CBA is really going down the dumps in terms of service eh? Waited over an hour on the phone so decided to pop by the branch. Waited half an hour and still wasn’t attended to. Meanwhile bank staff are standing around chatting and gossiping. Poor service!! Not valued as a customer. Definitely bringing my money elsewhere!
