I recently visited (23/03/23) this cafe-restaurant with a group of co-workers and had a disappointing experience. We were enticed by the 30% off food menu promotion advertised on the table, which stated that it was available from 12:00-15:00. We placed our food orders at around 1 pm and were surprised to find out that we didn't receive the discount when we received our bill later on. When I asked the staff member why this was the case, she told me that we had to pay before 15:00 to receive the discount. This information was not communicated to us at the time of ordering, and there was no signage or indication of this policy in the restaurant. What made the experience worse was the staff member's attitude towards my inquiry. She was dismissive and implied that we should have known about the policy, even though we were not informed of it. Additionally, when I suggested that she could have reminded us to pay before 15:00 to receive the discount, she told me that she didn't want to disturb us because we were using our laptops. This was not a satisfactory response, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to note that this is my first review ever, and I feel compelled to share my experience. It's important to mention that my dissatisfaction was not about the discount or money, but rather the lack of communication and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service at this restaurant. I would not recommend it to others based on my experience.

Commonly visited for us. Finally found some decent made coffee here (way better than that coffee island across the street). Menu for snacks and meals too. Club sandwich looked great but a little bland for our pallet. Fries were good though. Plenty of selections in the menu. Our server (from Greece) deserves props. We're from Canada and he gets it when it comes to service. Sadly something we find lacking in a lot of other places around here. Prices a little steeper compared to the competition but place was put together a little better than the others as well. Give it a shot.

Γευστικό φαγητό, ιδανική επιλογή για delivery, αλλά, παλιά. Μέχρι πριν 2-2.5 μήνες παίρναμε δύο σαλάτες 16-17 ευρώ, τσεκάραμε σήμερα και τις έχουν πάει 12-14 ΤΗ ΜΙΑ. Απαράδεκτο. Θέλετε να κάνετε αυξήσεις γιατί όλα ανεβαίνουν; Δεκτό. Αλλά να διπλασιάζετε τις τιμές εν μια νυκτί, είναι τουλάχιστον προκλητικό. Κρίμα.

The music kind of annoying. The same sound over and over again. The food really overpriced, we ordered salad and it was like a kids meal.For 10 euro the quality of the food should be higher and the ingredients much more.also the bread was kind of rough.

The place is nice and the prices are good. The coffee really good and almost all dishes are tasty. However, when the place is full the service is very slow. They definitely need more staff for the busy days as it gets frustrating waiting for so long.

Good coffee and food was also good. 10€ for a plate seems adequate but 4€ for a coffee slightly overpriced. Annoying that terrace is all smoking area and even inside, which is non-smoking, you can still feel the smoke coming in

Average on everything. Really annoying when there's a football match they turn the tv's volume too high. There's no respect for people who visit the cafe not for football

Lovely atmosphere, nice decoration, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, excellent drinks and food. The bartenders are professionals they really know their cocktails.

Veeery sloooow. You gonna know what the "siga-siga" is about. After 30 minutes of "cooking" burger you gonna have it with a patty warmed up in microwave

Confuzio cafe is reborn with an excellent service and food and in the heart of Limassol. The cafe maintains it's class and comfort throughout the days.
