From the very beginning to end, service has been fantastic. Every call I make is immediately answered with such positivity and outstanding customer service. In particular, shoutout to Gillian for her speedy and wonderful communication. She goes above and beyond. Another awesome name I recall is Matthew, and everyone I've talked to has been absolutely great. As for the actual vet visit, this was my first time with them, and even it was such a pleasant surprise regarding how quick and timely it went. Dr. Smith was very awesome and clear in her explanation of everything I needed to know, as well as provided timely updates on labwork (a few days later, as soon as results were available). I had shots, a wellness check, and bloodwork done for my cat, and it was done in probably almost less than thirty minutes. Pricing is also transparent and very reasonable compared to other places. Results of the visit (including pics, how great is that) and notes are sent after the visit via email without even needing to ask. Even the emails are composed in a very positive, personal, and organized manner, adding to how excellent the communication and customer service experience is. This team is very much on top of their game, and the owner clearly knows how to run a great practice. Amazing work, y'all!

I would rate this vet practice higher than 5 stars if I could. My 2 cats and dog are seen at this clinic since we relocated to Atlanta in January of this year. I was sooo nervous about finding them a good vet but I really lucked out finding Collier. ALL of the staff here is phenomenal from folks answering phones, to techs to vets. Dr. Ballal is our go to but honestly all of the vets are beyond great. Covid protocols are still in place so you call upon arrival and a tech takes your pet inside. You can keep a card on file and they make it super convenient! They also email you photos of their visit along with itemized receipts (also very convenient if you have pet insurance). By far my favorite thing is their app!!! It is so easy to schedule appointments or refill meds. They also have an online pharmacy if the clinic doesn’t have meds your pet needs on hand- also very easy to use and I’ve gotten some great discounts on my dogs heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Take your pets here. You will not regret it. Thank you guys so much for the great care we have received for my fur babies. You’re all great.

I can't say enough good things about Collier Animal Hospital- it's a welcoming environment with personal and professional services. Overall excellent care for pets and their humans! I have 2 cats and a dog, have been in the Atlanta area for over 10 years, and I have previously taken my pets to several other clinics (e.g. Briarcliff Animal Hospital, VCA), but I have never had such helpful and positive experiences taking my (aging) pets to the vet. Not only are the services high quality, but much more affordable than the larger animal hospitals. Dr. Ewing (and Dr. O'terry) are wonderful and compassionate, and they take their time with each pet/patient. They offer clear and reasonable advice and treatment options based on each pet's unique needs. The staff is phenomenal- from Scarlett at the front desk down to every single vet tech (Michelle, Bill, Rami, and everyone I'm forgetting!!). The doctors and staff take the time to get to know the pets and their owners and I"m so grateful to have found them!

A friend recommend Collier Animal Hospital after I told her how dissatisfied I was with a different local practice. I’m so glad I switched! When I called to book the appointment she receptionist was very kind and was able to fit us in that week. They had me email over my previous records and had everything in the system when I got there for the appointment. We saw Dr Smith for our first visit and she was great! Veterinary care is always expensive but their prices felt more reasonable than the other practice and I didn’t feel like they were just out to get my money. In fact they asked permission before running tests. The service is still drive up but I loved that they sent me pictures after the visit and both the vet and the vet tech came out to the car to answer any questions when they finished the exam. So glad my friend recommended Collier Animal Hospital!

We love Collier Animal Hospital! The entire staff has been always been professional, kind, honest, and easy to work with. I appreciate that they always send invoice and clinical notes afterward (and sometimes cute pictures of his visit!) so I can easily submit my pet insurance claims. Their pricing is definitely reasonable. Aside from great routine care, our sweet dog recently was seen by Dr. Carrie Smith & staff after a dog bite at daycare. He was seen and treated same-day and is making a speedy recovery! We loved that they called to check up on him the next day. Thanks so much for all y’all do! (They suggested he wear a t-shirt to cover his stitches instead of a cone which he loves - and looks adorable!)

I just relocated to the Atlanta area from North Carolina and our Vet Dr. Burnett back in NC is actually originally from Atlanta and referred us to Collier Animal Hospital due to her knowing Dr. Ewing. My Goldendoodle Thor saw Dr. Smith, they provided us with a great first time experience, were extremely friendly, thorough, and informative. I was so nervous about having to find him a new vet because good care for our furbabies is just as important to me as finding myself a good doctor. They made me feel comfortable and reassured me that Thor is in great hands. They even send you pictures and notes of the exam! I will definitely keep bringing Thor here for all of his care. Shannon is everything you want in a vet, trust me. We have been going to Collier Animal Hospital since we adopted our pup 2 years ago, and since enrolled our newest addition and couldn't be more satisfied from customer service to care received. You can tell everyone- from the receptionist to the vet's truly love and care about animals. My dogs love coming here, it's up there with the dog park as far as destinations go because they get so many loving snuggles and warm welcomes. I trust that we're always receiving the best care for the most fair price with nothing we don't need added on. We moved 20 minutes away and still continue to use this vet, wouldn't bring our babies anywhere else!

We LOVE Collier Animal Hospital! The entire staff is fabulous, really gets to know our pets, and truly treats them as if they are their own. Dr. Ewing and Dr. Borden are very thorough yet totally down to earth and great at working with us and our pets’ “quirks” when creating care plans to set everyone up for success. They are very accommodating to our schedules and take our pets’ (and our) happiness very seriously! And their attention to detail is top notice. When we unexpectedly lost our 2 year old dog, they sent us a beautiful and touching card signed by the entire staff. We highly recommend them!

I love all of the staff and doctors at Collier Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Ballal and Dr. Smith! They take great care of our 4 aging cats and are always very kind, attentive, and supportive when it comes to making the best medical care decisions. They are also respectful of the idea that sometimes you do need to make decisions that are cost-related, and they do not act judgmental when that sort of thing comes up or when I ask "how much will that cost" before agreeing to a procedure or test. We will be taking our animals to Collier Animal Hospital for as long as we are in Atlanta!

Collier Animal Hospital is by far the best vet clinic in the Metro Atlanta area. We drive from Decatur, GA, because Dr. Ewing and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. We've been clients of Dr. Ewing's since before she opened Collier Animal Hospital. She takes the time to explain the options and makes sure we understand costs involved. She has done everything for our pets including wellness exams, teeth cleaning, xrays, microchip, and tumor removal. When she cannot preform the work herself, she sends you to a trusted specialist. Top notch service for our babies.

I took my puppy here for his first visit after reading such amazing reviews and they are all accurate. The receptionist is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Borden couldn't have been sweeter and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. This is my first puppy I've cared for and I felt much better that I was doing everything right after he was under their care for his first exam. All of the staff are friendly and amazing as well! They made my pup feel so calm and relaxed that we are actually excited for his next appointment. Love this vet!

Dr. Shannon is the BEST. She is so efficient and patient. She takes the time to come and talk to the families to make sure we are comfortable. Her time with us never feels rushed. Our Golden Retriever was having a small scare recently and the entire staff at Collier was able to get her in so quickly and put our minds at ease. They even checked in the next day to make sure she was okay! We have been to other vets before but the service here is just the best. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough, friendly vet!

I had a great experience with Collier Animal Hospital. I took my cat recently for his first visit since moving to Atlanta, and the people there were so great! They came out and got him from my car and had him back out to me within 20 minutes. When I got home I received an email with his checkup paper work AND some cute pictures of him while he was in the back! So thoughtful! I definitely recommend this vet office for anyone who wants superb service and assurance their pet is in great hands.

These are the best vets I have ever been to, no competition. They have saved my Tex’s life once and helped him recover from a persistent nasty respiratory infection at 15. They also helped my sister’s dog recover from a terrible injury. They are empathetic, kind, and up front about your pet’s prognosis along with the cost of services. As long as I live in Atlanta I will never go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone I know especially Dr. Ewing and Dr. Medved.

Every time I come to Collier Animal Hospital the staff is extremely friendly. The doctors come out and take time to explain everything in detail. They do not rush you out and answer all of your questions. They take great care of your pets. I love the visit notes they send in email after the visits too. Nothing but good things to say. I used to live across the street but now I live 40 minutes away and the drive is still worth it.

Dr Ewing and her staff have taken excellent care of our two Maine Coon mixes since May 2014, since we left a well-known clinic that was bought out by a national chain, who immediately began pushing expensive foods, supplements, and treatments. One of our cats was born with a collapsed lung and his brother has a mild heart condition; but both remain healthy boys thanks to Collier Hills Animal Hospital!

Easily the best vet experience I have ever had. The Collier team was thorough, understanding, and took care of Nala as if she were their own cat. I received photos of her during her appointment and a thorough report of her health afterwards. Dr. Smith helped me understand what could possibly be going on with Nala and allowed me to ask questions to ensure I understood. I cannot recommend them enough!!

So attentive to my family & dogs needs! Everyone I've worked with at Collier Animal Hospital is so kind and resourceful. They are very patient with all my questions. I've even called to ask questions about dog health concerns or questions and they give great guidance. This is by far the best animal hospital I have ever taken my three cats too. All three spent more time at the vet than they would like for issues that included cancer, heart disease, and ringworm, but the care they received was top notch. We never had to wait long for an appointment, the staff are super responsive, and the technicians are excellent with animals. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ewing and her staff are fantastic! We have two somewhat anxious dogs and they always help them calm down. For the past few years Dr. Ewing has done all the routine medical for our furry family members, as well as dental work under anesthesia. During the pandemic their outdoor drop off and pick up system worked really well, too, to keep us all safe. Highly recommend.

This is hands down the best veterinary practice in Atlanta. We found them after a bad experience at another vet and never looked back. We have since moved from the area, but continue to take our pets there even though there are closer options. They have taken great care of our two cats and two Great Danes over the past 10 years with compassion no matter the problem.

Dr. E and team are fantastic. My pup loves going to the vet for his checkups and all of the love and attention. The team offers great insight when troubles arise and have taken great care of my pup since moving to the area six years ago. This was our first visit to Collier Animal Hospital (an urgent, same-day appointment, which they could very thankfully accommodate), and Dr. Carrie Smith has very helpful and kind, had solid answers to all my questions, and provided a detailed medical report after my pet's visit. We were searching for a new vet for our dog's healthcare, and Collier is now it.

I always feel my cats are receiving the best of loving care at the Collier Animal Hospital. Dr. Ewing and her staff are well qualified and eager to answer any and all questions. The phone is quickly answered with a live voice. I appreciate that. I also feel they are thorough and note any symptoms of disease as cats tend to be stoic and not react.
