They allow Rebecca's Tent to run a small overnight shelter in the bottom basement. I came there seeking help and a staff member became combative with me and the some residents harassed me terribly to the point that one of the resident followed me across town and attacked me. There are changes against the resident. I was told to exit the program for no reason and was working and saving for car repairs so I could relocate with family members. I'm devistated

I grew up going to this synagogue. Some of my most fondest memories were inside of here. Seeing all our family, friends and cousins, and the services too. Rabbi David Helfand has been a G-dsend. He's very generous with his time and a compassionate human.

Beautiful Kol Nidre service (the cantor's voice!) and sermon. Joined Shearith Israel virtually for HHH services this year, with Tashlich in person. Both were lovely.

They've changed,....some parts more than others, not sure why,...a bit sad if you ask me.

Attended my First Bat Mitzvah. Congregation was very kind and friendly.
