When my uncle passed away I phoned many funeral directors trying to arrange the very first funeral in my life. Not an easy moment to be honest especially with COVID19 era where everything even funerals appear different. Spoke to Maria who was more than helpful. At the end of the call she said " I appreciate this is the first time you organise a funeral. Even if you decide to go with other funeral directors just remember if you have any questions or anything you unsure of just pick the phone up and call me ill be happy to help". That's when I knew I'll be in good hands and made my decision within minutes. Truly outstanding service. Very informative, patient and no request was too much for them. Thanks to Maria and the crew at Hounslow co-op funeral directors my uncle's send off was just how we wanted it to look like. Once again thank you very much!

I loss my Mother April 2020 , it's my first time to experience like this and I don't have any Idea how Hard to arrange Funeral and what To do..My Daughter B.F. recommend Co-Op and they deal with everything in funeral and advice and struction are clear and very helpful , I recommend Co-Op as well with my close family friend who is his Dad pass away as well the next 2 days with my Mum..I really appreciate what they done for us... Georgia is wonderful, very compassionate and patiently listens to everyone's twaddle. Thank you so much Georgia. On the day, the Hayes team supplied the cars, drivers and Funeral Director and they were all phenomenal. Sinead and Stephanie was amazing they have helped us have the best send off for my baby Luka.
