Cheaters and liars. We consistently requested them to provide a comfortable AC vechile as we were traveling with small kids. We also asked them show us the vechile, but they told they can't show us and assured us they will surely send us a good vechile. Finally they sent an old vechile in which was in poor condition. We were short of time so with no option have to board the vechile. After going for around 50 KM,A was not good enough to cool. So we called the so called travel agency and they gave the worst answer of life time... " Ab Kya Kar sakte hain". Just a humble request to company..." Please don't fool people like this".

We were going to kailash manasorv yatra starting from 12th July-19 . We were not taken by the airline because comfor my travel have not made payment to airline. Comfort my travel has put us in very bad condition. This is the below worst performance of the travel. We have to stay for three nights in Nepalgang. This all because, comfort my travel, do not pay to airline for flight from Nepalgang to Shimikot. My suggestion would be , before starting on a holiday through comfortmy travel. I booked the tempo traveller from 15th Feb to 18 Feb. Everything seems to be fine until we encounter whatever was promised to us was not given. Attaching the car number so that you don't fall in the false promising - all seats doesn't recline - mesh to keep important stuffs were broken - ac vents were broken - Bluetooth was missing which was promised - only 2 speaker was working that was in the back half of the tempo can't listen what is being played.

The team manager at Dehradun was very supportive, resolve all our issue on priority. Accommodation at dehradun (Lemon Tree) was very good. They arrange vip darshan and special pooja on our request at Kedarnath and Badrinath. I truly recommend them and look forward to more trips in future.

These guys are nothing more than fraud. They have shown a Volvo bus and sending a Tata bus and charging a lot. Also, they don't have a positive attitude to talk to their customers. They try to humiliate their customers if you ask about the breakup of the quotation.
