Sold me a pair of used and filthy shoes. Came back to get a refund and they said they couldn't. Said they had footage of me checking the shoes where it was filthy (on the underside of the shoe) and refused to show me said footage. Also floor worker lied about being a manager. Extremely rude and condescending, unhelpful. Used to shop at Cole Haan before but clearly this location is just full of scammers and disgusting sales reps

I’m a big fan of this brand and we always wear this brand, my dad gave me a pair of Cole Haan but they were too small for me, I went to the store located in Brickel City Centre in Miami, LIGIA CALVO the manager was very rude with me because I didn’t bring my receipt and asked me to go to an outlet, this type of conduct is unacceptable for a company like this

This store has horrible customer service, employees have no knowledge of basic work ethics. Employees lack in multiple aspects, they just stand around looking annoyed not wanting to help customers, not even a simple welcome was said upon entering the store. I do not recommend this store to anyone, awful experience and service.

Terrible service. Maybe one employee at most in a store with 10+ customers all looking to be helped. Terrible selection too. This place needs 10 times the number of employees in there at all times, wearing easily identifiable uniforms as well. Disappointing experience in a store.

Went to buy a pair of shoes 2 days ago and I couldn’t be in the store for more than 10 minutes without almost passing out they have no Air conditioning in the store. How can they possibly operate like this! Plus the Lady Managers are super rude and unprofessional.

Great shoes for professionals who work on the legs all day, few lines of sneakers, looking like oxfords from the top. Best for sales people, Security etc, good to stop by and try their shoes. It was a perfect solution for me as I walk a lot at my job

I purchased a pair cole haan online. They sent me a used pair. I returned them and they sent me another pair that was even more used. Terrible service especially for $300 shoes, would stay away from Cole Haan online ordering.

Cole Haan shoes is owned by Nike. I love them. Now that being said, it depends on your styling tastes. For me it is a mixed bag. But when I like the style, i buy.

Nice mall in the middle of Brickell Place. I went bc I spotted a shoe style online, and this store had inventory. I purchased a pair.
