What is it with you banks closing at 4pm I mean you don't even open until 930 am what about people that work 9 till 5 and cannot get in during lunch hour not everyone wants to do online banking ffs soon there will be no banks no shops everything will be online its just rubbish you must be so happy your work day is so short

Paid full amount upfront for safe custody facility. But bank failed to provide service to customer. Visited to take out my jewelry for family function. Bank staff said custody staff is on leave and asked us to come next week. So, couldn’t use locker. Returned empty handed. Unprofessional staff. Disappointed …

Just call them online they wont help you in person. Closing all my commbank account after 20 years of mortgages business accounts etc with them because of the non existent service they now provide.
