Had a terrible experience parking here… I made a reservation on SpotHero. And when I entered, there was no sign telling me that I don’t need a ticket, so I pulled one. When I exited, I tried to scan the code but the gate didn’t open. I saw a guy working there, so I walked there to ask for help. But he treated me like air… I waited for some time standing outside, then he finally came with a very bad attitude and asked me “why did you pull a ticket?” I explained that this was my first time being here and I thought I need this ticket to enter and exit by scanning both ticket and SpotHero QR code. He said “You don’t need a ticket when you make a electronic reservation”. I said okay, I didn’t know this, what can I do now. He asked me to either cancel the SpotHero reservation or pay one more time for the ticket… I was shocked. I don’t understand why he was giving me such a hard time. He was very arrogant all the time, and asked me many times why I pulled the ticket. That’s a silly question. How would I know that since there was no sign in front of the gate? That guy was hired to help customers, but obviously he failed! I’m sure there are many people who can do this job. A person who became arrogant after being offered some sort of power should learn how to be a person before getting a job!

Super convenient for (a few easy blocks) walking to Sixth and I. GREAT cheap rate ($8) for evening by pre-booking on their website the day before (local rates were otherwise $16-$25, including this garage). The QR code actually worked, big roomy garage VERY well-lit and clean and bright. But good effing luck making your way from your car to your destination - they have no pedestrian signs and rat's maze of exit options. We started by taking the red elevators up to Lobby (at 5PM) and all the exit doors from the elevator lobby were locked. So back down to the garage and wandered around until we found another color of elevators, which did finally take us to a hotel lobby. Sorry, don't remember the color so only advice is DON'T take red when leaving.........HOWEVER, the signs were clear that red is the only color that works when returning and the entrance is down a side alley in the back of a dark corner with only one sign pointing the way. Other than some legs sticking out from a corner when we scanned into the garage (gate monitor person of some kind), we never saw a single parking attending/ security person but the whole garage was a ghost town and felt incredibly safe. Anyhow, the garage itself is perfect but getting to/ from is a huge mess.

The people here at this parking lot are unreasonable and have no idea how to run a business. We spent 45 minutes getting out of the parking lot due to how many people were trying to get that, that we were ONE minute over the time block that we had already paid for. Two rude attendants were standing by the exit and would not give us a pass. They insisted we had to pay the overage. Tried to give them in cash. Wouldn’t take it, said it had to go through the system by credit card. Tried several credit cards and they all hit error. Finally the guy opened the gate manually which they could have done all along. This is probably WHY IT TOOK 45 min TO GET OUT OF THE PARKING LOT IN THE FIRST PLACE, that these two guys were busy harassing every single person trying to leave. Would never park here again

Easy to find and great price for weekend parking. Make sure to pre-pay online for cheaper rates. The location was convenient, next to Chinatown; the convention center, arena, and National Mall are all walkable. There were plenty of spaces available. The only negative is that, at least on the weekend, all the elevator access doors are locked. You will have to walk up the car entrance to get out. To get back to the garage, you can access above-ground elevators, such as the Renaissance Hotel.

Stay the hell away from this unsafe garage - cameras only cover entrance and exits, so there's absolutely zero protection from theft/vandalism. Clearance is 6'5" -had to go through nearly 8 towing companies to remove my car after someone trying to steal it. The staff were very helpful and not to blame - but this location should not be used under any circumstances.

All the lobbies locked, incredibly difficult to figure out where you're going. Had to hike up the actual garage road to leave because everything closed with zero instructions on how to get out. Car was really safe though.

I got lost for an hour last night looking for a completely different garage. The gentleman working gave me water, found where I needed to go, and showed me how to get there. (Thank you so much!)
