The accountant was nice explaining everything briefly, unfortunately really disappointed with the assistant. Instead of getting my tax returned i got a letter that i need to pay back. I tried to make another appointment but the lady asked me to send the letter through message and replied my text really rude. She promised to let me know in the next morning when can i come to meet the accountant but she didn't give me any call or text after even a week.

Not only did I get a great tax rebate, Kannan recognised that I had paid a Medicare fee incorrectly for a number of years - something that other tax accountants has missed - so his team processed the paperwork and I received this additional rebate.

Got recommended by a friend who's been using lots of different accounting services but never got as much rebate as here. Been here ever since :)
