"Worse car service provider in Hobart"
On 23/7/2020, I booked in with Toyota Co-op to check the engine light on dash on my car (registration number H35PJ). The person who took the car promised that they will be able to fix it, and of course I believed that they will be able to do it because this is not a regular mechanic this is Toyota brand mechanic. While waiting for the car, one of the person working there called me saying that there was something wrong with the air fuel sensor and that will cost about 650$ to fix it. I agreed to it even though I was not be able to hear what the problem was clearly on the phone. When I received the invoice, I was surprised because the part that they changed was exactly the same with what the previous owner of this car did but with another mechanic which is the Sensor bank1 sensor1. I told the person who gave the invoice to me about that and they said if something is wrong then I will have one year guaranty for the part they changed. I took the car home believe that I have given my car to the right person and maybe they are better mechanic than the other one. However, just 10 days after I got back the car, the engine light appeared again on the dash which I was so angry about. I called the Toyota Co-op again and they said to bring the car back for another check. This time they found out another issue which will cost me about 2500$ to fix and will take up to 4 weeks to order the part from Japan. Right from the beginning I have told them that I will need this car to do my driving test on 5/8/2020 and this has caused me so much trouble that I won’t be able to do my driving assessment properly. This is just so unprofessional that they can’t deliver what they promised and just keep charging money during this hard time when we are dealing the the global pandemic and everyone is in tough situation. And I really do not understand why they cannot figure out what the issue was during my first visit, because If I knew that the problem can't be fixed then I won't be bother bringing my car to Toyota to be charged more than average price compared to normal mechanic and can’t be bother to change and pay the exact same part to have the same problem exactly like before i brought it in and lost a lot of money for nothing. In the end, my car is still in the same position and I lost almost 1000$ for absolutely nothing. I really want to bring this to consumer affair in Australia.
Toyota gave me the wrong arrival days of my car schedule for several times in last couple of months. Since those wrong pick up dates that they given me, I start paying my car loan from May and car insurance from June before I received my order. The worst experience is that I have another book in to install the canopy on my pick up day and the sales team knows it since first day. On those "Promised dates", they have not updated me to pick up the car and the reason is that they forgot, busy in other stuff and they have a lot of customers to deal with. This is not happened just once!!!! Therefore, I have to request them to contact other party to change the booking in very last moment. I still feel embarrassing, even I am not the person to ring up the call. I understand that I am not the valuable customer from their perspective to compare with business orders and high-end orders, so they will forget those "promised date". When I ordered my car, they said it would arrive in Feb and I trust them, but in the contract of the estimated date is "April". Later on, the arrival date were 24/5, 15/6 and 20/6 and now postpone to the next financial year. I still gave two / three stars, because they apologize about the situation, try to follow up. They are still willing to discuss with me, when things happened. Hopefully, I can get my car soon for work and would have better follow up. ------ Updated on 23/6/2023 Thanks for the kindly update from the sales team. I get a better expectation now and the further arrangement too, so I just change the score from 2 to 4 and hopefully, both of us can sort it out and experience the good experience from Toyota too.
Co-op toyota was my first and foremost option when we (me and my partner) decided to get our car. We had been saving for months and had just graduated, so we decided to go there and look at our options. Little did we realise that what would have been a joyful moment for us would be ruined completely by a rude and racist experience given by a certain staff there. I would have not written anything here but am still doing so after seeing how effected my partner was by the behaviour extend by Mr Damir Brica. We went there with a budget in mind and after looking at a few cars we were approached by Mr Brica, after knowing our budget he ridiculed us and laughed at us, whilst mentioning that if we could get a car with that budget in mind he would give money to us valued at 10times the price we offered. What was more shocking to see the customer service he offered to a person who was not the same colour as ours 10 minutes ago. A difference of hell and heaven! I have never felt so humiliated in my life. We might not be as rich as Mr Brica but our self respect and morals are much more expensive than any money offered. We left that place and pulled in our savings ,bought car from JMC much much better with kilometres and other specificitiesat the price that Mr Brica offered. The reason we decided to expand our savings was because of the politeness and experience we got at JMC. That experience at Co-op was the worst I have experienced at Tassie, even for me because I work at retail and liaise with all sorts of people everyday. Never will I set foot at that place nor will I recommend anybody to go there.
Absolutely disgusted - Had been liaising with Samantha for 3 days regarding a 2018 Toyota Hilux, offered a cash price plus a trade in, this afternoon. Which she had informed she could not do, however they were happy to accept another offer. She then wrote another email, stating that her maths was incorrect and could we please offer xxx amount, we denied and then spoke about it and decided we really wanted this vehicle so accepted our loan and the money went into our account. I phoned Samantha and advised we would be happy to do the offer she then advised "did you not see my email" I said yes it states you are happy to accept $xxx including trade in. She advised this was incorrect. TWICE the incorrect information had been provided with the incorrect figures, she asked whether I would like the manager to phone. Manager phoned and was quite aggressively yelling advising he isn't going to accept the offer, as it was $5,000 less than what they wanted, this was not my point - my point was that the information was not correct, I asked Mark to re-read the email and he agreed twice it was incorrect (yet this was not explained) and we have the emails advising of this. We are now left with an extremely large loan and without the vehicle we wanted, as we accepted the loan based on the emails that were sent to us. Please be very careful when dealing with Samantha & Mark, we are absolutely heart broken. Mark was not apologetic and when I advised legal action would be taken he hung up the phone. I will be pursuing with legal action.
Worse car service provider in Hobart. Mechanics have no experience how to fix car issues. To fix car issues at co op Toyota is just waste of time because they first do diagnosis, and then after 1 or 2 weeks we can get appointment to fix that car issues. In our case, they did diagnosis 2 times, and find the causes of misfire. After 2 weeks, we got an appointment to fix it. But they do not fix the problem, and hand over the car to us. We paid 2000 dollar for it, and the car issues were not fixed by them. They just wrote on the paper that we have fixed these issues. We trusted them and took the car from shop. When we come back at home and drive car , all issues were as it is. We disppointed because we paid $2000 for it. We wasted 1 month behind it, in hope that they will fix our car, but they are cheater. They just took money and didn't fix anything. Every time they come up new thing like first time said you need to change fuel filter, and next time said need to clean injectors, and lastly said need new fuel pump. Then we took our car from shop, and went to another mechanic in Hobart, they just fixed the car in 2 days. They just replaced one fuel injector, and all car issues were fixed. They did good job which Toyota co op couldn't do it. Toyota co op could not fix the problem. Same on them. They have just big name, not good service. Do not waste time and money at co op Toyota.
One star because that is the minimum rating. We called Co-op to see if they could look at a fault with our landcruiser. The vehicle is under warranty and we have been visiting Tasmania from interstate. One of the selling points for this vehicle was the national warranty support network - which doesn't exist in Hobart! The issue with our vehicle appears to be an electrical switch failure which limits the vehicle's off road ability. This in turn limits our remaining travel plans. The Co-op receptionist advised we would need to pay up front for a diagnosis to see if the issue was covered by warranty - then repairs might be covered. We've never experienced this pay up front approach to warranty support. To cap things off the receptionist referred to us as blow-ins because we hadn't made a booking. Sorry - we didn't realise something would fail. Poor service such as this is offensive and indicates a culture of disrespect for customers. Time for some staff training - maybe some new staff who have manners. This is the only disappointing part of our visit to Tasmania. We would never go to this dealership again and would encourage others to go elsewhere. Fortunately a dealership in Melbourne can assist us - with no up front costs and professional customer service.
Hi, Recently , i bought a Toyota Camry 2014 from Co op Toyota. I picked up my car on 04TH of May 2019 between 5pm to 5.30pm . The next day we decided to visit my cousin's place in Devenport and the "Toyota Car" started making noise from the Front wheel near Lunceston . Without taking any risk driving the car with my 20 months old Daughter, i called RACT to check my car but the RACT said to me that the noise is bit New for him and requested me to contact Toyota. Immideately i called Co op toyota Hobart and spoke to one of their senior manager . As per his advice RACT had to tow the car to one of their mechanic shop. From Lunceston, we had to catch Taxi (which was covered by RACT ) . It was really Bad weekend for US. My baby was really tired because of all the travel . I have visited Co op toyota today in the morning but i have not got any positive response and steps taken yet from them. I drive mon to fri to work which i am doing with my old car . When i was buying the car , they did not say that it's got some mechanical issue. Please check your car properly before you purchase or to sale to the customer . First experience but Bad experience with co op Toyota!!!!
Decided Toyota was a smart choice, did my research had visited a couple of times and test driven. Headed in on a Saturday morning to make enquires about a possible demo model. The Sales Manager was unpleasant, spoke terribly and made “offer” on a car that may or may not have driven several kilometres already. My Father who was with me said that the minuscule offer was pocket change and we left. No negotiation to be had. As we were leaving he followed us out the door looking for an argument. He aggressively asked Dad ‘what did you expect?’ My Father turned to him and said he was making a comment to me and if he took offence that was his choice. As the sales Manager walked back into the offices he made this awful noise and punched his fist in to his hand. I stood there in complete disbelief. Horrified. The mans behaviour was threatening at best. I would prefer to chew off my own foot than buy a car from this company giving them a penny of my hard earned money. I can only imagine what a nightmare after sale service would be. Don’t expect respect, professionalism or a good deal here. If you’re stuck on a Toyota buy one elsewhere.
We have recently updated to a 2019 Yaris at Toyota Hobart, and are very impressed, not only with the customer service we received from every person we met, but the sense of a team culture within the business. While still “browsing” at our initial contact with salesperson Damir, he immediately understood our requirements and price range, and helped us to compare the features of various models, before allowing us time to consider our options, and make our decision. We appreciate his friendly courtesy and attention to customer satisfaction. We found manager Mark to be welcoming, friendly and accommodating during our discussion of payment options, trade-in and pickup arrangements. As Damir was away at handover time, Mark took time to orientate us to the digital features and control buttons, even setting up the Bluetooth to our phones. (Our thanks to Samantha for her help, too.) He also took us across to the service area to meet the team there. From our interactions with him and other staff we’ve met, Mark is obviously, and justifiably, very proud and supportive of all his Co-Op team members. Our thanks to you all!
It was always a great experience in taking services from Co op Toyota hobart but this morning was the weirdest experience ever. I used to recommend every friends of mine to go there get the best cars for yourself but now I will never recommend anyone. I went today to buy a car in the used section and I was greeted with all sort of unprofessionalism. A customer will be going and asking for every possible options for him and one has to provide service to him. We are spending our time and so as you guys, the way we respect yours in the same way you should provide us with great service in every aspects. I am very disappointed today as just like you guys I have also earned my money with hard work and will be spending it wisely over a car. Over all totally very disappointed and will not be taking any services for any of my car from now onwards. I am very sorry for putting this on google reviews but that was really nasty for me. And losing one customer like me I think that won’t make any difference to you guys. Thanks and good luck.
Worst place to service your car. I had a burning rubber smell from under the hood of a Toyota kluger. Paid them 160 dollars twice for the same issue to be diagnosed. Initially on the first diagnosis they said the gaskit wire needs changing it costed $700 and there was no oil leak. Then the smell was still there and I called them again. Booked for diagnosis of the same issue. Paid diagnosis fee again for the same issue. And they said there are multiple leaks but u can still drive it. To fix it we ll need the new engine. Thank god I had a friend who works as a mechanic and repairs and services government ambulances. Adviced me to take it to a near by mechanic and get the alternator checked and that was the problem. Toyota cop service team is the biggest rip off. I bought my car in Sydney and never had issues. They didn’t even tell me what the problem is still charged diagnosis for the same issue that I paid a grand for before. I DONT THINK TOYOTA BRAND IS BAD. TOYOTA coop Hobart is certainly a rip off.
Very poor service from Toyota Hobart. Left my car for a major service today. My main concern was- Total Average fuel consumption used to be more than 27km/ltr last year. And it has been reduced to 24.6km/ltr. I asked customer representative Mike if mechanic can check on this. But when I reached home, I saw it becomes 18.4km/ltr now showing in odometer. What did they do to make it even worse. While collecting my car i asked if my issue was resolved? Another customer representative didn’t understand what i was trying to ask. He just lightly said yes’ and quickly made me to pay $695 without any brief explanation about what they changed or checked? Are they only there to take payment from customer and not informing us about the service made? My Hybrid Car fuel consumption went from bad to worst. Where to complain this? To whom do I speak that can actually solve my problem? I don’t think customer representatives are well trained to deal customer’s mechanical issues. My car rego is k23cq.
We arrived in the UK and needed a car asap, we went to co-op Toyoto in Hobart and rhe service we received was 10/10. Damir was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and mind in helping us find the best car within our budget and for our needs. Thank you Damir Mark the manager was also amazing and kindly lent us a car until ours was ready to save us using taxis which as a family was costing a small fortune! His bubbly personality was a joy Thank you Mark. And also braden the assistant manager for explaining the process of transferring the vehicle and sorting our payment from the uk account smoothly. All in all the BEST experience we have ever recieved from a dealership we have ever had. Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity and knowledge and for welcoming us to your beautiful country that is Tasmania. We will now continue to use co-op toyata Hobart/kingston for our vehicle needs in the future. Thank you Jeanette and carl. Ps I love my new car
We have been travelling Aust, servicing our car at multiple Toyotas around the country, and not only was this more expensive by over $100 (on a small service) for a comparable service to anywhere else around the country, they were very dismissive of issues we were having. When I asked them about the price and why it was so much higher, the manager I spoke to was confused, and asked for me to show proof it was cheaper elsewhere as she said it shouldn’t be, and then once I showed proof as requested, I was ignored and the replies stopped. In 15yrs of owning and servicing multiple cars with Toyota, this was the first negative experience we have had and it was definitely a shock! Definitely feel for the locals they are ripping off every day as I’m not sure people are aware just how over charged they are. We also now have to take our car to be looked at by another service centre as they couldn’t help us with issues we were having.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from Co-op Toyota. I ordered a vehicle in May 2021, and I was told 3-4 month delivery. I understand how covid has affected delivery times for vehicles, however the salesman told me to be patient and he would handle everything including dealing with Norweld and ARB to get accessories fitted. Was advised in mid January 2022 that the vehicle was in the country which was great, but was then advised by salesman at Co-op that there would be a further 20 week delay for accessories to be fitted, and vehicle delivered. Apparently the dealership hadn't communicated with the accessory suppliers when I ordered the vehicle. As the quotes for accessories are now more expensive Co-op Toyota want me to wear not only the extra cost (in the thousands) but the extra time delay as well. Not happy!!! wouldn't recommend
I recently bought a hilux from Toyota Hobart. Jarrod and Andy could not have made the process any more easier, and less stressful! They went above and beyond and worked incredibly hard to get me back on the road ASAP. Their communication was amazeballs, they responded to texts incredibly quickly, kept me up to date and in the loop without having to be asked. They were both incredibly patient, explained things clearly and simply, didn’t pressure or push, and knew how to crack a joke. Post sale, Jarrod has continued checking in to see how the new girl is going, and if there’s anything else I need. Will definitely be buying from Toyota again!
I have dealt with a larger than average number of car dealerships over the last few years, with various degrees of success and never bothered to write a review, but I thought I'd make an exception in this case. I have found Co-op Toyota Hobart used car division to be the best when it comes to honest no bull dealings. Manager Mark, business manager Braden and in particular salesperson Demir Brica who has helped me with numerous vehicles in the past and always treated with the highest respect and patience . Five out of five stares for Coop Hobart and an additional five stares for Demir, ( my go to sales person.
Absolute rubish. They refused to repair my car which is under warranty because it meant they will need to order a part from Japan which is more cost for them. And the nice part they were not ashamed to tell me! Comment on their response below: I like their response below. So basically they are acknowledging that the car is faulty but they will still not fix it because this whole model is faulty! By the way I videoed the test drive/inspection, and how their mechanic was surprised by the voice and told me they'll order the part. I can post it!
Poor service and cost me a lot for nothing. My Rav4 had some problem regarding shaking steering and louder noise kinda helicopter sound while driving and left my car there for the repairment. All they have found an empty coke can that has been sitting in my rear door and told me to replace 4 tyres. When i told them i had my tyre replaced 2 weeks earlier they didnt say a word to me. Car still makes loud noise while driving. Cost me around $500 bucks for nothing. Please dont waste your time and money to them or else you will regret.
I had a great experience buying my first car at Toyota Co-op. Damir was very helpful and explained the car features to me clearly. He did not pressure me to commit to anything and waited patiently for me to make my decision. James helped me with the finance side and he was helpful and thorough with his information. When I collected the car, Damir turned it over to me shiny, clean, and with a full tank. The car is also of good quality and had all the necessary checks done. It was a very good experience. Highly recommended!
All I can say is our experience with Co-Op Toyota was nothing short of amazing. We had been looking for a vehicle for a week and had some not-so-pleasant experiences at other car yards but Cameron from the Kingston branch and Mark from Hobart went above and beyond! We were given more than we expected on our trade, some minor interior trims that were scuffed were replaced and when we collected the vehicle every last detail was explained. Cameron & Mark, thank you so much
Abdul and the team at Co-Op Toyota Hobart have been outstanding, going above and beyond in helping me source a vehicle part for my Kluger, and even successfully applying for financial assistance from Toyota Australia, so that my vehicle could be repaired at no cost for me, despite the age of the car. Can't recommend the team at Co-Op Toyota more highly for their brilliant customer service, not just this time but throughout the last 10+ years since I bought my car from them.
Purchased a new Hybrid Corolla from these guys. Had a great experience. Staff were attentive without being pushy. They hung around late on a weekday a couple of times to suit our work schedule. Finance was quickly sorted and clearly explained. The changes to vehicle finance due to recent government regulatory changes were clearly articulated in an understandable way. A bunch of other little touches made driving away the new car a wonderful experience. Thanks!
Truly fantastic experience buying my beautiful cherry red yaris from mitch. He was helpful friendly and always available to chat and made it a fun and stressless process. Went back in with a few questions and even though he was very busy he made time for me. I also got a great deal. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly and it was very professional. I coudn't be happier. Oh what a feeling toyota! And the yaris is roomier than it looks. Pamela
Took my mum shopping for a new car. My mum has always loved Toyota Absolute terrible service . Interrupted by another staff member asking the staff member had he approached lady in car park as she was interested in a car the other day. rude and not willing to answer questions. Were not shy asking us to use finance as they prefer finance to make more money . We happily took our money to Mazda and brought a brand new car .
very ,very poor customer service, once again a prime example of profit rather than a fair compromise, pity there wasn't a negative star option, then again there wouldn't be enough of thiose stars available. Just a suggestion to take on board may be you can cash in on a couple of less of those massage chairs to free up some much needed funds. I"m sure your share holders won't object. Tegards Ty.
It was a perfect experience with Samantha and Jarrod. Sam did a great job in customer service and answer all my enquiry. Although it took few days to repair the tyre pressure monitor system, Sam and Jarrod kept following up all update from workshop. It’s relay lovely been looked after since the first day I walked in their office. You have my warmest recommendation. Thank you Sam and Jarrod.
Over the last few months I have had extensive dealings with all of the major car dealerships in Hobart, having bought two vehicles and sold one. There is no doubt that Co-Op Toyota stands head and shoulders above them all. I would particularly recommend Stuart Graves who provided exceptional friendly, insightful and helpful service that was truly professional - thanks for all of your help!
Fully modern Toyota dealer in Hobart Tasmania...l just buy consumables like oil diesel and air filters from Toyota as l only use genuine for these critical components Was 63 bucks for genuine diesel and oil filter...for a V8 turbo engine...here.. The workshop looked super modern and clean great parts service everything you would expect from a major Toyota dealership ...5 stars
Damir Brica was the Toyota agent when I bought my car few weeks ago. He was very professional and polite. He was really helpful. He understood my needs immediately and showed the options to choose my perfect car. Even he delivered my car to my home. I had very good experience with Damir. I feel he is very reliable and trustworthy to choose a used car from Co-Op Toyota.
Today I went to the Used Car section to browse and was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Not only did they have the model I wanted the deal was great and the finance rate excellent. Damir Brica is very knowledgeable about the cars they sell and his humble polite manner helped me immensely with my purchase. Thank you Co-op for your help. Marco
Well, partly unsuccesful was the long and short of it. I was seeking a small plastic fuel line clip which the nice gentleman at Toyota was able to look up and give me a part no for. Alas, my car is a 1996 Starlet model and they (Toyota) don't have a supply of those anymore. But it is a pleasant place to go to and the staff are helpful. So it gets an 8/10.
I recently purchased a used car from Samantha at Coop Toyota in Hobart. She was great to deal with. She was friendly, listened to my needs and aas so very generous with her time. She took a considerable amount of time out of her day to ensure I knew how the vehicle worked, what everything did and how things connected. It felt very comfortable and happy.
Recently done my gear box transmission through them, but they have not done their job properly, within few days my gear box was broken and my mechanic told me there was not enough fluid in the transmission, very bad and poor service, It cost me a lot of money to replace. Think twice for your next service!!! Really disappointed!
We were visiting Tassie last week and had an issue with the fuel filter on our Prado. Cameron from the Service Dept was fantastic and very kindly "fitted " our Prado to have it replaced all in about 2 hours. Again a special thank you to Cameron. Great service - thank you Tassie and C0-OP Toyota. All the best Jim & Diane Murphy
Old mate Craig who works here provides exceptionally rude service and grunts at you over the phone. Love it when people like this talk to you like they wish you hadn’t called. He made a mistake and refused to admit it, citing all sorts of bizarre reasons it might have happened. Ok champ, will take my business elsewhere.
Great experience. We got a good price for our trade in and paid a good price for our new car. Car was well very presented. The paperwork and transaction was completed within 30mins. Service from Sam was perfect. Very informative and welcoming to my family. At no stage was she pushy or overbearing. A+
Used to have fantastic customer service. They now close at 5pm which is useless for full-time workers. Should have web payment solution for this instance seeing you can't pickup the car before paying but they close at a ridiculous hour but it's ok because they'll take payment over the phone.
Very helpful sales professional. Mitch listened carefully and attended to our concerns beyond what we expected. The person ( I think his name was Stuart) who greeted us as we entered was very friendly also. Hobart Toyota was much better than Melbourne city Toyota.
A great experience with a confident and friendly team. A big thanks to Damir, Mark and especially to Jarrod Collis for the support through the purchase. A proper gent. Great to have such honest and reliable professionals. Highly recommend Toyota Co-op Hobart.
I had an excellent experience with Damir when purchasing my car! Very helpful, explained everything clearly and even went above and beyond to get myself a good deal after a bit of disappointment when the car I originally wanted to purchase had just been sold!
Absolutely amazing experience. Samantha and Jarrod were amazing. Made life easy buying a car for the first time through a dealership. Any questions were answered straight away. The extra care and service they took was amazing. They all went above and beyond.
Just bought the used car Camry from Stuart. Fantastic experience and Stuart is very helpful and polite. Fix all the issues that I’m concerned about the car before pass it to my hand. Recommend Stuart for those who want to buy a second hand car from there:)
Professional service, professional support, professional standard of work. Mike & his team are to be commended for their willingness to go the extra mile & find practical solutions to problems. The consistent quality service by the team is greatly valued.
Very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! He didn't showed me options to choose them from; I am going to buy Toyota but not from this showroom. I have always loved and owned TOYOTA since 2013 but today I was made felt that I am not supposed to buy the car.
Really amazing and more importantly, stress-free experience with Stuart. He was very patient in recommending cars which suited our needs and budgets and made the purchase very easy. I would highly recommend Stuart and the team at Toyota!
Jarrod was fantastic to deal with - efficient with great communication. Made the process seamless and fast - wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Jarrod and Sam. Process from start to finish was professional and most importantly easy!
very 'professional', if you enjoy dealing with vampires... they smile at your insincerely with a mouth full of shiny teeth, then when you least expect it bite you on the neck and attempt to drain every last drop of blood. Beware!
Sales person was unwelcoming. Judging customers and providing service based on the status is something we have felt when we came to browse options to buy a car. Sales person needs to be trained for the concept of equity. Thanks.
Our 2013 RAV4 had transmission failure that was replaced swiftly and professionally by the service/warranty team (Abdul & Bree) and Toyota Australia. Easy communication, courtesy vehicle and allround great customer service.
Co-Op Toyota Hobart are excellent to deal with Samantha was lovely and knew her cars and answered what questions we had efficiently. Thoroughly recommend these guys to buy a used car from and purchased one on the day …
Awesome personal service and very helpful to get us in the vehicle the same day.Gave us a courtesy car to get insurance and funds to purchases the car. Very friendly staff went the extra mile to ensure our purchase.
Recently purchased a vehicle from the hobart yard. Damir was an expert his knowledge about the vehicle and his customer service was a cut above I must say. Co-op you have a great asset with Damir on your sales Team
My experience with Stuart was seamless. He was attentive and highly motivated to assist us with the purchase of a vehicle. Stuart is an asset to Co-Op Hobart and truly knows a traditional sense of service.
This has to be the best place to buy a newer car. The second hand car sales team are amazing. 2 cars this year from you and we will be back to do business with you again in the future. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
Damir Brica this agent is really very rude and racist. No professionalism, don’t know how to talk with people. Really very saddening to see company like toyota keep such people to deal with customers.
Long time customer of Toyota. I have never had such a quick seemless process then when dealing with Jarrod Collis! Provides a great service and explains everything in detail. 5 stars from me
Sam and the team at Coop Toyota looked after us brilliantly. Sam made us feel welcome, was courteous, professional, honest, showed attention to detail and did what she said she'd do. Well done Sam!
Bit expensive... considering the quality and price point of aftermarket parts these days. That said, great service, can’t fault customer service. Just better deals to be had. In my opinion.
I’m very happy with the service received at Toyota! Damir was extremely helpful and went above and beyond delivering our new car to our home. I recommend the team at Toyota Hobart!
Looking for parts but given the age of my car, Co-Op couldn't assist. The gentleman with the luxuriant beard was very patient, and offered excellent alternatives. Great service.
Worst & childish behaviour by jarrod collis, he is such immature kid..he works in the used cars Toyota. Terrible & ugly behaviour by him. I would like to present him a lollipop
Took me a day to arrange to be able to use another vehicle while mine was going to be serviced & a recall then canceled me at 7.55am when i was parked out the front of Toyota.
Worst and pathetic customer service ever in my life…. I felt very racial disrespect and rude behaviour when i asking my doubts about my car service… very very disappointed….
Crikey's, I am thankful to have read the lowest reviews. Sounds like I have dodged a bullet as was planning to buy a new car. I won't waste my time looking at this business.
Very happy with the service I received from Samantha, the experience was above and beyond and I look forward to making my next purchase through the co-op used department.
Great service!! As an inter-state buyer, they took out all the uncertainty for me, updated me every stage and I felt informed all the way. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. And my car was so clean and shiny when I picked it up, I almost didn't recognise it!
Unhappy with the service. When we discovered issues, they wouldn't claim responsibility. Would not recommend.
New car sales and service center. Provides free shuttle service while waiting for your car to be serviced.
