From the Doctor to the so called accounts woman (who knows nothing about accounts and believes it's not her Job to inform you if there is an outstanding account. It apparently will come to us in our dreams) they are all absolutely unprofessional and aggorant. It's actually a joke. I will never go back to this practice.

My teenage daughter was given an appointment then when she arrived she was told it’s lunch time,she needs to come the following day.The receptionist told me my child did not make an appointment she just showed up.Who goes to a Doctor without an appointment?

This has been the worst experience with regards to doctors. I tested positive for covid last week Wednesday and not a word from the doctor. I was left with no information on how to manage my illness, no idea of when I need to return to work

Dr Khan is the new doctor at the practice and the 5 stars that I have given is for the doctor herself. She is absolutely brilliant, patient and takes her time to understand your symptoms as well as to get to know you. I was however

Dr Mohammed and team are absolutely amazing. I have been to the Kelvin and Buccleuch rooms. Both are good but Buccleuch has Phuti, the female doctor and the most caring nurse at affordable rates be it cash or medical aid.

This Dr has no respect for patients. Receptionist books appointments for 9.30 but the Dr is not even there at 9.30. Further to this there were already 2 other people waiting for their appointment.

New doctor is absolutely unprofessional with no client service whatsoever. Been a client for more than 10 years. This is the last I will be going there!

The short doctor is Very interactive and pays attention to client condition.Receptionist also good helpful lady"s.Total good experience.

Never available for after consult advice and the receptionists are lacking in communication skills-highly frustrating experience.

Very satisfied with the professionalism from the appointment ,reception to the Doc ,hassle free.

These are the worse possible practice to deal with, the most rude staff you can get!
