First time in this place I got in there and the place looks very clean I approach a tall Asian guy wearing black gray hair with they dirty shoes so he gave me a manu I told him it was my first to and he didn't give me any suggestions. I order my but I have to pay upfront that way I didn't get a chance to get something else without pay double or triple taxes, when I ask for the restroom he seems to be upset about it and gave me a key in the bathroom was very clear and fresh, got out and he told me something but it was little hard to understand his English so I reply, said that again and he yelled back to me, seat wherever you like, I was like wow someone is having a bad day I order pho the the one for 16 dlls usually in restaurant they give you the condiments on the side an this bowl was everything in it I got some lime and water, food was good in the menu says this phone has meat balls but I only found 2 little pieces. Well for the price of it I was hoping for a bigger bowl I thing is too expensive for the side and the little meat probably I won't come back to this place and won't recommend to friends.

Nice, somewhat eclectic pho. The Sezchuan option is unique and very good. They also have very good non alcoholic drinks, tea, and milk tea. Prices are fairly typical for Pho, but the quality is definitely better than.

Super excited to have another food option in North Beacon Hill!! The food was very yummy (we got chicken pho, pork vermicelli, and tofu spring rolls). The veggies were fresh and the pork was delicious. We also really enjoyed the pho broth. Excited to come back and try the banh mi! I would mention, it is very bright in there in the evening - went at about 6pm. But other than the florescent lighting the decor is super cute!

Came here with low expectations and im glad to know that the pho is good. Chicken pho was light and full of flavor, but there's no bean sprout and mint garnish, which was a little disappointing. I'm gonna be honest, I don't see myself going here often due to the $16 price. There are other pho places that charge less for pho and have arguably the same quality, if not better. So if you were hoping for a cheap, pho place, then this place isn't for you. Other than that, the food is still really good and both the service and atmosphere are easily 5 stars.

I was looking forward to a new local Phó spot. I’ve lived in Seattle for over 20 years so I’ve had my fair share of amazing Phó! Based off of reviews we decided to give Cloud Cafe a try. This is not Phó. It was hot broth and a ton of noodles. No flavor or richness, the soup lacked all the great things you’re expecting when having Phó….. anise, cloves, cinnamon , coriander Etc. The proteins were dry and shredded like sawdust. The service was us being rushed to order before even sitting down because “we had to pay before we sat down.” Although others were allowed to sit down and order. We won’t be patronizing this restaurant again! Good luck on your food journey through Seattle

Nice service. Very bright fluorescent lights, not super cozy but I guess it's good to get you in and out quickly. Had the mala pho which was unique and quite tasty. However, not the traditional style you'd normally expect when ordering pho. No sprouts, basil, lime wedge. Meat is default steak and brisket only....and there's broccoli which wasn't expected (but good). Deep down I was hoping for options for reliable options of cold cut banh mi, shrimp summer rolls, crispy imperial rolls, and beef pho with meatballs. Guess I'm a bit basic.

I usually dine in and get the traditional pho. The broth is especially good in my opinion! I have celiac and let the person on register know and they assured me that my pho would have no gluten contamination. You order at the counter and they serve it to your table. Lunch is usually not too busy. I've been there once where it was a little challenging to find a table for dinner, but we found a spot within a couple minutes after ordering.

Cute little place! We were craving pho and our usual spot was closed. Passed this spot and decided to try. Good choice! THIS is now our favorite spot! Nice, bright, and clean inside, with cute cloud light fixtures! The young man behind the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful regarding my peanut allergy. The pho was PERFECT! Very tasty and filling! The shrimp spring rolls were excellent! Everything was very fresh and tasty! I'm looking forward to our next visit (or I may just sneak out and go by myself!). Thanks for the great service and for the excellent lunch!

This is a great place for lunch, especially Satay Chicken Pho. Wow what a soup, the flavors were delicious and paired with a pork spring roll makes an awesome lunch on a chilly day. The big windows were great letting in all the sunlight while shielding you from the cold chill of the day. The establishment was clean and neat from what could be seen on the outside but parking could use some help. Otherwise this is an awesome place.

We got some vermicelli bowls this evening. The portion size was good and tasted yummy. Ambiance has improved since they opened. I was put off by my dish missing 3 items it supposedly included. When I asked about it, they claimed it was a menu misprint… I especially missed the herbs that were mysteriously MIA ( lettuce ≠ herbs!) because it would really elevate the flavors! And it’s such a staple in Vietnamese food…you definitely notice when it’s not there. Apparently they don’t give you the standard herb plate with their pho either. Please herb it up better, cloud cafe

Cloud Cafe is a great spot to get dinner right before the Sounders Game as its right by the light rail station. I got the Lemongrass Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bowl and it was really good. They give you a big portion with lots of meat! They had AC (it was a hot day outside and I am grateful it was nice and cool) and good music playing. The staff are friendly and I will definitely stop by and try something different on their menu next time.

Great Pho. Flavor is on point and tastes super fresh. Beyond that, the servings are a problem. I’ve been here a handful of times and it seems they’re getting smaller and smaller. For 15 bucks having very little noodles, beef and broth is not acceptable. Especially when other places around have great quality Pho, with better servings for dollars less. Put your customers first!

Incredible classics with a delicious super flavorful broth options. I got the satay pho with brisket and it was soooo good. Their spring rolls are also so fresh - tofu and pork options. The tea with passion fruit seeds is refreshing and has the expected crunch of the little seeds.

These people had some really good fusion pho. Sichuan. We had the regular pho, which was also good. We got lucky with the parking, it's usually quite difficult around here to find parking. Place is really busy which is a good sign. We will probably go back and try some other items too.

So excited to try this new spot in the neighborhood! Love pho, love green tea, and boba! The pork belly bao is yummy! Little pricey but worth it! The only thing that made me sad is they were out of boba today, but I guess that means they are selling! Cute little spot! My tummy and heart are full. I will add, way better use of this space than that mean lady's salon that was here before!

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. However, I personally felt that the beef pho wasn't worth ~$20. To elaborate, there was significantly less noodles and beef compared other places I've been to. In addition, there wasn't a garnish plate with the pho as well, which I felt would've made the pho taste even better. Keep in mind, this was the only thing I have gotten.

Average restaurant. I'm not sure what is all the fuzz. Food lacks flavor, with the exception of the fried rice. Service is extremely poor. Too bad we are now obliged to leave tips before actually getting the food. Not coming back
