My car was broken down another business in the same strip mall all weekend. On Sunday morning we went up to get it going and my partner parked at Coffee Cats Cafe as there was absolutely no place else for him to park to check the car out so that the other business spot wouldn't be blocked for longer. I decided to grab a quick coffee and my mistake, I own this, was to not go in to Coffee Cats Cafe first to see if they have coconut milk as I am allergic to dairy and almonds. As I walked over to Second Cup I was humiliatingly yelled at for parking in the parking spot. Fair enough, so, I went into Coffee Cats Cafe to purchase the coffee instead and inside unfortunately the belittling continued. No questions on circumstances. Just assumptions. Not only did I feel belittled in front of other customers, but although my coffee was labelled coconut milk there must have been dairy in the cup or it was mislabelled, as I had an instant reaction. The icing on the cake - the coffee was a disappointment.

Sigh...should have listened to the terrible reviews about this place. Was enjoying a meeting with my friend here, felt bad that I didn't buy anything because I wasn't hungry or thirsty but my friend did, told owner that I'd buy something later...and she immediately told me I couldn't stay if I didn't buy something. And because it was a small business. Chose the cheapest thing on the menu - apple cider - which honestly wasn't too bad (reason fof 2 stars and not 1). Seriously, being forced to buy something?! That's low. I would have left right away if my friend weren't already seated with her cup of latte.

I found this place while wanting to get out of the house and get some work done, and I’m thrilled I went here. This place was a nice little stop to do some work and had a great cup of coffee and some breakfast. The omelette was amazing (I got the meat lovers) and filled with cheese and a generous amount of meat. The side of potatoes were cooked perfectly too, which is always a plus! The atmosphere is so relaxing and warm! They also seem to have some Jazz nights which is going to be my wife and my next date night! They also serve liquor and beer (it was a bit early for my liking to have a pint) which I’m sure would also be top notch!

A great placento come for a quick meeting over coffee with someone. The Café Mocha was quite good and was served quickly. Located in a central area it is accessible to people all over the city. There is plenty of parking in front and on the side streets so yiu can feel comfortable to drive here. Seating is a little tight and the chairs are not the most comfortable, but they are good enough for a quick visit. Enjoy a coffee or even a light meal here.

This is the most lovely cafe EVER! My friend and I went in half an hour before closing and the lady working there was an angel, she unlocked the bathroom for me and I spilt my drink and she would not let me say sorry. She remade my drink for free and made me feel so much better. Wonderful drinks and food and gorgeous interior too. 6/5 stars

A nice little neighbourhood cafe. They have a variety of sandwiches and baked goods that are tasty. The hot drink menu has a lot of options that are well made. The owner-operators are friendly and efficient. A nice location for coffee or lunch. And, in spite of the cafe name, there are no cats.

Been coming here for over 5 years. Owner is a lovely, friendly and caring woman who works too many hours but has put together a beautiful cafe. Food is fresh and delicious with more healthy options than other cafe's, coffee is great (from a cream and cinnamon user's perspective). With a few books on the shelves, local art, and the owners touch of decor, this place has a nice charm to it . Great spot that I absolutely recommend!

5 stars all around. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The lattés were well made and the food was delicious! Very fresh ingredients. The customer service was amazing, they were so friendly, the right amount of chatty and good sense of humour too. All around a very nice experience :)

I have eaten here a couple times for lunch with my family. The sandwich and soup are homemade and are really good. I have tried a fruit salad here and it was good too. The tea latte are good. Its a good place to relax and chat.

Espresso review: fantastic shot of espresso, it was well balanced (not bitter or sour) and had a very pleasant, chocolatey, aroma to it. This cafe makes for a nice relaxed atmosphere to catch up with friends. Fairly small establishment lends to a cozy feel, though seating and parking could be a potential issue if it got too busy.

I had a latte and carrot cake. They were both good. The atmosphere is nice enough. But the tables are close together and though "cats" is in the name, it was a fairly generic coffee shop ... no actual cats and minimal decoration related to cats. If I didn't know the name, I wouldn't have made a cat connection.

One of my most favourite cafes in the city. Loza is the sweetest and most kind-hearted people I’ve ever met. My top two go-tos are the London Fog and the Choco-Chai. Her treats are delicious!! Would definitely recommend this cafe for anyone looking to have a coffee, perhaps a tea and a treat too!! More
