"I have noted with alot of concern that my money keeps disappearing from my account, i have tried calling to no avail, this is so disgusting and scary at the same time, how can i trust such a bank with my salary if you keep stealing from my account"

I have noted with alot of concern that my money keeps disappearing from my account, i have tried calling to no avail, this is so disgusting and scary at the same time, how can i trust such a bank with my salary if you keep stealing from my account. Shame on you i will definitely launch a complain and change my bank.
Today I visited the branch embakasi Junction about r my atm being blocked..After giving them the necessary information. A lady by the name of winnie customer care advised that I will be called for the issue to be sorted out ....4hrs later … Zaidi
The service is very poor. It's either the branch is under staff or the staff are just plain lazy. I arrive at 0900hrs with just 12 customers in front of me and it takes me 2hrs to get service. It's just pathetic.
Took quite some time and moved here and there to open an account. It took me 3 hrs just to open a coop account. I only give it a 3 because the staff were friendly amd helpful. Otherwise I had rated it as 1 star

The service and willingness by the attendants from this bank really amazes me. I would recommend many people to visit here and enjoy the fast and pleasing services
Taking long to approve a loan whereby other coop branches takes few hours to approve. Something must be wrong with branch either the staff or the manager.
Customer service is poor because of services duration time. Great location though not too much space for parking. Convenience for ATM services only.
This has to be the worst coop bank branch I have ever been. Very poor on customer Care.very unfriendly staff. They look demoralized and overworked.
We stood in the rain with the security officials selectively allowing people they felt had more money than us
