I had an extremely negative experience with this veterinarian clinic. Two weeks ago, one of my cats developed a urinary infection, and based on recommendations from Facebook animal lover groups, I decided to visit this clinic, primarily because Dr. Adil came highly recommended. However, upon my visit, I didn't even get to meet the vet. Instead, only his staff interacted with me, and they took my cat inside for examination. They informed me that my cat required some shots to relieve his pain, and I agreed to the treatment, paying 150 dh. Over the next five days, I diligently took my cat for follow-up visits and paid an additional 50 dh each time. Unfortunately, during the weekend, my cat developed skin infections, which I initially thought might be an allergic reaction to the medication. The situation escalated when I agreed to take care of a neighbor's 3-month-old kitten while she was away. This kitten, like my cats, had never been outdoors. To my dismay, the kitten also developed the same skin infection. I tried to treat it with betadine and fucidine, but the kitten's condition deteriorated rapidly, with vomiting, diarrhea, and a loss of appetite. The next day, another one of my cats displayed similar symptoms. Alarmed, I contacted the clinic, but they informed me that emergency services came at double the rate. I reluctantly agreed and took both the sick cats to the clinic, paying 500 dh for the visit. However, to my disappointment, I didn't get to see the doctor, only an assistant. I voiced my suspicion that the first cat had been contaminated with a virus at the clinic, which had subsequently spread to the others, as my cats never go outside. However, the assistant insisted it was a food allergy and administered injections along with a list of medications. Tragically, the small kitten passed away that night. I tried reaching out to the emergency number but received no response. The following day, four more of my cats fell ill with the same symptoms. When I called the emergency number, it turned out to be the clinic owner's wife who answered, and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge any possibility of contamination from their clinic. I managed to nurse one of my cats back to health with antibiotics at home. On Monday, I took the remaining three to the clinic for injections. However, I was told that Dr. Adil was too busy to see me, and the receptionist and his wife continued to be uncooperative and rude. This entire ordeal has been a nightmare. I'm from Rabat and have taken my pets to various vets in the city, but there's simply no comparison between Targa Vet Clinic and other places. The fact that we never got to meet the doctor directly and only dealt with assistants is concerning. It's shocking that they don't allow pet owners to be present during examinations or have direct communication with Dr. Adil. The most distressing part is that I firmly believe the clinic is responsible for the typhus virus outbreak among my cats due to poor hygiene and negligence. I lost a 3-month-old female kitten in a painful manner, and four of my cats are still under medication. I strongly advise against taking your pets to this clinic due to the high risk of contamination and the presence of a rude wife who is part of the staff.

We are British couple on holiday, we found a very poorly street kitten and we could not leave him in pain in the sun. He could not walk on his front legs and had a bad infection, he had likely been like this for a few days before we found him. We searched google and this vet was the only one that said online that it was open, of course we arrive and the vet was shut. We rung the vet and he came to the shop (for this we were charged for an emergency appointment) We were told that he had a really bad infection, and we paid 800DH upfront for some tests and overnight treatment. Two days later we just receive a message that he has died. The vet does not answer any of our questions, we do not believe that he received the IV anti biotics which he would have needed to survive. We cannot know because the vet does not answer any of our messages. We did not want to leave this poor kitten alone in the sun to die and we now feel that because unfortunately it was the weekend he likely died alone in empty veterinary surgery without the correct care, as we received the message first thing on the Monday morning. The minimum that you expect from a vet is compassion towards all animals regardless of whether they are a street animal or a family pet and regardless of the day of the week that they are brought in.

Je tenais un laisser un avis c'était la première fois que je venais au cabinet du docteur au début nous étions septique parce que ce n'est jamais facile quand on amène notre animal à une personne qu'on ne connait pas forcément on ce demande si il le traitera bien et prendra soin de lui et bien j'ai était très surprise parce qu'ils ont était superbe au début nous voulions ramener notre animal a l'étranger pour ce faire soigner chez ses vétérinaires Fabienne Loos et Dierernarts pour l'opération mais le docteur Adil a était convaincant et a su nous metrre en confiance et nous le regrettons absolument pas il a était superbe je tenais a vous dire une nouvelle fois un très grand merci au docteur Adil pour votre professionnalisme et surtout votre sympathie il a pris en compte le côté humain et prend le temps de donner des explications accompagné de sa superbe équipe très à l'écoute je vous le conseille vivement ! Par ou commencer... Peut être qu'il a quelques années il était bon mais a ce jour il nest la que pour amasser de largent, il a operer mon chat qui avait 13 ans avec une gastrite sans aucunes raison le laissant sortir 30 minutes après son opération malgré le fait que je lui demande de le garder il est décédé le lendemain matin. Il n'y a qu'à voir le nombre d'entrées et de sorties par jour c'est aberrant c'est une usine et qu'on ne vienne pas me dire que les animaux sont bien traités chez lui. De plus c'est une personne avec aucune empathie et inhumain. Qu'il profite bien de son argent fais sur le dos de ces pauvres bêtes sa ne dur qu'un temps. Vétérinaire le pire que j'ai put rencontrer par pitié nemmener pas vos animaux là bas si vous les aimez.

Je conduis mes chiens dans cette clinique depuis 2011. Le docteur à sauvė Swan atteint d'une grave la maladie cardiaque et lui a permis de vivre dans des conditions optimales pendant presque 3 ans. Il a ensuite soigné Djazz pendant de nombreuses années. Malheureusement Djazz était atteint d'un cancer des os et j'ai dû le faire euthanasier. Le docteur Adil s'est déplacé le soir du 31 décembre pour mettre fin à ses souffrances. Depuis 2018, c'est maintenant Mozart qui fréquente la clinique presque tous les mois pour toilettage et visite de contrôle. Tout le personnel est accueillant et je ne peux que dire du bien du docteur Adil qui est un super professionnel, à l''écoute des maîtres et surtout un amoureux sincère des animaux.

De vrai incompétent. J'ai ramené mon chat blessé, une patte cassé et 2 plaies ouverte à l'avant et à l'arrière. On me dit après radio qu'il est cassé mais qu'il faut revenir lundi pour l'opéré. En attendant rien ni atèle, ni plâtre. On ne le désinfecte pas. Il a fallu que je parle pour qu'il soit disant nettoie les plaie et mette une bombe sur une seule des blessures. La 2eme est resté en sang et sans soins. Comme si on demande a un homme ayant le bras cassé de rentrer chez lui et de revenir lundi sans même lui maintenir le bras par une atèle. C vraiment inhumain.

L'équipe est très agréable, sympathique et adil est très professionnel. Je leur apporte souvent des chats des rue et ils sont toujours disponibles pour leur apporter de l'aide et des soins. Simo est même jusqu'à aller chercher un chaton que j'avais signalé dehors. Adil prend le temps à chaque fois de bien examiner les animaux et de m'expliquer de façon pédagogique ce qu'ils ont et les soins. Je n'ai jamais été déçu et ils ont toujours été présents. Bravo pour l'implication et merci pour les soins apportés à mes loulous.

The receptionist are so helpful, I didn't have a RDV but when I said it's urgent because the stray cat is dying, they consider me to come first. Dr.adil is so kind and nice, when he knows that I didn't have much money to save the poor straycat, he gave me a diacount of, 50dhs which is big help for taxi because I live a bit far from targa. Clinic targa have many clients because they are accurate.. Just one thing I didn't like: The Moroccan man worker mocked the big disabled dog because it barks him nonstop..!

This is by far the best vet clinic in Marrakesh. Dr Adil and his staff are all amazing. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr Adil is extremely thorough and takes his time with each animal and also with their owner to answer any questions patiently and with a smile on his face. He really helped me to get everything ready for my animals to travel out of Morocco with me. I will only use this vet in Marrakesh and highly recommend for the best quality care for your pets.

Sehr gute Tierklinik! Die Beste in Marrakesch! Sehr engagierter Tierarzt, kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Hat meinen Hund sogar am Samstag Spätnachmittag nach seiner Sprechstunde noch operiert. Er sagte mir, dass er momentan noch alleine in seiner Praxis arbeitet, aber in drei Monaten deutlich vergrößern wird. Er wird in eine neue Tierklinik ziehen. Dort werden dann 3 Tierärzte arbeiten.

Dr. Adil is very possibly the best vet in all Morocco. We drive all the way from Essaouira with our animals to see him, even though we have 3 vets much closer to us, the closest being only 5 minutes away! His professionalism and love from animals is unmatched, in the 5 years we have been using him everything has gone perfectly. I would rate 10 stars if I could!

Venue de Ouirgane (60kms) sans mon chien beldi qui ne veut pas monter en voiture... j'ai apprécié une nouvelle fois le professionnalisme d'Adil, son écoute, sa bienveillance et son diagnostic d'après photos pour une forte allergie. Best vet in Marrakech! Super friendly service, even on the phone. All staff and Dr Adil are kind with the animals, and provide high quality care and treatment, unlike other veterinary clinics in Marrakech unfortunately. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.
