Amazing patient care! I popped in to get my elderly Aunts prescriptions filled for her (5 of them). The chemist popped out to ask me a few questions as she knew the patient (...in my 40 odd yrs on earth i have never experienced this)... and in asking the questions it became clear that a prescription was missing. This was vital information. I then organised to take my Aunt to the Dr to get her repeat. This chemist knows her stuff. She is also incredibly professional, kind and polite. I highly recommend getting her to manage your prescriptions. I now see the difference between having a chemist who knows their patients and their prescriptions. This experience has made me re-think my own use of large chain pharmacies.

Wonderful welcoming customer service provided by the staff at concord west pharmacy, with friendly, caring and hospitable attitude towards customers. Affordable and great ranged pricing with various pharmaceutical products that help aid most common needs. Also with the addition with other household items such as luxurious candles, they also provide a outstanding ear piercing service. Just recently had my ears pierced by a lovely member of staff called Amy and I would most recommend her for piercings due to how well and delicate she is with the piercings. Thank you all for the welcoming experience.

Very nice place, I just do wish that you were able to look up what they have on their website as you actually have to go into the store without knowing prices of items or if they even sell that particular item; But overall, they sell a lot of things ranging from hair accessories and make up to medicine to baby items and more.

The best pharmacy! Chronic illness means a relationship with your chemist and this pharmacy goes the extra mile. I live 20mins away and go here because they are fantastic, they remember my kids details, they always check for contraindications just in case the doctor has stuffed up. J
