Eye was a patron for 30 years and my policy lapsed and to reinstate it my premium went from 65 to 95 dollars and eye am 73 years old with no accidents and no tickets in over 10 years for 1 ticket and no accidents. Some agents can be rude (Denise for one) don’t have good customer service skills learn to listen to your customers instead of over talking and suppose to be a manger?? Manger suppose to listen to any complaints and not over talk then when I ask to speak to Mark it’s like oh he’s not here and he’ll tell you the Same thing.

Clover auto insurance is affordable and I feel secure with their full coverage. They have the feel of a "mom and pop" business so you don't have to go through a bunch of bureaucracy when trying to get in contact with an agent. They also have the lowest rates around and have professional customer service!

Highly recommend. I moved out of state and had sent in the calculation. My email malfunctioned but I sent mark my new policy and he still backdated the cancellation for me. If I move back to Illinois they will get my business back! Great customer service!
