I wanted to send a big thank you to Kartavya at Coles Express Windsor. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands are weak and crippled. I cannot therefore manage the petrol pump at the bowser to fill up my car. Kartavya was so kind to help me fill up my car, he always has a happy smile. It’s a great service. Such a lovely family man. On the 11th August, Bought 2 chewing gum Advertised 2 for $5. Charged at the original price, When I asked why? The staff (or owner?) said they charge whatever it's in the system. ---- which makes their promotion misleading. And they have no interest to remove the promotion sticker. It's less than $10 bucks but the act is pretty sick.

Great location! The store is always fully stocked, clean and bright. Pumps are clean and buckets are always full with blue detergent. The staff are really helpful and friendly too. I think the manager does a great job there.

I don’t know why did they make toilet inside they never let anyone use. On toilet door its mention get key from staff but staff never give it and make excuse its out of order that’s ridiculous never visit it again.

Both coffee machibe on 2 hour cleaning. As told by staff there that He is working alone and can't handle changing milk. So between 11 to 1 pm he is authorised by the manager to put the machines on cleaning.

They serve you stale items at this coles express. Please check the expiry date before you buy anything from there.

Standard petrol station. Decent staff. Have been asked to produce ID for ciggies after rocking up in a car, lol.
