Ok so firstly I saw a vlog of it, then I checked it's reviews they were all too good so I thought it would be one of the best shop's out there in Pak. I was greatly disappointed, the burgers were cold, I myself saw them heating it in microwave which was outside the kitchen to the cashier side, which means it wasn't freshly made, still 2 of my burgers were cold including club sandwich Talking about main course which so hyped, I tried it they weren't that good It's like I wasted my 10k. Only stuffed chicken in main course was edible, even parmesan main course didn't justified it's taste & is extremely overhyped. Now coming towards th service, it was ok at some point but at the time of payment the server & cashier started saying us to pay by cash eventhough we told him we will pay by card Also on card their was 5% gst and on cash there was 16% gst still he kept bugging as to pay through cash. Keeping it aside we didn't had cash at that time, we had card but they were continuously insisting us on cash. Then about the atmosphere, it was fine then they told us to move to downstair/basement, we were fine with that even though there was enough space the place we were initially sitting. Downstairs their was strong stench of cigarettes etc we tolerated that, then there comes bunch of group downstairs they started smoking, my sister has allergy we told the server, he did asked them but no action was taken we told the server we r moving back upstair. Then we left the basement. I would not recommend any one to try their food just waste of money and over hyped, overall 2/10. And also for those who r going to their just for that deal of them which is going popular on social media that's only from 3 till 7pm. Which we didn't know initially but bcz of it's good review we didn't mind and thought to give it a try but it just turned out to be overly hyped and total waste of time & money. They just worked on the food outer appearance but forgot about it tastes.

Most Bakwas and Useless service ever. The lady on the counter needs some manners. She can not deal with customers properly and will forcefully enforce her decisions on you as if she's the customer and we are the associates. Moreover, after you pay, she'll say that she wasn't satisfied with the way you paid? Is that even a service? Are you basically forcing the customer out of your shop? Please kick this woman out if you want to promote your brand. The whole paying scenario looks fake. The bill they provided didn't look real, and the invoice was torn in between. Also, the lady won't let me pay on my credit card. Hopefully, I will never visit your brand ever again, even other branches in lahore also. Most Pathetic service ever.

The coffee was too strong and totally rubbish. They made it without giving us proper information about how it tastes and then charged us extra for each cup merely to neutralise that taste. The associates must know the customer's consent. They failed to provide us with any information about their service and speciality. Ill-mannered staff. Totally ignorant.

Recently tried new menu from Coffee Planet Johar Town , and i was impressed with the food taste and quantity. Ordered chicken parmesan & mexican panini along with mango chiller & cookies & cream. the best chicken parmesan with a deliciously crispy coating, smothered tomato sauce and topped with melted cheese, served with creamy pasta. Loved it❤ Mexican panini was full of flavor Loved the food. Drinks were also really good. Surely visiting again to try other items on the menu. Great food , great taste , and well managed staff. Do visit with your friends & family.

I just got overly excited with their post in Instagram for a Live Kitchen Launching on Eid. I was expecting a real premium menu! Just check the pics below what is premium there? That sandwich is a Steak sandwich I think priced at 1k+ which is soo flat inside. Not a single veggie inside. I didn't like the side dish fries as well which is I guess from opa fries. Their premium menu doesn't have any pics of their dishes so you really won't have a clue what to expect even though it is mentioned what to be served on each dishes. The other dish is Peri Peri chicken which I cannot recommend also which is priced over 1k also. Drinks and desserts are overpriced! Everything actually. If the price goes right with what they served me then I won't complain. But it's not worth it at all. Coffee and chocolate muffin are the only ones we are satisfied with.

We tried their hi tea platter. It costs 2000PKR on card payment (5% GST) and will cost around 2200PKR on cash (16% GST). It's better to call them and reserve a table before going. The tea was average and everything else was served at a moderate temperature after 40 minutes. I personally didn't like anything much, except for the desserts and cheese balls. The platter presentation was very good. The sandwiches were also average. The platter is enough for 2-4 people, depending on the level of hunger. The staff was well mannered and cooperative.

The coffee and pastries/cake slices were awsome. But the rest was WORST experience ever!!! Table already smelled very bad. The waffles and pancakes were undercooked and dry + the serving was too small as compared to its price and the ice cream tasted nothing more than icy water. Our order came almost an hour late. Should have informed us that these simple things would take an hour to serve.

Tried their Hi-tea platter today. Taste is absolutely fine and worth the money . They just need to improve the desserts offered in Hi-tea. Desserts quantity was less and taste was average. There was no chicken in pasta, although pasta was delicious even without chicken. Burgers were too good. Wings were super delicious.

The first thing had me comfortable there was the service ,the manager was very friendly polite behaved the environment is clean and comfy ,i came to drink something hot coffee was was good, need to improve the green tea and focus more on herbs rather than packets materials Overall I enjoyed their.

Visited coffee planet few days back on my way back to home. I ordered hot chocolate and walnut brownie. Both things tasted quite good and I was really surprised as it was my first visit. The place is filled mostly with inappropriate guys so didn't felt like a good environment.

No value for money! Went there last week for late night snacks and I don’t think I’ll be going back. The chicken cheese melt sandwich was literally two slices of bread grilled with some chunks of chicken and small cheese slices. See the pictures and decide for yourself.
