pill of the right medicine to last till the next day until I could get the prescription fixed. It is not as if I am addicted to BP pills. No one is....you have to take it!!! They threw me with corporate policy and had zero empathy. Really terrible pharmacists...rather go somewhere else..they are useless

I wish I could give you a 0 out of 5. I know that when its load shedding you close your doors, but while your operating hours is until 6:30pm and the power is still on, why do you close your doors before 6pm to the public, closing all your tills and telling me its because of loadshedding...when the power is still on! Now forcing me to drive to Cape Gate to get ointment for contact lenses? Pathetic, no customer service here...and a poor excuse to go home early...

If you need to get a prescription, rather go somewhere else, unless you are bored and have time to burn. They also don't have the ticketing system so you have to stand in the queue. This is the worst clicks I've been to.

Cant get hold of the dispensery. Unable to arrange my medications I need for my Covid infection. Clicks has severy dropped in their quality of customer service. I hate using them and I think this is the last straw.

Today, from the time that I joined the queue until I left the pharmacy after being served, 50 minutes. 20+ minutes just waiting at the counter for the pharmacist to process and package everything.

Everything always goes smoothly with my chronic medication collections. Been dealing with Mr Cornell Faro at Clicks Pinehurst, and I have always found that he is very friendly and helpful

Terrible at Pinehurst branch and getting worse. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes when you require over the counter medication. Rather go bit further and visit Clicks Graanendal.

Worse service I've ever received in any clicks Pharmacy. No one attend to you and never say anything. I waited for half an hour with no explanation. Worse pharmacist ever.

No one answering the calls in the store(clinic, dispensary, reception etc etc). Tried a lot of times. Irresponsible clicks Pinehurst store. Worst store management.

Bit busy but always good service in dispensary. Pharmacist is polite and friendly, she even assisted me in the aisle when I needed help

Shop hours not reliable as they have no back up in case of loadshedding. Only emergency lights and NO card machines when power is off.

I think the pharmacists may have had the biggest lunch of their lives, because these people don't care how slow they are working.

They don't answer the phones. When they do they do eventually answer they ask you to hold. I wasted R50 airtime for nothing.

Queues can be long but seem to move quickly. Tanya the nurse is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
