Probably one of the shadiest customer service experiences of my life. I just don't get it. Went here, asked to try two models in size 7.5 and 8. They gave me a 7, an 8, and an 8.5, but neglected to tell me that none of those were my requested sizes, then offered no feedback when I wondered out loud why all three options were either too large or too small. I even verbally asked the guy if these were 7.5s/8s AND HE CONFIRMED. When I had a sec to myself, I checked the tongues of the shoes myself, and only then discovered none of the shoes were in the right sizes. I pointed this out, thinking they had pulled the wrong sizes by mistake. Nope, the guy sheepishly was like "oh...yeah. we don't have 7.5 or 8." He looked kind of embarrassed, like he'd been hoping I wouldn't notice. Um, was he just hoping I wouldn't check and he'd still make the sale? It's okay to pull different sizes, but you usually give the customer a heads up instead of passing them off as the requested sizes. Idk if CH isn't paying their workers enough that they have to resort to (poorly executed) deception to pay their rent, if their hiring process doesn't filter out clumsy dissemblers, or if their supply chain/operations is so messed up that their workers can't understand how to pull or check other stores for the most common women's shoes sizes...probably all three. The end result is a very bizarre customer experience.

First of.all I.am a Cole Haan enthusiast I have had two pairs of their Cole Haan Nike Hybrids and one other pair. Long story short I walked into this store and was abrasively greeted and profiled they literally shut the doors when I walked in and called a police officer who came in and pulled out his notebook pad for God knows what and I walked out of the store to see if they would open the doors back after I left and they did. So I quietly walked up to the officer and jotted down his name and badge number which is P.O. R. Ward. and then went into the store and asked a guy who looked to be a manager quietly what was his name and walked out. The address to this location is 185 Greenwich Street, LL2050, New York. So if you are up to being profiled and humiliated go to this store in the world trade center. I just left there and was in the store right.around 215 pm this day. So I hope that the corporate look into this matter as soon as possible because if it happened once it will happen again to someone else. And bet the sales would go up if there is more stricter observation on the staff at this store and create a consciousness in them that their actions and conduct is monitored .

I wandered into the store on the fence about a new pair of shoes and was greeted very nicely when I walked in. Also, when I walked in I was told everything in the store was 30% off. So I asked if that included full prized items and the sales person repeated 'everything in the store'. After taking my time (more than an hour) and finding the right pair of shoe, I went to the register to check out only to find out the shoes I wanted were full price. The sales person helping me, who was the same person that greeted me, talked to the manager and told him he had given me the wrong information about the sale. The manager (Luis) said there was nothing he can do to get me the 30% off. Then I tried talking to the manager and asked for a courtesy as I just spent over an hour looking for a pair of shoes thinking I was going to get 30%. The manager said there was nothing he can do with no consideration for my frustration. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth for Cole Haan products. Very disappointing.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. The worst customer service I have received at a store ever. I went into the store, and the store clerk turned his back to me, and continued texting on his phone...no joke! So then I continued walking through the store, where the manager was in the middle of counting down the cash drawer (an hour and a half before the store is scheduled to close), and all he does is look up at me...no "hi", or "can we help you?", or anything...and continue counting the register. I continue walking through the store. Another store clerk is standing around...texting on their phone and simply looks up at me, and then back down at her phone. Horrible. How do you expect to sell something if you turn your back to a customer? I strongly recommend shopping online if you really need something Cole Haan rather than go here.

Great service and customer service. I was measured for a pair of dress shoes here which had to be shipped to my home since my size wasn't available at the store. Unfortunately the shoes were tight on the sides despite being my size. I could not exchange them for a higher size since I had worn them already but the manager Will stretched them out over the weekend and now they fit like a charm. Will be buying my next pair of dress shoes from here most definitely.

Very poor service overall. I went inside the store and didn't even receive a hi from any of the employees. The quality of their clothes seem to be dwindling as well. I checked out a leather jacket and the quality was terrible. Also checked out a couple of their shoes and was also very disappointed. They seem to be sacrificing too much on quality to try to sell more items at lower cost. It's no wonder they've been having so many sales lately.

Bought a very expensive bag that prematurely broke in a weird place just past the 1yr mark. The manager was extremely helpful to find alternative solutions while the #800/email customer service was EXTREMELY poor and only bounced you from person to person without offering a solve. Because of the manager at this store, it restored my faith in this brand, but I will not make the mistake of calling and expecting good service.

This is a charming place to shop. Last Friday the Store Manager went out of his way to give me directions to the Oculus. The weather was cold and stormy and this helped a lot. The Saleslady understood my shoe fitting problems perfectly. She was as courteous as can be and she brought out many suitable choices for me to evaluate. I'm glad that i had such a nice shopping adventure during these "rocky" times.

I had an issue with the color quality on one of the shoes from a pair I just bought a few days ago. The staff was very helpful, and one of the managers went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out. He was very accomodating and I was so appreciative for the great customer service. I live nearby and happy to shop at this Cole Haan location again!

My family and I had the best first experience here because of our sales representative Pylar! She is a true angel sent from heaven. We were indecisive and tried on countless shoes. Best shoes ever. Comfortable. Classy. Quality. That said, their height was truly a few years ago, when they hit jackpot with the brogues and the wingtips in different shoelace combinations. Since then, the design has gone futuristic-sporty-Nikey and I’m not such a huge fangs I once was.

This is the worst experience I ever had from a retail store there is a young lady who is a cashier there who is very racist, very rude and obnoxious. The reason that the sales are horrible is because the management and staff needs to be changed. Horrible horrible service.

Walked into the store for my wife’s birthday and completely ignored by the staff. I was looking at products online and had over a thousand dollars in my shopping list. Very little help, actively ignored and rude. Just going to buy online.

Loving the new styles available. The prices are comparable to other CH locations. I have not tried their shoes but have jackets and totally recommend.
