**AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST** Honestly I have very high hopes and regard to this pharmacy because it looks good outside. But I guess this is where this clichê quote comes in but the opposite. "Don't judge the book by its cover" 1. A very well-stocked pharmacy but extremely disorganized and cluttered. 2. No system to properly entertain/welcome customers 3. Overall, looks unsanitary Came here for Covid Vaccine for my son. Just go somewhere if you can. 1. They didn't explain what type of vaccine my son is getting 2. Initially a different person asked for ID grab the ID and asked to fill out/ sign a paper then another person continued the process and kept asking for the same question the other person already asked and answered and did the jab. 3. Didn't provide a print out what my son received. It's okay if they explained what type of vaccine my son is getting before it was done. In a nutshell, avoid this pharmacy. Too bad they seem to have natural products available.

Beware: the store does not match advertised online pricing, and the website does not indicate that in-store pricing can be different. I’ve been trying to shop more locally so even though I needed an item that could easily be purchased online, I went to this pharmacy. What is the point of shopping in store when the online pricing is cheaper (and essentially equivalent after shipping costs are added)? The shop looked nice and tidy and the staff were quick to offer help, but when I asked about why in store pricing was different, I wasn’t really given a clear answer. To me, this is bad business practice - advertising a cheaper price online, attracting local customers who want to pick-up rather than paying for shipping, only for less observant customers to come in for the higher pricing. What a shame - ended up leaving without purchasing based on principle.

Victor from Coal Harbour Medical pharmacy is what keeps me coming back to this pharmacy and clinic. He's always incredibly helpful and kind, and he's always wholly professional. He never, ever, makes anyone feel judged either. The first time I went in for a certain medication I was so scared to take my medication and I was very upset I had to take it in the first place. Victor walked me through the instructions of how to take my medication so kindly that it made me feel so much better about my situation. Today, I asked a question 2 minutes before closing time and Victor took the time to print out instructions to me and explain them and talk to me. He is the kindest human in the industry and is the best pharmacist in our community. Thank you Victor for always leaving us better than we we walk in through those doors!

I called them to ask if they could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that is more convenient to me (location wise) and was told by a male pharmacist to let the pharmacy give them a call instead. Which they did literally 2 minutes after. Then Coal Harbour Pharmacy decided not to answer any of the pharmacy calls or my calls for 15 minutes. And apparently this has happened to many other patients trying to get their prescription faxed from Coal Harbour to somewhere else. It is ridiculous that during this pandemic I can’t choose to go somewhere closer to me. They couldn’t care less about my comfort and convenience and that is DISAPPOINTING. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Searched all over the country for a supplement that is on backorder and found it listed for sale in Coal Harbour Pharmacy's website. I called them and asked if they had the product in stock and they checked the shelves right away. They did have one bottle in stock, and asked for my name so that they could hold it for me until my order was placed. I was so delighted to find someone in Canada with the supplements in stock, but then was even more delighted to see that shipping was free on my order! I got my package today (less than a week), and it was sent by expedited post. I am VERY happy with the service I received from Coal Harbour Pharmacy. Thank you so much.

They are amazing and with one flaw I have decided not to ever buy from them again. Although product line, service, knowledge is amazing the main owner (?) refuses to wear a mask and protect us all. Can't understand this as seems such a decent chap. So... sorry to say this but if you value your health don't go there. Thanks for your reply outlining that mass are on consistently except of course for times when staff is on a break or lunch etc. Unfortunately I've had at least six experiences where this is not the case and while the staff is terrific and ever so helpful I still have a concern for my other safety and my evidence is different than your statement.

Got my prescription filled and the cost was just over $50 and I called as that wasn't what was quoted by the competitor. The pharmacist said this is the correct price. When I want for the refill, the price almost doubled to under $100. I asked him why did he change the price. He lied and said he made a mistake earlier. I believe he called to other pharmacies to see what they charged for the compound and upped his price. Textbook example of greed. I see by other posts, I'm not alone in this thought about this pharmacy.

I've been going to this neighborhood pharmacy since 2017, and have never been let down. Always treated with compassion, with excellent service levels. This is what healthcare should be about. And on top, great pharmacy selection with lots of naturals:) Best customer service I've ever seen. The staff here are so kind hearted and I always leave there with a smile on my face. They have done so much to help me out and I will be forever grateful. The owner Dr.Piroz is a great person and also a great Pharmacist.

It's rare to find a local pharmacy that remembers who you are and makes your needs a priority. Not only do they ensure quick turnaround on prescriptions, they also work with the Coal Harbour Clinic next door to have a doctor reach out to you if a prescription is expired/needs renewing. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone who lives or works in the area. I never thought in the year 2022 I could confidently say 'my pharmacist' to people when discussing medical care, but I have one!

Exceptional Service! I called to check the availability on Iron supplements that showed out of stock online. Someone called me back to say they are in stock and I could order it online. I was able to do that right away. They fixed the inventory online. I received an order confirmation and received my product the next day! Everything’s fine until I decided to transfer pharmacies, because it was more convienient for me location wise, which they make impossible to do by not ever picking up the phone to my local pharmacy. I called them immediately after and the person who picked up said they were busy during lunch hour, which was an excuse because I’d been trying since the early morning. It’s disappointing how they’re willing to play around with people’s health.

This pharmacy is great. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve always been welcomed kindly and asked if I needed help. When I have asked for help they immediately come from behind the counter to show me directly what I’m asking for. Also, they are a compounding pharmacy and have all the natural and naturopathic items we could need and also regular drugs. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy and will come here at every opportunity.

I like to think I made a new friend today at the pharmacy and her name is Catherine ! I came in to pick up my migraine medicine and we got to talking about triggers for my migraines and the correlations with my diet. She was super open hearted and knowledgeable. Im just excited and grateful to be able to actually talk to someone in person who was more than willing to take her time with me and suggest products to help me.

I went to this pharmacy because shoppers wasn't opening till 9am and I had just gone to the walk-in clinic next door and gotten antibiotics. I had two prescriptions filled and they charged me $11.99 EACH as their service/dispensing fee! Most incurances only cover up to $3 for this - which means I paid a lot out of pocket for these meds. Disappointed with the price but it was ready in under 5 minutes.

Excellent service! I called them after knee surgery asking if they could fill my prescription. They made it super simple asking me just to text a picture of the prescription and had it ready in ten minutes. I hobbled in and they had it ready, clearly explained and labeled everything, greeted other customers by name as they entered and cleared a path and held the door for me on my way out!

I visited the Coal Harbor medical center and then the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is just excellent. I was helped by Victor. He went beyond just his duties to help me who is new to Canada to understand the whole process medical insurance. He was extremely patient with my questions and also when i was trying to find my insurance documents. Overall a great experience. Keep it up!

Ran into this place while out strolling from my nearby hotel. Plenty of products available including natural herbs and remedies. The lady working was very helpful, knowledgable, and willing to retrieve all the information I required to assist me in my purchases. Again if you're looking for some of the more harder to find or obscure items they may have it here. Check it out.

DO NOT take your vaccines here. The man who gave me my COVID and flu shots did it carelessly and left me with nerve pain on my left arm. Plus, he gave me both in the exact same spot, in the same arm (something that is not recommended to be done to avoid injuries). Go elsewhere. Thinking of what to do if this doesn’t go away soon.

Instructions not clear. Did not tell me to bring any documentation except for booking confirmation code when I booked. Walked all the way here and left empty handed. Not inclusive for people who require detailed instructions. Will I waste my lunch time again here? No. Will I come all the way downtown for this place? No.

This place is convenient as it is located next to the doctor's office. But they do charge a large premium for all the prescriptions they fill. I have found them to be 10% to 25% more expensive than the Shoppers around the corner. They also do not accept refunds, even on unopened bottles despite their written policy.

This is the only pharmacy I ever go to. I've been getting my prescriptions from Sina for almost a decade and I trust him more than most doctors. There's another pharmacist there, I think his name is Viktor - he's one of the most knowledgeable and informative people I've ever met and I really appreciate him.

We switched all our prescriptions from Shopper to this locally owned and operated pharmacy a year ago because of the impeccable service from Sina & his team. They’re so prompt in filling medication, and they also have the absolute best supplements you can find. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
