DO NOT VISIT. This place is simply a business market that will empty your wallet. I visited with my mom for her root canal. Dr Jyoti here will do nothing but start telling you how his treatment plan works. He literally took 55k for 2 root canal treatments. In the beginning he tells me the procedure but in the middle of the treatment he told me he needs to put a very little something on the teeth. I thought it maybe related to a tooth filling. On the next appointment he without asking me, took my mom on the chair and cut a little gums with laser saying it will make the crowns fit better. I was so angry because my mother’s mouth was hurt bad. He took extra 10k to trim her gums. And during the entire treatment he kept telling me my mother has bad moth conditions and I should get her implants done as well. There is nothing wrong but he wants her to get implants and he says that will cost 80k in total. I thought it is just me, but during her visit there were other patients and he said the exact same things to others. HE IS LITERALLY LOOTING PEOPLE AND THEIR MONEY AND HE KEEPS SPAMMING ME TILL DATE TO GET IMPLANTS. He didn’t even give us the Warranty card which generally every dentist gives and even after muppets requests he only sent a screenshot for the warranty card he has as a doctor copy. I also understand why there are so many good reviews. The assistant kept bugging me in the middle of a treatment to write review so i earlier gave a good 1 liner review because I was worried they might not do the treatment well. I am sure they do the same with others. I deleted the forced review on the same date and I was waiting for the treatment to end so that I can write the whole truth

I am editing my review...I guess I spoke too soon. Turns out that they are pathetic about their responsibilities with their clients. I started my orthodontic treatment in April 2018. I was told my procedure would last 15 months...and it has been more than two years and I am nowhere close to the ending all because of the lousy appointment making procedure. Things were great until I made the whole payment and hence I wrote the previous review but since after I did made the whole payment, I am barely being contacted with about the appointments. I have to call them and beg for appointments which they happen to give once in a month at max...midway they even changed my doctor. Now with these braces on I have been sacrificing opportunities in my career and personal life. They just need your money after you give them that you're treated like a liability no one really wants to deal with....So just know what you are getting into before hand.

They do have all the infrastructure and cleanliness but they lack knowledge and experience. I don't know if doctors at this clinic is professional or not. I went for my tmj issues at their clinic last year, and instead of checking my joint doctor their started selling me their services like a sales person. Without even looking at my actual issue he suggested me to buy aligners. The experience was as if I am buying a saree from a shop, not at all professional. Now I am visiting other clinic and they said my tmj disorder got worse because these idiots did not cover my last molar in my night guard. Just sold me like I said (cloth shopping). I am writing this review after a month. I hope someone reads it especially from clove dental and just suspend that doctor. For other people reference I would like to mention that person's name "dr. Jha" I hope you guys also save yourself from these good for thing doctors.

इस क्लिनिक का माहौल काफी अच्छा था. मुझे काफी दिनों से दाड़ में दर्द थी और 2 डेंटिस्ट से पूछने पे ये ही सलाह मिली थी क दांत निकालना पड़ेगा. फिर मेरे एक दोस्त ने मुझे डॉक्टर करुणा कालरा के बारे में बताया, जो की रुट कैनाल की स्पेशलिस्ट हैं. यहाँ आने पे डॉक्टर करुणा कालरा ने मुझे बताया के दांत निकालने की ज़रूरत नहीं है और रुट कैनाल करने से दांत ठीक हो सकता है. उनकी सलाह मान के मैंने अपनी दाड़ का रुट कैनाल करवाया , और सिर्फ एक बार इलाज करवाने पे ही मेरा दांत का दर्द ठीक हो गया. दूसरी बार सिर्फ कैपिंग करवाने आना पढ़ा. पूरे इलाज में बोहोत ही काम दर्द हुआ. मैं बोहोत ही संतुष्ट हूँ और सबको ये ही कहूंगा के अगर दांत में दर्द हो या फिर अगर बाकी डॉक्टर दांत निकलवाने की सलाह दे रहे हों तो एक बार डॉक्टर करुणा कालरा से सलाह ज़रूर लें.

I had come over to this Clove Dental Clinic for consultation and review, and it was a wonderful experience. I am not very comfortable with dental reviews due to my past experiences elsewhere, but here the doctors were very experienced and yet humble specially Dr. Alpa and Dr.Dipti, giving me great consultation and personal attention. The clinic was also well- maintained and hygienic with a polite staff. Will definitely come to this particular clinic only for my following reviews. Keep up the good work Clove !

I was experiencing continuous pain in my tooth, and had shown at this particular clinic. I was very scared at first but the doctors here were very courteous and patient. Dr. Alpa and Dr. Dipti had attended me and gave me close examination and suggested how should I proceed with my treatment and rct. It was a pleasant experience and i dint face any issues post treatment as well. I would love to continue seeing here only in future. Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience, would never recommend availing their services. Started braces treatment at Paschim Vihar centre, New Delhi. It took 4+ years for braces- that was promised to complete in 1.5 years. Developed cavities due to prolonged braces in my mouth- that means another expensive treatment over and above the cost paid for braces. They only know how to extort money from patients. Should rename Clove Dental to Cheating Dental.

My experience with Dr. Karuna kalra was excellent. He spent hours educating me and making sure that the plan for my care is the right one for me. This is the best dental in Paschim Vihar (West Delhi). I really appreciate the kind of sterilisation and hygiene they maintain. After every patient walks out fumigation is done to ensure safety. Dr. Karuna is humble and explains the treatment to be done along with pics very well. All the staff is kind and helpful like dental assistant Rajnish. I have been in touch with Clove from good 1 year. My main point of contact has been Dr Jyoti Kumar who is very helpful and kind, he has always suggested right and has done my RCT and crown, he has made the process easy and paineless. Along with Dr Jyoti the clove staff has been a great help in making sure my appointments are on time and all post treatment instructions are provided.

I was in extreme pain and got my Root Canal done from Dr. Karuna who is an expert. Extremely unprofessional. Booked an appointment which was confirmed 4 times from their end. I skipped my other meeting to reach on time but they kept me waiting despite of not having any other patients in the clinic. Upon asking I was told that doctors are busy in meeting. Couldn’t trust such unprofessionals for the treatment and left after 35 minutes of waiting.

I have been here for my RCT and crown treatment done by Dr. Jyoti Kumar Jha.
