Outstanding customer services! All staffs were so kind and extremely helpful. Amazing staffs reminded me how much I used to enjoy in store shopping. Even though they were short staffed, they paid great attention to me and my friend’s needs and questions. Gorgeous store with high end and sophisticated atmosphere. This is the best Club Monaco store that I’ve ever been to. What a pleasant experience!

the manager is absolutely rude and acts higher then everybody else even her employees ( I can sense the vibe ) knowing it’s just a title. knowing that I didn’t fit her job description she still called for a interview and I wasted my gas just to feel embarrassed and less of myself. it’s a beautiful store don’t get me wrong but I’d rather go someplace else where I don’t feel judged.

This is by far my favorite Club Monaco location. The layout is easy to navigate and well spread out. Alysha assisted me, she’s fantastic and very helpful. Her colleague (didn’t catch his name) was quick to find me sizes and also very nice. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. A+ team

Beautiful store with elegant clothes! There are also free beverages available for customers and a small nice and cozy seating area for those who are accompanying shoppers there while they browse. Highly recommended to tourists and anyone who is looking for an addition of elevated clothing.

The assistant manager in this store might be the most unhelpful person alive. It is as if he’s trying to make your life and shopping experience harder. Honestly I never do this but this man has provided me with the worst customer experience of my life.

Surprisingly lovely store with interesting selection and great customer service (much more helpful than their NYC location). Prices are comparable with JCrew down the street but the style and experience are a lot better!

There is a female sales person with black hair and white skin, seems to be a racist. She refuse to help Me process my return every time I visit the store by all sorts of lying. Won’t shop at this store anymore.

I absolutely love this store. I came here when I was back visiting Seattle from Boston. Compared to the one in Boston, the stylists here are more friendly and helpful!

Wrongly told everything was on 50% off sale and then bought item (at full price) and got home to Amsterdam to discover the security tag was still on it …

It looks like the store is open since all the lights are on and the schedule indicates that’s it’s open but the doors are locked and nobody is inside.
