Last night me and a friend wanted some bubble tea, she said this place was the best. She was right, it was the best bubble tea I've had, I ordered the taro milk tea. I would've rated 5 stars if that was it. But unfortunately this location in particular suffers from poor communication and management. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. After seeing a long line inside I thought I'd be smart and order online and wait in the car. However I took note of the people in line. I figured once the last person in the line got their drink I'd be next. This was after 20 minutes of waiting. I walk in and wait another 5 mins to get their attention, after doing so they tell me they've Recieved my order but haven't punched it in or started it yet. They tell me to come back in 15 minutes. I do, guess what still not ready, but I see my order on the counter, I said is that my order and they said they're not sure and would text me when they have my order ready. I literally walked to my car sat down and got a text saying it was ready. That was obviously my order. All in all I waited about 45 minutes for my order which was 2x longer than someone else who ordered at the same time as me, but they ordered in person and I ordered online, it shouldn't matter tho. If the bubble tea was average I would easily say I'm never returning bc of the waste of time. But damn that was the best bubble tea Ive ever had. 5 stars for quality, 1 star for service. I'm not coming back to this location for a while and I suggest all of you order Atleast 45 mins in advance if Ur ordering online because they might not have time to "punch it in" if they're busy with customers that matter more (in person). Although because the bubble tea was rly good I'll be trying other locations, hopefully it was just this location that has problems.

I ordered a caramel milk tea with brown sugar pearls. I took my first sip after I had left the location and instantly was repulsed. The texture of the "brown sugar pearls" was not how they should have tasted. I told my friend how disgusting my drink was and asked if her was good because she had also gotten brown sugar pearls and she said hers was delicious. I took a few more sips to see if the texture and taste of the "brown sugar pearls" would improve. It did not, I told my friend that the pearls tasted like beans and did not have the texture of taste of pearls. I went back to the location after a few minutes to complain about the drink. The cashier was incredibly rude when I explained that I was clearly given the wrong pearls and instead of asking to see my drink she told me that I didn't know what the pearls were supposed to taste like and asked me if I would like to purchase another drink. I said no I'm not paying to get another bad drink. With a huge attitude she took my drink and gave it to another staff member who thankfully opened the drink and noticed that it was not brown sugar pearls in my drink but instead it was red beans. Thankfully that employee apologized and made me the drink I ordered correctly. The cashier that was working on Wednesday, September 27th at around 7pm needs to be spoken to about her attitude and poor customer service.

I'm not one to write reviews-- ever, but this was absolutely the worst service I've ever had. The cashier was extremely rude and tried to rush our order even though the place had no one in line and there were 4 of us. We had to take a little extra time because one of our group members was still learning English and we were translating for him. She repeated our order back to us and told us to check the screen. She then rushed us to confirm the order and it turns out that she entered the order wrong. Since she repeated the order back to us, I thought the order was fine and it really seemed like she wanted us to leave as soon as possible. When our drinks came, one of the drinks was wrong so I calmly asked about it and she flew off the handle saying it was my fault that it was wrong. She then started yelling at my mom who was upset that she was yelling at me when I asked about it. The manager apologized and made me a new drink. The cashier continued to yell at my mom telling her to be "a good customer" and asked her to leave when my mom continued to talk to her and not even yelling back. To top it all off, one of the drinks wasn't sealed properly and when we asked about it, they said it was sealed fine. We left that drink. It's not even about the money, the attitude of this particular set of staff was the worst. I've worked in customer service, so I do understand from the employees' point of view, but I would actually give this place a negative rating if I could.

I've been coming to this Coco location for a while now and the service has always been quick and efficient, however, today it was terrible (and it was a Tuesday). The store has a 4 person capacity due to COVID regulations and my friend and I were the third and fourth people as there were already two people waiting yet they still allowed people to enter to the point where there were a total of 8 people in the store which is not good as no one is monitoring the number of people who walk in and out so it makes no sense in having a sign if you are not going to follow it. Secondly, they were taking orders from the side where the supermarket is which made it even longer as we had to wait approx. 10 mins just for our order to be taken. Thirdly, after taking our order, we had to wait another 15 mins as the cashier told us to come back since there were "too many people in the store". Everyone was told to wait outside/come back except for the two people who were already there when my friend and I came which was unfair as they weren't anyone special - they were waiting for drinks to be made like the rest of us. Not only was the service extremely slow but it was disorganized in terms of monitoring the number of customers who enter and exit the store. If you are looking for a go-to place to grab bubble tea quickly, this is definitely not the place.

We ordered there many times but today was the worst expereience we have ever had. We ordered for pick up, got there 30 mins after. The order except was excepted about 5-10 mins after we have ordered. We got there, they were pretty busy which was understandable. We saw an order packed on the table which looks exactly what we've ordered. Asked one of the girls if that's our order, she checked and said no. We asked 5 mins later, she checked again and said nope. She also check with another girl there and then asked if we got the pickup sms we said nope. It turns out the second girl who's responsible forgot to sent the sms and the order on the table was in fact ours. So we waited an extra 10+ mins for our order that's already sitting there. No apologies from the girls. Suprisingly a very bad experience, since that location is usually pretty good. Never again after this at that location, we might still order from Coco but never ever from this location again. If anyone have similar experience please post here so everyone will know how bad they can be and avoid it at all cost or just order drinks from other places!

For the first time I tried a non-milk tea today, Bubble gaga (passion fruit green tea) and it was yummy! I can finally understand why everyone gets this drink. Refreshing drink for warm days for sure. I got at 70% but I think it’d be perfect at 50%. I just don’t like the crunchy passion fruit seeds but you probably can’t opt them out. My regular order is grass jelly milk tea or QQ taro fresh milk tea (both 70% sugar). QQ Taro fresh milk tea has puréed taro on the bottom and soft bouncy pearls made of sweet potato & taro. I thought the mix of mashed taro and milk tea would be weird but the taro is my favourite part! Note that the taro mash is not too sweet. (This drink is no longer available) My preference for all Coco milk tea is at 70% sugar level, if you only like milk tea slightly sweet I’d suggest 50% or less. For the fruit teas I would suggest 50% especially if you have more than one sweet topping!

I bought three cups of milk tea in this store on the evening of August 24. I usually buy milk tea in this store, so I can taste the wrong concentration of sugar and the bitter bottom of the tea. All are 50% sugar, two cups of jasmine taste very bitter, the original taste is very sweet, definitely not 50% sugar. I went back to the store hoping to do it again, because the bitter milk tea was bitter, sweet and uncomfortable. But the clerk didn't make it for me, so I could only add sugar to the bitter milk tea. It is hoped that the store can unify the quality of the drink. If my order is completely different from the final drink, I don't know why I need so many options.

Generally more often than not, the drinks we get are made well. We purchase 1-2 times 1 to 1.5 weeks. However we typically purchase between 8-9:30 pm and very frequently we arrive and they don’t have enough of the pearls or brown sugar pearls in stock during the last couple hours of operation before close. It appears once they run out they don’t make more. Not sure why they choose to operate this way, but it is super frustrating when that’s a main add on. This has happened to us several times in the last few weeks. You would expect that summer there is increased sales and volume so you would plan to prepare additional stock. (To add, there are still many walk ins and online orders at this time of evening)

Yesterday I brought few drinks from Coco at this location. I usually come here when I am doing takeout from other restaurant and I would come here for my bubble tea. Their drinks are addictively delicious. Their customer services was amazing all their staff greet me as I walk in. I felt so special. Thank you guys. I know at times they are very busy especially during holiday season. But it is okay that why i order a head in advance in their coco app. Right now they have 15% off promotion on All THE DRINKS. . Oh Yes.. my favorite drinks at Coco are strawberry latte, grapefruit yalkut, lemon kings these are perfect for those who are fresh fruit lover like myself . Woah La. Today they are closed for Christmas. I missed you guy already. .

This has to be the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. There was no in store ordering, so I had to download the app in which I made my order. After making my order I realized I had made a mistake in ordering and asked if they could fix my drink, the manager (Matthew) was kind enough to fix the situation. As I finished making the correct order on my phone, the MALE barista asked me in a very rude tone "How is it our responsibility for a mistake you made?" and also..."If you order at ubereats and make a mistake, are you allowed to make an exchange or return? Can you not see how to use the app?" I hope the MALE barista can learn from his mistakes and improve his customer service.

CoCo has one of the better tasting teas compared to the major chains in Mississauga and is one of my usual haunts. I find this location is very consistent for quality and order accuracy. The only downside is the location can get extremely busy during peak hours, especially between 5 to 8 where people are getting a bubble tea while they shop at B Trust or after they eat/pick up dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. Do yourself a favour and order well ahead during peak hours. There wasn't much seating room available pre-COVID, and I don't expect much seating room either once restrictions are lifted. This is almost strictly a take out only location.

Terrible experience. I ordered 5 drinks and they ran out of trays but refused to give me a bag. I asked her how I was supposed to carry out the drinks without a bag or a tray and she told me to carry the drinks out one by one…. Is it the customers fault for the business to not be stocked with trays for customers to carry out their drinks?? A business should be fully stocked for their customers and if they aren’t, they should have an alternative solution that is not to the cost of the customer especially if they are buying 5 Large drinks. Train your employees better.

I love coco's bubble tea, and this quality of bubble tea here is no different! The only problem is they serve people coming in to Coco, as well as those in the supermarket as they have a window for those customers. This is fine and all, but I feel it just makes the wait much longer than at other locations. Maybe if they had dedicated staff to deal with the supermarket window it would be a little less busy. If you're in the area and dying for it, i guess go for it. If you dont mind the drive and are heading toward Square One area, head over to the Eglington/Hurontario location instead.

I have been there around 8:10 pm Wednesday February 20th 2019. I have wait in the line for like 20 minutes and I ordered the brown sugar special with pudding the cashier told me very loud that the special drink cannot be changed that’s the policy. I would like to pay my extra topping.Her attitude makes feel very uncomfortable and I said I understand your policy and I ordered another strawberry drink but she cut my words and tells me the strawberry has been sold out. I appreciated her patient and I left. The result was I wasted 20 minutes in my life

Bad customer service They have promotion for coco day. They suppose to notice that these day have a lot of customers. When there were a lot of customers lined up, but they only had 3 people working there (1 inside, 2 outside). And they seem don’t want to sell anything. There were also customers from Btrust market door. I had to wait for more than an hour to order. But those customers from the other door (Btrust market door) had a chance to order very quickly. Working without organizing and noticing customers.

I have always loved Coco bubble tea’s but from the past few months that I have always visit this coco location, it’s always very disappointing. They have CASH DISCRIMINATION meaning if you only have cash you’ll never get served. Whenever I order either Brown Sugar or QQ’s they never have it in stocks. Ordered Taro, tasted water down. Very Disappointing and Poor Management.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. I know at time they are busy but they are trying their best to finish up my order as fast as they can. My favourite drink is brown sugars pearl milk tea. Right now they have a new topping, QQ. ... is very similar to tapioca pearl but taro and sweet potato favour. Yum !.. I am hope coco will have more new drinks menus ... like.. oolong milk tea, earl grey milk tea. i am looking forward to try more new toppings hopefully they will have popping boba...

Worst coco location I have ever visited. You guys need more workers or should just shut down. I did my entire grocery checkout and my drink wasnt even ready yet. I put the groceries in the car and went back in to wait. I finally get the text that my order is ready for pickup and when I get to the window, they realize they gave drink away to someone else. I had to wait even longer to get my drink re-made again. What an experience. Boycotting this location and you should too. 0 stars.

Terrible experience! Ive been to alot of different locations and i have never felt so uncomfortable and sad. They wouldnt even allow me to talk to a manager. I had a sip of my drink and it didnt taste right, they told me they wouldnt make me another one because thats not their “policy” , I left the drink and they just threw it away... They proceeded to talk with their friends like i was not there. I was so shocked! I also send an email and still have not gotten a response back.

This location doesnt let you redeem the BOGO coupon. The lady says you are only allowed to redeem the coupon the next day followed by a purchase of a drink. So the next day, i came to this location trying to redeem the coupon again. The lady told me the same excuse again even though on vicinity it says im elligible to redeem the coupon?? Not sure if this branch is trying to save money or what, but this COCO dEfINteLY dID nOt mADe mE dO iT.

Really bad service - I ordered a taro with milk on the menu and the staff made it to a taro milk tea. When I confronted her, she did not even apologize and refused to make me a new drink unless I pay again. She insisted I paid and agreed to the wrong order. What a nightmare - a place with really bad services and does not value customers at all. Staff needs to be taught to have proper courtesy to human beings!

Busy location when i went there on a Sunday afternoon. Right beside a supermarket. I liked their regular or signature coco milktea with tapioca, taste just as great when i first had it in taipei manyyyyy years ago. My fav drink from Coco is their taro milktea with sago and red bean, best combination. Service was good and friendly staff told me about the taro milktea special and i saved money!

I love Coco, the food. However, I were very disappointed with the service in this location. the behavior of your staff (the gril work on Saturday afternoon) was far from satisfactory, she extremely redue, and unwelcome the customers.

I’m not one to put out a bad review, but this place deserves it. Rudest set of staff I’ve ever experienced. Gave me the wrong order and then went out of their way to make me feel like I did something wrong. There is a common trend of the negative reviews displaying the same concerns. I would say, stay away from this establishment and take your business to any of the competitors.

I literally go here everyday and i love the drinks in here. My go to order is pearl roasted milk tea which taste a bit lighter than the regular milk tea and it’s so good. When the store gets busy then you have to wait for a bit longer but when the store is not busy then it will be served quick in 5 mins (according to my personal experience). The staffs are also nice!

I was at the shopping center and wait to order at the small window, and they told me I need to wait until the customer at the other window to order first( because they have one machine for two windows), I stand there for five minutes and five stuff didn’t see me…I feel offended and probably discriminated…very bad experience and I would marks a nine star if possible.

Quality of their tapioca isn't good. It was undercooked so when I got home, I microwaved them for 30s to get that soft, chewy texture. Even then, they didn't have much flavour and tasted like those 5-minute tapioca packages from the supermarket. Maybe their brown sugar pearls are better?

This Coco doesn’t let you redeem your free drinks deal. Even when your phone number profile said u have a Boxing day BOGO deal, the lady cashier lies to your face and said you require a physical coupon to redeem, when asked if we can get a coupon then she said this location has ran out. Other locations allow you to redeem normally with your vicinity card...

Really long wait because they don’t accept orders in store anymore. Once you get there and talk to the cashier, they will say go online and download the app and add your information and credit card and pay online and after that they will text you a message how long you will have to wait for another message to pick up your order. Not smooth service anymore.

Ordered 2 milk teas today, and this is the second time they didn't put straws for my pickup. How your staffs can be so careless for your order, how you want us drink the grass jelly and pearls without straws, my co worker and I spent half hour to search the right size straws still cant find it, we are so frustrated, bad mood because of this order.

They had my order wrong but they did not just leave it out like other shops do and have you pay for a new one, they replaced the wrong orders, apologized for their mistake and even gave us a free drink for next time we come. No attitude whatsoever and i appreciate that kind of service. Thank you for providing an excellent customer service.

I’ve been using the app since covid. This location has extremely slow pick up service. Usually have to wait minimum 30-45 minutes to pick up one drink. I thought maybe it was slow when protocols changed due to covid however I’ve come here at least 5 times over the last 6 months and it’s still just as slow. Drinks are always good though.

Great spot for bubble tea. Super fast service. I love their Caramel milk tea with pearls. My girlfriend always tries the specials which change often. Love the small giveaways that they have as well. One of the best Coco spots in the area.

Three guys is my go to bubble tea and now the have milk tea with taro and yam bubble that's also delish. I was just wondering if they use sugar or high fructose corn syrup.. next time I'll ask. ☺️

Bobba is a bit hard i changed it to the brown sugar one, it just need a few more minutes of cooking and it will taste perfect! Maybe its my personal preference, its a bit sweeter so u can do 50% sugar it will taste perfect. The service is really good and theyre very polite, the girl attending is cute too

Best franchise in Mississauga, the only problem is that the workers attitude could be better. When it first opened, the employees were pretty rude but now this place has a lot better employees. Also, even though the bubble tea is worth the wait, the wait can be pretty long. Been here many times though!

The kids like this chain of bubble tea places and it is nice to have one nearby.

First visit to coco fresh tea & juice ever. I really enjoyed their milk tea with grass jelly. Probably the best grass jelly compared to other chain bbt shops! Quick and friendly service. Definitely worth coming back to repeat the same order or try something new.

More of a take out location, but the drinks are always good. They have to take orders alternating in the two order windows they have so the line can get a little long, but I have never waited over 20 minutes at this location. So this is my preferred location in Mississauga.

I got a large lemon drink here. This Coco's seems more suitable for take out. However we received our order in no time and we're able to head out. Nothing special about this place thus I gave them a four star rating.

Really convenient that it's beside BTrust. So whenever I go shopping I usually order in advance. It might take a while some times (20 mins) so just make sure you're aware of that. They usually have some decent sales. Overall a really good experience!

2nd time not having proper lids for hot drinks taro tea and sealing drink causing the cup to warp and melt. Pointless straws for hot drinks. Although i do realize they are known for their cold drinks and consistently have fresh boba.

I love the bubble tea here. Coco is the best in Canada. The milk tea here is AMAZING! No one can make it like them. They make it perfect every single time! They have an app now that makes ordering and pickup so much easier!!

Love the drinks they made, especially the QQ series. Wait times are a bit longer on the weekend understandably, but I appreciate seeing the see staff work as fast as they can. Definitely will be coming back more often.

Today I made a purchase and looks like they switched their cups to paper cups. Unfortunately there is a design flaw by the time I got home all my paper cuts deteriorated… all 3 cups leaked and spilled everywhere.

Ordered drinks through coco app and 10 mins later I got text message that says ready for pick up. It takes longer during weekends , but I totally understand that. The service is fast and friendly overall.

Bubble teas here are pretty standard, but long line ups. Make sure you order a head of time if you're getting bubble tea(s) from here.

Good bubble tea, nice good quality toppings. Flavor was nice and strong. Will definitely come here again to try out other drinks.

Really love their Mango Slush! A lot of promotions all year round~ my favourite drink is lemon yakult with coconut Jelly!

Service is fast depending what time you go at, drinks are made well and workers provide friendly customer service.

The drinks can be customized to your liking and they have promos often. Nothing bad to say, the drinks are great.

My favorite milk tea place. I always find relief and comfort whenever I'll buy from coco. Staffs are friendly.

That is terrible place. They didn't take cash for payment. That is ridiculous. I will never come back again.

Fast service, but I ordered taro milk tea and I got just taro powder in water which was really diluted too.

Love this location! Came back multiple times, orders don’t take too long and drinks are always made right.

Ordered milk tea but gave me black tea latte instead. And it’s not the first time they made it wrong!

My fav spot for milk tea! It’s so rich and creamy in flavour and the tapioca here is really good too.
