This is my second time visitting this clinic and the same problem I observed again. Nurse/Admin doesn't wear mask properly (seem same person). When the same nurse walked out from the Dr room to call for their patient, the mask just wear below her mouth. I feel very uncomfortable to visit this clinic again during this COVID19 period. Surprisely they are granted as one of the vaccination clinic by KKM but so loose on taking care of their SOP. Why the Dr who has better knowledge on the COVID19 doesn't sensitive to this and correct their nurse?

Very bad service, let patient wait for so long, never explain got so much extra charges, fikir dapat ubat covid percuma, tetapi akhirnya disuruh bayar seratus lebih kerana katanya charge utk exta service(RTK dan ubat lain), tapi tak diberitahu harga charge sebelum buat RTK. Kandungan oksigen , suhu badan ,tekanan darah semua tidak diukur tetapi dicharge consultant fees yang tinggi. Penerangan untuk penggunaan ubat covid pun tidak diberi. Sia-siakan usaha kerajaan untuk membantu pesakit covid. Very diappointed and not worth of money.

Brought my wife to clinic few weeks ago for leg swelling. The problem been few months but not ending after getting treatment in many clinic. With god grace Dr Naga treated my wife and the problem resolve within a week. Beside giving the best treatment to her, he also gave adequate information regarding the problem . Not to forget the reception staff are very kind and friendly while attending my wife. Kudos to Dr Naga and clinic team.

First time going there & the registration process was very quick and the clinic is also very clean. Parking was not at issue. Went there for my URTI & Tonsillitis problem and was well consulted by Dr Naga. Very patient in trying to understand my symptoms and detailed in his explanation. Very satisfied with their service & will definitely go there again.

Waited for the service for morethan 30 minutes and receptionist was not friendly and yet I had to take nebulizer treatment outside of the clinic without any monitoring. I can't understand what procedure is that. And payment took way too long because of lack of wifi connection and I never had this kind of emergency service experience even at midnight

Doctors are all good. But the staffs at counter are not friendly. The business hour is no longer 24 hours. The business hour has changed to 7am to 11pm(updated and notice is put on clinic's door). However, doctor only come at 8.30am. They chase us out when patient come at 7am. The service has gone badly after since MCO.

差劲！有预约和walk in 的全部一起排队，应该是收到预约的人优先进去，分开排队的！全部人排了一个小时，什么烂system ! Bad service system !! Registered then keluar tunggu? Panggil nama kat dalam,then orang tunggu outside macam mana boleh dengar? System terlalu bad lah !!!!!!!!!! Appointment pada 10am，tunggu sampai 1:30pm! What the bad appointment system ?

It’s very very bad clinic. And. Always change the doctor . In one case . I meet them in 4 times always different doctor . Working very slow . Reception worker service it’s very bad especially the India girl . Actually one star I also don’t want give . Not next time . Very poor service.

Lepas jumpa doctor masa i tunggu lama untuk ubat . lepas itu i tengok satu permpuan baju warna pink yg ada mickey mouse emoji itu i tengok lama membaiki printer itu.klinik ini masa bagi mc baru nak baiki printer itu. Tolong lah update sikit.saya tak reti bagi star pun kat klinik ini.

Previously i used to come here. But the service here very worst. The doctor is okay. But the counter staff very rude. Not friendly and even can scold patient. Just because im not really sure their procedure. The fat malay and indian lady very rude. Definitely wont come back here!!

We are trying to understand the root causes of allergic, and try to ask few questions. DOC is answer with a high volume and with a sense of shouting to the patient. Bear in mind, if patient is knowledgable like a doctor, then we will not visit doctor for consultation.

Bad experience. Give me follow up date on 16th May, but the medicine only till 14 May. When I called to asked.... answered not convincing and giving a lot excuses. Then asked me go take medicine again on 14th May. I can't drive and this giving me a lot inconveniences.

2:00pm - payment done and staff said TODAY 2:30pm can do PCR test 2:30pm - reach clinic and wait for call 3:00pm - confirm with staff again, they said wait for call 4:20pm - inform that today slot finish, tomorrow only available Waste people money and time

Went to get a basic medical check up for PSV license. The staff over there were "cincai", measure my height and weight incorrectly, telling me that I am 189cm. How can it be that much of difference, I am 172cm all the while.

Very rude service, totally no respect to old folks especially the fat injection malay ladies. System update also very slow. To the Public, please do not support this clinic. Infact i dont even to put 1 star,.... very weak.

Harga sangat berpatutan. Sy dtg untuk dapatkan rawatan disini . Klinik juga beroperasi hingga mlm spnjng pkp. Sy juga lakukan test covid 19 di sinj, dan ianya antara yg termurah setelah membuat perbandingan harga . Tq

24hour clinic but I wait for the doctor from 7AM to 840AM doctor not yet come n the staff tell me that 8AM doctor will reach but 840 d never see the doctor yet n tell me need to wait 10 more min

Brought staffs for Fomema at this clinic. Staffs were very kind and polite. The process was very much efficient and fast. Will recomend this clinic very much. 5 Stars for sure …

Never seen any permanent Doctor in this Clinic. All Locum Doctors. Some of the Doctors need to brush up their manners when dealing with patients.

Klinik ok tak ada masalah..staff pon ok tapi servis lambat. Hampir 1 jam kena tunggu sebelum masuk jumpa doktor. Ada 3 pesakit saja sebelum tu.

Mysejahtera appointed me come here to take vaccine. Queue so long time almost 1 hour still need wait. SOP to take vaccine is so lousy.

Doctor baikk explain semua information. Staff pun semua friendly slalu senyum jugak ☺️ Nanti kalau tak sihat boleh datang sini lagi

我发39度的高烧来看医生 我前面才三个病人 要等一个小时. 病人都等着都可以等死掉了. 而且我看到有一个等着拿药都等了30分钟. 真不明白拿那几种药需要给病人等那么久吗？
