Helpless. I went there 2 times and the customer service staff are terrible. They did not even tried to help me. My account is not linked with my phone number. Someone has paid me via phone number, of course the money gone to someone else's account. But they said my account was linked to my phone already... So where is the money??? They should notice this. I call the bank but this time they said my phone number isn't linked to my bank account but the phone number has already registered. It's clearly not my fault at all. They should responsible for this. I wanted to talk to the right person but I got no chance because of the customer service staff they thought they know everything. Terrible terrible
When you go with a query about missing money, perhaps due to a system error, they treat you with an air of superiority, they respond quickly and they don't even bother to patiently explain and show you whether or not you are in error. Sometimes there are a series of events that can cause a system error! HORRIBLE ATTENTION. All the common are the same. They are always in rush but for other thing, not for helping you!!
The change machine at the Liverpool st branch was broken and I was directed here. Change machine also needed refilling. Took half me half an hour for a simple errand. Staff were lovely. My ire is toward whatever “efficiency expert” that decided that bank tellers can no longer easily swap notes for coin change. I just find this kind of corporate bureaucracy infuriating.
Grumpy ms. Gusnany. Please show your clients respect and patience. Very weird customer service. Also we asked a freebie because we opened an joint account and she told us that she can pour her water bottle in sink and give it to us. I hope she had some shame, while telling that to us.

Change and Deposit machines are always broken. Service is quick and you're looked after quick. Staff are excellent. If you're going to put in machines to handle stuff people can't and employ less people to make big profits, then make sure they work, every time, without fail.
Went to swap a $10 note into $2 coins so I can do laundry and was told not possible because they only had two $2 coins left in the whole entire bank?!! Since they only had two out of the five $2 coins I needed I will be fair and give this place 2 star rating.
I went to open an account, and Victoria Mu, the staff who responded, was very kind. Thank you for her easy-to-understand and detailed guidance. Victoria, who also guided me at the bank entrance, was really nice to me and she gave me the best service.

I never had good experience whenever I visit a commonwealth bank branch but this branch particularly surprised me! The staffs on 18/12/18 are all super friendly especially the guy at the teller. Thanks guys!
Cash and coins deposit machine always broken. Ask them if I can deposit through the teller. They refuse and send me to another branch. The change machine always broken and run out of changes as well.
Atm took a weeks pay at 4am. Can’t get through to bank via direct branch line or commonwealths help line. At this point the atm has stolen $840 and the bank has not even picked up my call. Disgusting
