I want to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my experience at CBD Bank. Frankly, it has been the worst banking encounter I have ever had. I have multiple accounts with various banks, including CBD. However, I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment towards customers. To my shock, my account was abruptly closed, and the mobile app was frozen without any explanation or valid reason. Despite my numerous complaints, the issue was not resolved. Instead, I received an email stating that my account had been canceled. This ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by CBD Bank. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide an explanation for this unwarranted action.

6 months after closing the credit call, they call to inform that AED35 is due and if dont pay up this huge debt all sorts of bad things will happen to me (black list, airport arrest and what not). NO explanation offered on what is this pending amount. I went to bank to pay this anyway and they ask me for my credit card number which i had disposed several months back (never knew we are supposed to preserve this precious piece of plastic for ever). After a wait, they could figure out my cc number and i paid AED35. Hopefully they will never call me again. pathetic service.

If a negative grading was possible i would have gone for Minus 10 the worst bank to deal with. We have a corporate account with them and they have blokced it pending KYC, strangly we had sent all the documents needed on their stipulated time and have a confirmation form theri KYC executive as well on email stating that all documents are received. Customer Service is Zero Managers are the least bothered. Relationship managers are nothing but messangers and compleatly useless. I am really teampted to put name here of all theri incompetent staff i have dealt with !

Important : I don’t intend any specific branch. This review concerns the bank as a whole entity. Summary: choose another bank Details: 1- Inadequate attention to customers( I am one, unfortunately....if you wonder why, you should message me privately) 2- They don’t process loan applications professionally 3- They do not read reviews which reflects how much they care about their clients 4- They do not respond to reviews ( same as point 3) 5- The interest on their credit cards are so high 6- The interest on any top up loan would be astronomical

The worst credit card services experienced in UAE. Their statement is like Transaction+Interest Fee+ Hidden Interest fees. The details of hidden fees cannot be seen anywhere in your account. Once I checked the eligibility of 50% off on Novo Cinemas tickets, but I didn't book. In next month's statement, the ticket rate debited from card. If you want to connect them by phone, then you have to wait for long time. If you mail the customer care, there is not even an mail acknowledgment.

My first visit to open my first account. Today is Saturday and only one attendant is there. They are not time sensitive. I had a follow on visit on Monday and the bank opened an account for me immediately. Good and proactive service. The area as such is a bit inconvenient since it's a secluded place with only a bunch of bank branches. Need to have own car. Otherwise rely on taxi, which is difficult unless we book one through Apps.

Un believe to try to complaint for an amount debited from my account without my permission and the customer service agent say that he is not eligible to raise the complaint. I don't trust this bank anymore

Avoid if you value your time. One person only for customer service. When I visited, there were 7 people in que and for 10 minutes, not even the first one left. So maybe 1 hour wait!!! Ridiculous.

I just came for cheque in cash. The token machine is not user friendly and very leas people in the bank to assist. Even Customer Service frond desk is not there for guidance. It was ok …

CBD have very few ATMs, If you want to use CBD ATM you will not find it everywhere For this you may have to travel 6 TO 10 kilometres.
