I bought a number of Blue Parrot headsets for my drivers over time. I found the guy to be rude and uninformative but price was OK so bought anyway. The last one I got had a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. All I wanted was an exchange but from the exasperated reaction I got you would think I shot his dog. It was three weeks after I bought it when the driver got back and gave it to me. All packaged up neat and like new. He said he wouldn't take it. He showed me a receipt book (I only received a till receipt) that said I had 2 weeks to return so he wouldn't take it. I showed him the receipt I had didn't say that. The guy was horrible to deal with. I can assure you that I will not buy another item from him for our fleet that includes 50 drivers in my division, 300 federally. Horrible lazy attitude. I wish I could give a negative star...

Nice little store, lots of selection, but a little high priced for what they sell. Found the owner to be an arrogant know it all, and very rude to customers. I probably wouldn't buy anything from there, and I'd have to say the business is probably a front for something illegal since CB isn't very popular in Calgary. I definitely would not let him work on my radio after hearing what he had to say about mods, I've bet he's probably another square head HAM

went there and the guy was saying he was going to do the best job and he wanted to take his time with it. we were talking about putting it under the hood, but he decided to put two screw holes in the side of my new van. he didn't even put the holes in strait, it was crooked. it wasn't even strait. and charged me full price for sloppy work.

I’ve always had great service from this store, they have a great selection of products and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Just when I think they won’t have what I need, they open a drawer and out it comes. This is always my first stop if I’m in Calgary, for all my radio needs. Thank you

The new owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Even came out to the parking lot to help me finish up my CB Install in my truck before I left for BC. Definitely will be back for all my radio needs

Had a very good experience getting underbody lights installed on my 389. Very knowledgeable and practical man. Definitely looking forward to get more work done on future projects.

Over priced, but since they are one of the only radio shops like this on town they can get away with it. Nice fellow who owns the place. Very knowledgeable. I will be back again.

Owner was very rude and unhelpful when I was trying to get a CB mount for my 4x4 won't be back, for such a small business I would work on changing my attitude to your customers.
