The signs say 1 hour free. I was there yesterday at 6:08-6:38pm. I was charged $15 and when I questioned, the woman said "oh evening hours are different." I asked why the sign says "1 hour free" she had no explanation. Terrible service. Terrible garage.

The most expensive parking lot I ever experienced in DC area. I can only get a validation for the first hour I been there but after that I will have to pay $8 dallars / hour (no more validation accepted after the first hour! ) if you eat

A very frustrating parking lot. I have parked here twice and the validation scanner has not worked resulting in $15 of wasted money. No physical attendant and when you try to call the phone number listed no one picks up.

If you want to spend your day talking to rude remote staff while their equipment malfunctions, head over here. These businesses that rely on the parking should get a rent credit.

If you are going to the ZOO and don't have parking passes, this is a great place to park!!! Little pricey but worth it to save your feet!!
