This bank is in the top league with regards to cyber security and loss prevention personal funds protection and verification of scam alerts when my account is displaying unusual activity and don't take any thing for granted. This year I have been targeted many times by dishonest people who are there to steal in whatever way possible but the bank know my behaviour and pretty much every time have been in my corner and even prevented disaster from happening rather than having to fix the disaster after the fact. So proud of the way they are not believing in the bull

The staff in here are always extremely helpful. Usually there is only a small wait to be looked after despite it being a smaller store. There is an automated coin machine for anyone to use however they take a percentage out if you aren't one of their customers. Last time inwas there they were going through renovations so had limited service on a few things.

Waiting time is disgraceful they make u wait but talk to other customers in between time then we get to the counter after 45 min they tell us to call

Wont be coming back again here so slow service no staff was there waited for about 20 mins and in the end I. have to go to another branch.

Usually they're pretty good, though the most recent time I went I had an inexperienced girl who made getting what I wanted to do get done.

Went in to ask about the travel money card, she was so rude and arrogant. And she didn't know what she was talking about. Disappointed.

Great customer service.. Teller was fast and staff are always happy to greet you pleasantly when you come in. Happy to bank here again
