Lack of care and sympathy,we came in on an emergency with my old mother as she was having an emergency with her tooth on her vacation,was willing to wait also but receptionist with a very cold face refused to help and send us away,definitely will not come back and do not recommend!!! For almost three years, I have relied on the services of Confident Dentistry, and I have nothing but praise for them. The receptionist always greets me with a nice smile and makes me feel welcome the moment I enter. The clinic has been tastefully equipped with cutting-edge facilities and a relaxing lobby for patients to wait in. It's also worth noting how spotless the whole place is kept at all times. The dentists, hygienists, and staff at Confident Dentists stand out to me because of the exceptional care and professionalism they show their patients. They care about your comfort and satisfaction, therefore they take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain the procedure. I was recently introduced to a new toothpaste at the dentist's office called Flash Whitening Toothpaste. I am very happy with this toothpaste. I'm always looking for ways to improve the appearance of my smile, and Flash Whitening Toothpaste has well surpassed my highest hopes. After using it regularly for a week, I saw a dramatic improvement in my teeth's brightness. I was quite pleased with how well it worked to eliminate superficial discolouration without irritating my teeth or gums.

To start with Confident is the most modern and advanced dental clinic in Dubai! They are professional, welcoming and experienced. I loved that all range of dental services are in one place. You start with a consultation where a doctor scans your teeth in 3D and you can see everything in computer in front of you. Following this consultation the doctor will give you advise regarding your teeth. Even the dental implants or dental crowns you can get it done in one day! As they have dental crown department who will do for you the crown in 2 hours. They are also good in teeth whitening. If you don't live in Dubai they have an excellent transportation. I am a frequent customer of ConfiDent Clinic on Palm Jumeirah. Together with my family we have regular appointments with Natalie for our dental hygiene. I can highly recommend Natalie for her professional and friendly performance. Even our children like to go. I recently got to meet Dr. Siju for my root canal treatment. Great work, no pain and above all I liked the fact that Dr. Siju always explaines his next steps and also showed the results of his work on pictures after each session. Thanks to Dr. Jo, a very friendly and remarkable Dentist himself, his whole Clinic makes one feel comfortable throughout each visit starting with a very friendly and reliable receptionist team.

5 star! I've seen Dr. Jo a couple of times over the past few weeks and I couldn't rate the experience any higher. Great job by the whole team there - really welcoming, professional and friendly. They even ask for your preferred choice of music which is really cool. Would 100% recommend. So much better than the two other dental surgeries I have visited in Dubai. Parking is easy in the basement and they also provide a pickup service (although I didn't use it). It's maybe not the most well advertised of places, but don't let that fool you. Top class spot!

I have had a few visits with ConfiDent the last couple of months and I've been extremely happy with the treatments and the service. The Dr's kept me informed and ensured I understood everything, as we went through the different treatments. I visited Confident Dental Clinic. I did cleaning and teeth filling. I have severe allergies to medications. My Dr. Irina did all needed tests for allergies, was very attentive, and the anesthesia was perfect without any side effects. Tooth filling and cleaning was done on the highest level. More than that I received advices regarding daily teeth care and daily hygiene products. I definitely will recommend this clinic and my Dr. Irina to my friends and family members. Dr Natalie Wong transformed my teeth in one session, she took time to teach me how to take care of my teeth, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job!! From the moment you enter the clinic you are greeted with warmth and kindness and the staff are friendly, professional and caring. Also Dr Natalie provided me with home instructions that are easy to follow and I noticed the difference right away after implementing her tips. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr Natalie!

This dentist is exceptional. I visited yesterday when I developed toothache whilst on vacation in Dubai. I was treated by Dr Jo who was truly outstanding . The care I was given in this surgery surpassed anything I have experienced during my lifetime of visiting Harley Street surgeries in Central London. They are extremely reasonably priced but seem to genuinely care more about the patient care than generating fees. I would highly recommend this surgery.

I was incredibly happy with the results of all of the treatments I've received over the last couple years from ConfiDent dentist. From teeth cleaning to fillings to getting invisalign retainers, everything went perfect and far surpassed the results I was expecting, Dr Sabrina has been especially brilliant throughout the process and I'm so happy with the results of my teeth and the only thing I wished is that I had come to ConfiDent sooner!

The team at ConfiDent are the best - so kind, professional and caring. So far I’ve seen Dr Jo where I had the most high-tech check up, including 3D scans. Then I secured an appointment with Natalie the hygienist (she’s in high demand so book in advance), Natalie took the time to not only fix any issues but explain where I was going wrong to prevent future issues. What a very friendly competent service by all the team here, my wife had an infection, we got an appointment very quickly. This dentist has all the expertise and best equipment and they very quickly identified the problem, cleaned up the infected area and gave some good general advice on my wife’s other potential issues. Experienced the best dental care! Had tooth extraction and implant done by Dr. Olivier Carcuac. I was nervous to do this procedure, but I highly appreciate how doctor and the nurses made the treatment experience a comfortable one. Doctor Olivier is very informative and gentle.
