You want to know what makes America great? Sultan and Computer Zone. A few days ago, my laptop began shutting down randomly. Sultan quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing CPU. He provided me with a few solutions including purchasing similar laptops at a reasonable price. When I hesitated, he resolved to swap out the integrated motherboard/CPU with one from one of his laptops for sale. He completed the job in a few hours. I was up and running like nothing had happened except for the fact I got a faster processor and newer screen out of it. I quickly realized that Sultan provided me a valuable service for a very fair price. Not only that, Sultan stands by his work and asked I let him know if I have any problems. From spending a couple hours in his shop, I discovered Sultan built his business by providing honest feedback and highly competent service at a reasonable price. In doing so, he accumulated a large number of loyal, repeat customers. You can count me as one of them. Sultan is an honest, highly skilled entrepreneur who has spent 20 years building his business. This is the kind of small business that makes America great and we should support it.

This place is amazing. It’s hands-down, the most transparent and honest operation I’ve ever seen for computer repair services. Sultan is friendly and works fast. His method of operation is to listen to your complaint, give you an initial assessment, and then while you are in the shop with him, he opens up the computer shows you what’s wrong and what you need to have replaced. He then sends you away so that he can do the work and get it back to you the same day. My computer kept crashing, and then eventually stopped, turning on altogether, and he diagnosed it as needing a new motherboard. He showed me what was wrong, tested it right in front of me, then went online to search for the part and the cost right in front of me. He charged me for the average cost of a replacement part, And for the labor to put it in. Turns out the computer also needed a new hard drive and he replaced the battery for no extra charge.

Very fast service and repair. I have a Asus G751 Gaming Laptop which is more than 5 years old so it has some issues because it was old (Screen blackouts, noisy fan). I had brought it to another place nearby, they could not fix it at that place, they said it was too old and could not get the parts. When I finally brought my laptop to Computer Zone USA, not only were they very knowledgeable about the specs of my laptop straightaway, they managed to fix the problems and replaced the fan in less than 24 hours which was AWESOME (they apparently had some fans that were in stock, so they didn't have to order it). They were also able to answer some questions I had about the laptop like if it should have a BIOS update or have fast booting. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place to get your computer/laptop checkup or fixed.

I went in last Wednesday because my computer was stuck on a loading screen, because my hard drive was too full to handle any new software updates. I went in and they opened my computer and tested my hard drive right in front of me while explaining what was up with it even tho I didn’t understand it was very helpful! It took them 1 hour to fix something ubreakifix took a whole month to diagnose and not even fix!!!! Def recommend, they fix all kinds of electronics!!! I even eased dropped on a convo of another customers computer that wasn’t worth the fix and even offered them one of their own laptops at a discounted price!!! If I have any laptop problems again, I’m def gonna make the trip!!! Def worth it, thank you!!!!! Ps it was less than 200 for a new harddrive, window update, laptop dusting and service!!!!

I was building an small form factor PC and it wouldn't turn on after hooking everything on. I brought it for the folks at Computer Zone USA to diagnose the parts. They were able to figure out what I had done. They went above and beyond and offered to go to a store and buy a replacement PSU in order to build the computer. Then when they did they were experts at cable management. I had cables just hanging all over the place but they were able to hide them, strategically place them, ziptie them in ways that kept them out of sight and out of the way. The build I was making was an very small case, while still using very large components and I was shocked how well they did at building it. Nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend them more.

I called in about an issue with my video card on my gaming PC, and Sultan was able to take me in the same day. I was expecting to hand the computer over, wait a week or so for a repair, and then get a call back. But once I got to the store and described my issue, he began taking apart my computer right in front of me while explaining what he was testing and where the root of the problem was, as well as why it's happening. Just casually dissecting my computer while we were talking about the city. Within 20 minutes, we figured out the problem and I was on my way. Sultan knows his stuff. He is super knowledgeable and very personable. He's been working in the city for many many years and his rates were very reasonable. Definitely would recommend

Shariff really did an outstanding job replacing my old hard drive with a new SSD drive. Even though my old hard drive was corrupt with a bad sector, he was able to restore and save many of my files. In fact, he did all of it in the same day that I brought my computer in! He installed a new copy of Windows 10, installed MS office software, cleaned the interior of my desktop computer from dust and made a backup copy of all of the files he was able to restore on both the new hard drive and the USB hard drive I provided. Shariff did all of this for a very reasonable price which saved me hundreds of dollars. He's truly an honest and very hard working individual. I have nothing but praise for Shariff! Wonderful and knowledgeable owners and staff!! I came in with a custom built computer I've had for a few years as it would no longer turn on and I did not have the means of checking some of the components. Within five minutes of bringing my machine Sharif tested and found that my motherboard was dead. He took the time to go over all of my options with me before I decided to get a new motherboard and processor. I was really impressed with how quickly my computer was fixed! My battery on my MacBook Pro broke down and I called several places for turn around time and quotes. Everyone was charging extremely high price with over 5-10 businesses days turn around for just a battery swap. I called Computer Zone USA and Shareef said he had the battery and will fix it between 1-2 hours. But it took him 35mins Top! He fixed it right in front of me while giving me technical knowledge about my MacBook. Not only did he give me a new battery but also a motherboard, keyboard, and bottom cover. Pretty much the only thing left from the original was my monitor/screen. The price was more than half what others wanted with great service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Thanks again Shareef!!

The experience I had at Computer Zone was excellent. I brought my custom gaming desktop in on Wednesday and had it back on Friday. I am typically good at figuring out my own computer problems but in was faced with a particularly vexing hardware issue that I could not figure out. The proprietor of Computer Zone, Sultan Shariff, knew what the problem was instantly when I described it. He was exactly right with his diagnosis. The only reason that I didn’t get the computer back next day is because he had other work orders to get to. My computer is running perfectly now. And the price for the repair - ooh la la! I wish this was how it was when my car broke down!

It was hesitant about leaving this review since everyone at the store was super nice and welcoming. Sadly, they didn’t know what they were doing. I came in with an overheating computer, instead of doing any analysis and determining what was causing the computer to overheat, they jumped to the conclusion it was a software issue and guaranteed that cleaning the hard drive was going to fix the problem…of course, it didn’t. I also paid for cleaning service, which they didn’t do otherwise they would have changed the thermal paste in the cpu which turned out to be the issue. Save your time and just go to Micro Center.

Needed to get a new GPU and power supply installed. I was nervous to do it myself so I called up computer zone. These guys are legit. I asked if I could watch the process so I could learn. Owner of the shop did all the work while explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Once we finished we did a quick test and noticed a few fans weren’t working. No hesitation, homie figured out the connection issue and fixed it. I’ll trust this place with my future PC issues over any big box store. Good prices, honest work, family owned and operated. What else can you ask for?

Great place to have your computer fixed or to buy one or phone fixed however I had bad experience the other day and will never come back they wanted to charge me 45 an hour for repair that they could not even fix or find solution then they told me day before come back try 2 printers one could not try put of ink one did try but took them 2 hours to figure out driver for it they that could kot find had to find myself. They told me 100 for that printer day before but raised it to 180 after hour of help that did not help.

Visited today to help out my friend with his PC problems and when we arrived they helped us more than expected. The problem was fixed on the same day when we called in to visit. The main part of this review: They were glad to help us out even though we came into the store late. They were clear and concise on explaining/showing us the problem and why it was a problem in the first place. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. I dropped my computer off for repair as it would not properly start. Within a couple minutes Shariff was able to diagnose the problem. He was very transparent on pricing and talked me through my options. He was able to save all of my data and also replaced the hard-drive with a new, top of the line hard-drive for a VERY reasonable price. Amazing!!! My laptop wouldn’t turn on at all despite extensive troubleshooting, but luckily I found this place! Super helpful! He taught me a lot about my computer’s internal hardware right in front of me, diagnosed issue in a few minutes, explained my options to fix problem, and gave me an amazing deal! I found Sultan because I wanted to recycle a laptop and tower computer. Yep, for free he'll wipe your hard drive in front of you and take your old computers off your hands. But because the reviews were so positive, I decided I'd also have him upgrade a laptop's RAM and transfer data from an old computer to a new one. He did all this for a reasonable price. Sultan is knowledgeable, a good communicator, laid back and friendly. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Great Service and a Job well done! I would highly recommend if you need any assistance with any of your electronics. Before I brought my laptop PC in, it was slow and it would no longer load past the windows opening screen. Now it’s actually working and running much faster. On my first visit, the owner diagnosed my issue free of charge (my graphics card was bad and he let me know I needed to send it back to the manufacturer) On my second visit, I went to buy a static-proof bag ($10 on Amazon) to ship my card. They didn't have any for sale, but he managed to find an extra one lying around which he gave me for free. I went in for a hardware issue that was ultimately repaired. However, I lost a lot of my files in the interim as my Windows system was corrupted. The owner claimed a virus had done it. In ten years of owning the laptop I’ve never had any viruses on it. Meanwhile, and coincidentally at the same time as his repair, a virus had gone in and damaged my Windows. I highly regret ever coming here and doing the repair in the first place…

Fair, honest and very knowledgeable. Come here before going to Apple Store. Spent hours with Apple trying to get my MacBook fixed and was about to spend hundreds fixing it. As last resort came here and Shariff found much smaller issue, faulty hard drive data chord, creating problem. He installed new chord and charged very fair price. Could have easily ripped me off. Instead saved me hours, $$ and all my data. Highly recommend!!

Great experience! Needed to update my hard drive. Had a new SSD installed and setup with Windows. Computer runs so much faster now; all the bloat ware from the previous hard drive is gone. Super nice, friendly, and they cleaned my dust filled computer for free! It looks as new as the day I bought it six years ago! And so reasonably well priced! Could not be happier! Had business with them on three different occasions and every time was stellar: they BUILT a custom laptop for my son, very reasonable and very powerful; they replaced a retina screen on my mac book pro and hard drive on another one (deemed irreparable by "genius bar"), all in less than 24 hours, at a fraction of what Apple would charge. I had been without my computer for 6 weeks. I decided enough is enough and looked for computer shops in the area. I found this place. I was very impressed by Shariff's service. He had my computer for a week. It's not fair to blame him for it taking a week. He worked very hard on my computer. The service is super good! The store owner is really an expert of computer. He helped me diagnose the WI-FI problem easily and replaced a new Wi-Fi card in 15 mins. Then everything works super well. More importantly, the whole process was done right in front of you. So you don’t worry about the expensive pieces of laptop was replaced by something else.

They sell you refurbished equipment. Lie to you about it's usability rip you off on the price. Then you're stuck with a machine that you cannot upgrade to the memory and then it's basically useless. Wi-Fi doesn't work and you can't upgrade the RAM. I don't know why people just can't do honest business.
