Coles, what can I say... It's Coles and generally the stores are all pretty much the same except for the odd thing here and there. I really like their roast pork and beef thats already cooked to perfection and ready to eat, it's a nice change from the standard roast chicken. Service is always good, even when they are busy and they stock a fair few gluten free products that I eat and enjoy regularly. Gluten Free two minute noodle cups and they taste good, Gluten Free shortbread cream biscuits, Gluten Free bread varieties and Helga's five seeds wins for best taste and consistency hands down, it doesn't get the dry cardboard feel or stale bread flavour. Glad one if the big chain supermarkets cares enough about the small percentage of the population that are coeliac and have very few options to choose from. Cheers!

Very rude staffs. One of the women staffs working on night shift this Friday refused to show her working name tag after saying very rude things and showing a terrible attitude to us. It is Friday night, after a tired long week we just want to finish our weekly shopping and go home. We came here to pay money to buy things not to pay money to listen to your descriminated speech. I just wondering, if we were not foreigners, would you still dare to show us an attitude like this?? And I also want to ask, if you genuinely believe what you have said and behaved represent good, why you refused to give us your name and stop us from talk to the store manager about it?? As a long time customer of Coles, we are very disappointed about this shopping experience in Miranda Coles.

I have been to this Coles many times and not once they asked me to check my bag however tonight after leaving work this "lovely" lady decided she had to make sure I was not stealling from them and she made me completely empty my bag at the cashier. I work with hospitality and had many coins inside my bag that I received from tips that fell inside the cashier and were gone, no way to retrieve them back. Honestly insulting and although there was other people in the cashier before me the only person she checked the bags was me, maybe because I am a forreigner. Honestly dissapoiting, I would give negative stars if I could, teach your staff to treat everyone equally.

My experience shopping at Coles Miranda is always a good one.. shelves are always packed and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, customer service is definitely a great experience at Coles Miranda. I would like to say thank you to the staff who have been working so hard packing the shelves full over the last couple of weeks.. this Virus has made some people go crazy with buying bulk toilet paper and perishable foods by the trolly load.. even though there was no toilet paper this time around I applaud the staff for their efforts.

I ABSOLUTELY love this Coles - my forever go to! This store has stuck by the Sutherland Shire through thick and thin, and has been around for as long as we can remember. It's an amazing place to go to to shop peacefully, and escape the hustle and bustle of Miranda. I cannot recommend this Coles and the incredible staff members enough who always go out of their way to help me with product enquiries. The placement of all items is handy which means the running around through aisles is minimised. I cannot recommend this store enough! :)

A really well set out and clean Coles Supermarket. We have shopped here many times over the years and have always found the fresh produce area was well stocked and the quality of the goods excellent. We have purchased other grocery items as well and founds most aisles well stocked, neatly stacked and clearly labelled. This Coles is in a very convenient location with easy access, especially as you do not have to battle the crowds in Miranda Fair. The staff are always friendly and provide good customer service.

I purchased chicken thigh fillets of the brand 'The Bare Bird' which says 'We won't feed you what we don't feed our family' like what else to trust on!! Expiry date was almost 4-5 days away. When I opened the pack, chicken was stinking very much. I thought maybe give it a wash but even after that it was stinking rotten!! I had to throw it all away. I'm surprised with these brands that call them Organic, Antibiotic Free, Safe etc..... not sure what they actually supply? It is so annoying.

THERE IS NO SEATING FOR ELDERLY, PREGNANT OR DISABLED PEOPLE AT THIS STORE! My mother was recently shopping at this store & was told at the last minute that the register she was waiting on would be closed. Being an elderly lady by that time she was just about to collapse with leg pain, and then had to line up again! She did say however that the Coles team was very concerned and tried to help the best they could, hence why I am giving a review of 3 stars.

Well l always thought it was about customer service. ..just 2 lanes open and one of those was serving cigarettes. ..people lined up everywhere. ..come on we the customer deserve better. .Southgate not much better. .l feel very sorry for the staff at Coles having to work under such pressure. .and not a supervisor in site. .

Great service! Most of the staff members are friendly but I’d like to thank Maree in particular for her warm, friendly and professional customer service.. Always puts a smile on my face. I’d also like to add that this has been and continues to be one of the best managed Coles stores. Thank you!

A good shop. Nice selection of goods. A nice place to do your weekly shop. Go early if you want to shop or stop in the other shops in the mall as they close around 3pm as far as I can tell. The recent renovations really make it look much nicer and the flow is much better. A pleasant experience.

Well organised store with super helpful and friendly team. I have visited this store multiple times and whenever I ask for help I am always met with a helpful response. Low prices are locked in as with any Coles offer and checkouts are open whether you want cashier or self serve.

Due to flu I ordered a click and collect with direct to boot delivery. Arrived on time after receiving the automated text that the order was ready. Waited 45 minutes and called over 15 times with no reply, eventually went in to see what was going on. 5 minute trip took an hour.

It's new and I love all new stores. My daughter loves pressing the button that makes the cows Moo in-store, near the dairy refrigerated produce. OMG the chocolate aisle is heaven. Anything you can't get in the deli you can get just outside at the fruit shop or the providor.

Went to ask a question at the service desk, before half the question was out of my mouth the woman serving me shouted "quickly!" right in my face. Shopped there every day for years, won't be going back. I understand there's busy periods for staff, but that's inappropriate.

The shopping center is a deadspot for mobile internet. Not convenient if using eGift cards from your mobile phone. Would have been good if the center provided wifi similar to westfield or southgate to work around this. Easy fix for better customer experience.

Best Coles I have ever been in. They certainly know how to select great staff - nothing is a problem. The shop is always clean and well organised. Beats its own store local competitor hands down. Position is fantastic parking righr in front and no stairs.

Got half way through drinking my Coles brand Up & Go and something just didn't taste right, checked the use by date and found that I had been drinking milk that was expired by 6 months, staff need more training when it comes to filling their shelves.

Just wanted to praise the great customer service from Michael in Dairy for excellent customer service and were able to help me and exceeded my expectations , and I hope that the company keeps good employees like Michael as he grows in the company

The supermarket itself is great but the carpark is terrible. Potholes and uneven surfaces, that are waiting to break someones ankle. No pedestrian access between car spots, so expect to get a scratch or ding from pedestrians trying to find

Want to thank a very lovely young polite lady on the till, that helped me today when I had a bit of a drama with my bank app. She was so patient, and made sure I was comfortable. The girl had as very long plait and glasses. Thanking you :)

Time to change my shopping location preferences. Coles Parkside Miranda continues provide the lowest of the low customer service. It starts from the top down (manager)!!!! I'll take my $1200 monthly shopping spend elsewhere thank you!!!!!

I have to call the attention during the covid time, more than once f found people not Wearing masks and Coles staff do not enforce them. I complained and I was disrespected by the person and the staff at Coles told

It's such a popular place & so accessible outside of Westfields. But they need to refill/stock shelves more frequently. By lunch time, you can't get certain items on the shelves or in the baking section.

Very helpful sales assistance. Her customer service skills were A+. I wont go to Hurstville Coles cause Beverley lacks this. Think the girls name a t Miranda was Beth. I congratulated and thanked her.

As Coles goes, this is a great one. Well layed out, spacious isles, great bakers, deli, butchers and seafood areas. Generally easy to park and you don't have to pay for trolleys. Highly recommend it!

Excellent customer service by Duty Manager Holly and customer service representative Ves. The atmosphere is always pleasant in the store.I wish more supermarket staff would take pride in their work.

Clean and well laid out store though the aisles are a little on the thin side. Lots of variety in this store make it a good option for visiting without having to go into the Westfield's to shop.

Very convenient, staff always know where items are, and so lovely. I shop there for all my groceries don’t go anywhere else. The only downside Wish they sold fresh tuna & swordfish.

I went to Coles Parkside Miranda on Thursday 19th March to early seniors shopping hour. It was so organised ..no rushing...

To many items missing from shelves and the bakery has is always running out of fresh baked white round rolls.

The only Coles in the Shire that has Darrell Lee chocolate coated ginger, and it's on special! Happy Days.

One of the better coles stores staff friendly. Shelves are packed well. Love this store ❤️
