I have always had my car clean here when not in Covid lockdown, the previous Guys were very friendly not that many spoke English, they did a great job! Under new management now. Today the main Guy that took the he car, was very loud yelling at the other workers this was very off putting. The car was ready for pickup on time at 3:30 but mine was the only car left there at this time. The guy still managed to get another yelling session & I had no idea who he was yelling at it just frightened me at the time. Car appeared clean a few pieces of rubbish sitting on the floor of the car but otherwise ok. I think it is extremely expensive $100 for a normal sized car & lots of people just can’t afford this as often as they use to so I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon mainly because of the price. As you get older it is harder to wash your own car & we don’t earn a wage to afford the simple luxury of a car wash unfortunately. I am very disappointed. The last crew didn’t change amount & I felt comfortable with them.

This is the first time I have ever had my car detailed - my hubby is a tradie ...so you could imagine the state of my car! I am quite sure some new species of French fries were growing in our carpet.. so I wasn’t sure how much of the family led damage could be undone. I booked in for the complete detailing service and was crossing fingers and toes a few layers of chaos would be removed. Upon picking up the car I was amaaaaaaazed! The carpets look BRAND NEW! The leather is shiny and every row of seats has received the same level of attention. The kids sticky residue in the arm rests is non existent and the dash and windows are in brand new condition. I am so relieved my car could be rescued and I am so thankful to the Concierge team for making it so easy! They didn’t even make me feel embarrassed for giving them a car in such a state! They were also super friendly, sweet and fast. No doubt I’ll be back sooner than I’d like to think Thank you again.

COMPLETE RIP OFF do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Paid $90 today 27/11/21 and as you can see from the pictures they carried out a very poor job. And best about was the car wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Just thought while I was in the Penrith Plaza I would support a local business! but this is how they treat their customers cars. Was only expecting the basics for $90 hoover inside and wash and dry outside of the car. Had to bring the car home and wash the oily residue off the bonnet and doors. Don't even want to know what the glass is going to be like when it gets dark!! HONESTLY STAY AWAY there is much better car washes and car detailers in the Penrith Area. And to top it off I just found out I was over charged looking at their website the price should have been $74 complete CON!!!

They don't honour vouchers, instead they charge you extra to "apply" the voucher, so you end up paying what the normal price is without any discount. when you ask why, they said they did extras that wasn't not included in the package selected(but they are), they even have it in a board on the wall, but they tell you it isn't right. When you ask for the voucher back as the price isn't right, they will destroy the voucher and tell you that you have to pay and then complain if you want. They should not give/offer vouchers, if they wont honour them. Also, half of the time they wont actually do the full package you pay for, but because you cant wait another hour for them to do it, they just give you a voucher to use next time.... but then....

If I could give this place no stars I would! $65 inside and outside and this is what I get. I had to argue to get half of our money back. The owner/manager seemed to think this was acceptable for the price. You are joking right? Half a job! Tried to justify it with they only wipe over the dash and vacuum inside for that price. Umm you didn't even vacuum trying to tell me it was stained and when I whacked the dirt off my mats infront of you, you had nothing to say. Horrible service, will lie right through their teeth. Waited 1.5-2 hours for this. They wanted to re-vaccum it or us come back my kids were crying and tired due for a nap at this stage. Never again! Do not recommend!! Paid $100 for full clean and wax. It took 45 minutes longer then what was originally said. I’m all fine for waiting slightly longer as it’s a Saturday and busy but our car was barely cleaned both inside and out. Seats are sticky and feels like a litre of silicone was dumped on them. The inside smelt like a dirty wet rag that had been used weeks on end. The car had water marks on the outside front to back as well as the tires still having dirt on them. We had to clean the car when we got home.. A very rushed and unprofessional service. We will not be returning and suggest others to go elsewhere.

Did not finish my car in the specified time. And the result was so bad l had to rewash my car when l got home. They left so much polish on my car, clearly a rushed job even though they had over an hour and a half to do it and there were only a couple of cars in front. There was also so many dirt spots left on my car, I'm not even sure they washed the car, merely hosed it, slapped on the polish and gave a half hearted buff. My car would have been cleaner going through a $10 car wash, rather than the $60 these guys charged. Never again.

I agree with some people saying the quality is getting poorer. One time they had a driver park my car and he didn't turn off the egnition properly being a new Mazda with button turn on and off and when I got to the car I found all my lights still on and had a flat battery as a result. They had to to jump started for me to get home. This week the car wasn't washed properly, around the doors still dirty and water dripping when I opened the door. I have been going there for 3 years or more. Please do better in future

I cannot thank this team enough! They stayed back almost 2 hours to make sure my car was absolutely perfect! They paid attention to every detail, explained everything they were doing to my car and did not miss a spot! I will continue to bring my car here im tje future! They even buffed out my car and the results are better than expected! My car hasnt looked this good in a long time. I can tell they take pride in their work. I'm so happy to have found somewhere I can trust with my car while I shop. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

I have a new car and im not a fan of letting someone else wash my car. This day i thoguht i would let these guys do it. Originally i thought the wash looked great but since then, i went to wash my car and there is all light swirls scratches all over the paintwork. They have clearly used the same sponge for the wheels and the bodwork. This car was brand new and i washed the previous time and know there was no light scratches. Do not let these guys wash your car if you are praticular about your paintwork.

Had my car washed today and as a regular customer I have to say that the service is getting poorer and poorer, except when the boss is there, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars. I checked the car after the wash and doors where still dirty, plenty of dust on the dashboard, car seats barely done, toddler car seat not clean at all with still crumbs in it and so on…and I asked for the premium wash… sorry to say but I will spend my money elsewhere next time.( photos are there as a proof).

Dont go here. Firstly way overpriced. Charged $100 just for vaccum and a wash. Then stole all monies from console. I spoke to the owner to report. He said he would look a video footage and get back to me an never did so i rang back a week later and still had not. I knew nothing would be done all he said was i know my staff they would not. I said you need to check cameras or i will report it he didnt care. Terrible terrible. Its only coins but its the principle.

Absolutely shacking cleans! Thought I’d give them a third chance after stressing how unhappy I was the 2 times, it didn’t get any better. They missed dustbin the cracks of seating and mats and peddles still had mud on them. Thought I’d pay the $110 in hope they’d do a full detailed job. It wasn’t any better. I know it’s convenient having the pleasure of shopping and come back to a clean car, however it’s a rip off and best to take it elsewhere.

I paid $240 for a full detail but my car was only washed, no polish or wax and they used armor all on my leather which should never be used at all on leather. There was so much tyre shine that it sprayed all along the side of the car when driving. I have called and emailed them about this and they offered a $20 voucher. I will now be making a formal complaint to Westfield Penrith, the media as well as pursuing them in the civil tribunal.

Pathetic, visited here today at 2pm, I am a regular customer. I was told they're no longer cleaning cars as it is too busy, what the hell? I won't be back, ever. Also these guys are very deceptive, put a sign out saying $30 car wash , but that is just a trick to get you into and upsell, and one thing please show the customers, the people who pay for your job some respect, please don't refer to and address them as "brother", it is Mr!

Left the car and was promised the world! Explained that we use another Company in the centre that always did a great job at half the price of Concierge Car Wash but were very slow. This company said they would do a better job and much quicker - quicker yes better - NO WAY! Made a complaint and was told to bring back - don't have the time and have had to redo myself. A couple things went wrong with my experience there were fingerprints all over my car when the wash was finished and weird smudges left on my rear window. Other things to take into account: - They didn’t want me to pay with card. - They took an hour longer than expected. - They sat on the donuts I left on the passenger seat (they were supposed to be a gift so I had to go and buy more ) Definitely not going here again.

I had my car booked in online for 12:30 today. Dropped my car off at 12:20pm and was told to come back at 2:00 pm to pick the car up and it would be finished. Arrived back at 2pm, the car has not been touched or even moved from where I had left it. The most infuriating thing was when o went back they said just give us ten minutes!!! Never again will I use this place!!! Wasted nearly two hours for absolutely nothing!!!

Vicky from Concierge Car Wash in Penrith really looked after my car today. He was absolutely lovely. He did a deal for me to have my seats steamed and my trim polished, down from $180 to $120. He waxed it free of charge for me as well. He did a great job. The service was fabulous, he even opened my car door for me to get in, proving chivalry is alive and well. I would highly recommend Concierge Car Wash. Thanks Vicky!

Paid for full service and detail that certainly they did not do. Well the exterior looks great the inside by far was not. I wish I could post the pictures on here tbh because its a disgrace. What a waste of money. I was happy when I left but they parked my car in a dark car spot and when I got home I was absolutely not happy one bit. And may I add they also stole a shower squidgy that I bought that day out of my car.

I will not use this company ever again. Asked for a premium wash, and upon returning was charged for a superwash and had to pay the extra money for that. When I contacted support I was told there must have been a "miscommunication". Then when I sent pics of the poor job, as there was dirt and marks in a number of areas, I was told to return and they would look at what they could do. Never again!

I own a 2013 Holden ute, nothing special. I pulled in and asked for the $59 wash. The person looked at the inside of the drivers door and said it’ll cost you $69 because there is some mud and sand on the inside of the door. Believe me it was so little that a damp cloth would have removed it. I said the sign shows $59 and he informed me that the price starts at $59. Not impressed at all!

Asked for the interior of my people mover to be cleaned, it was disgusting from kids food scraps, straw wrappers etc, I was embarrassed and was very apologetic, they kept saying it was fine not a problem, 2 hours later (within timeframe given) I came back and to say I was impressed is an understatement. It was like brand new again, something I never thought would happen to the floor.

I love Concierge Car Wash …. The guys working there are very friendly and helpful. I find that they do an excellent job inside & out. I was washing my car every week, BUT whatever they use ‍♀️ my car can go for weeks without washing it. I’m very happy with their service & will continue to be one of their faithful customers. Awesome staff highly recommended they know the business well far better then star car wash ..never have this kind of service from any car wash in australia..we were there to buy something from Apple Store I saw the car cash and thought just give it a try..came back after 45 minutes my kids were shocked and asked me papa how they clean so well in 45 minutes..

I have had both my vehicles washed by this amazing and professional service. I am a very picky person about cleanliness and they were on point. The people at this business are very friendly and very helpful to my requests and did an amazing job from drop off to pick up. I got my car washed today it’s not valued for money. Car not clean properly inside out. Not satisfied . As per conversation they mentioned they gonna clean from inside wiped and vacuumed. I can still see the sand inside on seat and on car floor and marks on the door. Not really satisfied and make us more disappointed and feel wasted of money.

One of the staff lost my driver side floor mat specific to my car. After a bit of to-and-fro as to what happened Sunny said he will check CCTV to see where my missing floor mat went. Not happy that I paid for a service and find out I lost an item. Will update rating when they resolve my issue. The guys are usually very good at cleaning.

The guys are always so polite, accomodating and efficient. My car looks spotless when I return: so shiny and clean. The inside - geez they are particular! Other places have skimmed over all the nooks and crannies in the dash but Concierge Car Wash get in there as if it were their own car. Thank you fellas! Will see you again for sure!

Two years ago this was a good car wash, now it’s an expensive waste of time. They refused to use a valid discount code because they said “the owner wouldn’t like it”. When I pointed out that they didn’t even clean the cupholders they told the guy who was looking at it not to fix it because I’d complained? I’ll never go back.

Absolutely worst service! Paid $70 for a wash. Very substandard. Sprayed tyre shine over tyres and $5000 wheels. Didn’t wash inside of wheels when every other carwash does. Spoke to the arrogant “first point of contact” who told me they can only hose inside wheels. The past owners were good. These blokes need to be avoided!

This is the best car wash I’ve ever been to, and even more so in a shopping centre! They are attentive, enthusiastic, and do an amazing job for a very reasonable price. They are always so appreciative of patronage, highly recommend them if you’d like your car to sparkle like new!

I would have given an zero but there's no option. Booked in my car for an exterior wash the website said from $25.when I got there the management quoted me $55 because I had some bugs on the bumper bar total rip off, I don't think they like white people either please avoid.

I had my car washed & cleaned inside and out today and it now looks amazing. I will definitely be back every fortnight. We are new to the area so to able to have my car cleaned whilst I shop is just terrific. I was advised of finish time at drop off and it was ready.

Back seats and boot wasn't vacuumed. Wax wasn't buffed off properly and shows up as swirl marks Now. Whatever they sprayed on the car with shows up as marks on the windscreen in the mornings and it takes a while using the wipers etc to see clearly. I paid over $100.

$65 for a job that you could easily do in 10 mins at home. Picked up the car with no visible difference (inside or out) other than a bit shiny wheels. Dust on dashboard, muds on floors and back of the seat, doors and windows- nothing was done. Never again!

Best car wash I have been too! I just went in for a clean and had bad scratches down both sides of the car, thought I would have to go to a paint repairer, get back to my car and the deep scratches are gone - amazing! So happy, highly recommend these guys

Filthy job, paid $45 for an hour long wait and a dirty car. They must not ring out their drying towels as my bonnet and drivers side were left with dirty brown water marks. Absolute amateurs. After complaining they said I’d get a call back, nothing!

This carwash left a whit speckled compound all over the bonnet of my car. The manager refused to correct the issue with a clay bar or polish and required payment to collect the car. Avoid if you value your time, money and an undamaged car.

Was happy at first but on closer inspection the interior was not what id expect for 100 dollars, yes it was shiny on the outside but inside could of been alot better, i also had left it there for 1.5hrs so definately not what i expected.

They were friendly and gave me advice about what I should spend to get more for my car (I was cleaning it to sell). They did a great job despite the car being absolutely filthy. They even looked after my shopping. Very happy customer.

Dont waste your time or money, i drive an suv, they didnt have to do the boot or the backseat. Charged $80 and couldnt even clean the surface dirt or cob webs from the outside of the car, was told i had to pay extra for a good clean.

For $95 i expected a little bit more. Came back to hubby asking me if I'd cleaned my car myself or if i sent it in to get a wash - maybe i should have tried to clean it myself. Not really worth it, you can tell it was a rush job.

Decided to use this business for first time for a wash and vacuum whilst shopping. Usually wash my own cars. Happy with the job, out side looked like new and it was done slightly faster than planned. Will be returning

Paid $95 to have car washed and cleaned inside and out . Usually very happy with service . This time disappointed . Looks like the boot and back of car totally forgotten . Hubby finished when we got home .

Drove in without at appointment and they were happy to accomodate me! Staff were very friendly and polite! Very fairly priced and was the car was completed earlier than quoted! Very happy with the result!

Paid $60 to just wash the outside. Took over two hours. Got home and it looks like they just rubbed wax into car and its just oily. Had to wash it again when we got home. Don’t bother!

Promised a deep clean inside and out including windows and tyres. Streaks on the windows, haze on the inside. Rear window a bit dirty round the edges. Didn't clean the camera. Not ogg

The guys did a great job. Car looks amazing. Price was a little high but the outcome was awesome. And it was ready in the timeframe they advised me of.
