Went to comm bank at Northpark shopping centre today. Never experienced such a worse customer service ever. First told me waiting time is 35 minutes , took my details and asked me to come 35 minutes later. Went there after 35 minutes asked me to have a seat and will be served soon. Another 40 minutes have been passed still no response. Later a customer service representative came and told me sorry we are busy and it will take long. I asked how long ..doesn't have any answer for it. Later the argument grow and told me do U work at bank ? . Of course I am not but I am so sure this is not the way bank works they were seem more interested in talking to coullege rather than solving customer issues. I wish I could give them negative rating.

Very friendly staff, Incredibly busy bank, extra tellers wouldn’t go astray! What I find Extremely frustrating is having drive to the city late on public holidays or after business hours, in order to make a cash deposit. The Henley beach road branch have at least one “deposit abled” atm situated outside/on the footpath. It would be helpful if this branch could do the same. Banks earn so much through interest, how about investing in good lighting for your outside atm and preferably an atm that can be used to make withdrawals Plus Deposits please!

Tried 3 times to deposit cash into business account via ATM. Assistant told me it was because the notes were too new and to rough them up a bit!! Still didn’t work so lined up at the one-and-only manned teller for 20 mins to get notes swapped over, lined up at ATM again and still didn’t work!!!. Overall time wasted approx 45mins. Went to Norwood branch and machine took notes no problem, first time. Please have some maintenance carried out on your machine. Do better Northpark!!

I been with them for 12 years and the first time i have check how to have a home loan and the lady that talk to me is straight rude and have A BIG NO!!!!on her face.and today i have a ask also how to have a personal loan and this lady is again talk to me and worst than before because she looks at me like a "BUG" tha needs to pin.dont even think of having a go at commonwealth prospect because youl just go home upset specialy if your a different race

Earlier this week,I attended the Northpark branch to sort out an urgent banking issue,and was provided with excellent service by staffs.Despite it being a busy morning, staff members were very patient and informative in helping solve my issue. A big thank you to both Marina and Seyed for your efficient servive and professionalism- it was greatly appreciated !

The worst branch in Adelaide severely understaffed and always packed with no one to serve. Waiting times to see a specialist are over 40 min. And the line to see someone to assign you to someone at the door is 10 mins. Get more staff!! It’s the only commbank in the area, I thought as a big bank they would take that into consideration.

Worst ever commbank branch, longest waiting time, and especially if you are the only branch in the area as they are closing down other branches, still making your to customers to wait for more than three quarters of an hour. Bring your other work to do here while you are waiting. You won’t be seen soon enough for sure

Went there to deposit a cheque and was happy there were only 3 people ahead of me. The teller staff unfortunately were too slow and one of them was actually chatting with a customer on non banking issues for a bit of time. The teller staff were either tired or not mindful of the long line waiting for them.

Extremely bad service, honestly. If we go anytime after 2pm for basically anything they tell you to come the next day as there is no staff. Its a bank and it's meant to be open til 4pm. I can't believe how they can operate like this. Most of the staff were so arrogant. No basic customer service.

Friday is the worst day here which has limited staff thus long queues for a single ATM and a single Tellar! 2000 $ card limit also not honoured . This is the only CBA branch between Adelaide city and Salisbury. Time to look for another Bank. Staff are cordial but under serious strain to cope.

Lunchtime and customers lined up to the door . why would only 2 tellers be on at 12 .00 lunchtime ? Several other staff not serving waiting customers . If you sold product like a normal retailer i bet you would have more staff on

First impressions was positive. The direction lady was concerned and prompt with my issue. Unfortunately, Nick, who consulted with me, made me feel like a waste of time.

Don’t recommend this company tried to call but always over a hour wait times on the phone. I’ve called about 5 times. Go to the shop and huge wait times. Changing banks.

Waited 45 mins in branch before being served, was told wait times were because not enough staff for a 5 min request. Very poor customer experience.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I feel sorry for them though as they are understaffed for the number of customers that come through.

Dont expect to be seen quickly or to even have any resolutions been with the bank for a very long time and this branch makes it look bad
