If you have credit and can afford to buy appliances elsewhere, I would not deal with them. I bought all new stainless steel appliances from this store. The salesperson, Ricky Ricardo was wonderful. He sold me a good game. However, they sent incompetent personnel to my home to complete the installation. They were unable to install the microwave because my cabinets were too low but assured me they would return today for an additional fee to move the cabinets and create a new vent opening. They never showed up or answered the phone. I called the store to have someone pick up the microwave and I was told by Fred/Frank the manager that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return it. I am more than happy to keep it if they can install it per the technician's agreement the day before. I agreed to the additional fee. They didnt put the safety foot on the range to prevent it from tipping over. I paid for everything on my credit card because I thought they were a decent company. I'm very upset and heartbroken this morning. Now I have to find a contractor to complete the job. I will never buy another appliance from them. I have a Home Depot and Lowe's account, I should have gone there like my husband suggested. I thought I was saving some money, but I ended up with a broken heart and a very big headache .

Horrible!!!! Bought a bed, night stand and a bench during what was a Labor Day sale. No deal really or military discount. I went and picked up my own furniture. And ordered another night stand. 1st night stand was defective. Took it with me to pick up the other nightstand that I ordered. Per Alec and Shawn, they said the warehouse was going to repair the night stand since it’s a manufacture defect. When I got to the warehouse they said they don’t do repairs. Called the store asked for the manager Shawn.Was put on hold for an hour. No one picked up to say sorry for your wait or anything. I hung up.Called the store back from another phone 3 times while on hold on my other phone. Finally Joël got on the phone and said he will send someone to the warehouse with an exchange order. The warehouse said they are closed. They close at 6:00pm. I asked them to just deliver it and pick up the defective one when doing the exchange. Joël said he would have to call me back because they are busy. I asked will it be today he said he doesn’t know. Will never shop here again. You are not important once they get your money

Our salesperson, Anthony Metoyer, was awesome! He listened to what I needed (went in looking for a new Electric Convection Oven). He showed us some models and I showed him one that I found on their website ( Samsung Model NE59T7511SG) He showed me the exact model I was looking for and we went from there. The management there is exceptional as well. Joel (Manager) was also excellent at explaining some other features and items the oven had and was able to do. I'm so glad I went there and spoke to Anthony. I definitely will be back to purchase more items. Anthony also mentioned that they do flooring and we've been looking at flooring as well! They treated me as a customer and not as a dollar sign and because of the great service I received, I will definitely be a repeat customer. We also received our new oven delivered today and the crew was very careful and very courteous! They made sure before hand that the new oven was not damaged in any way. From the moment I walked in, to our delivery today, AWESOME EXEPERIENCE!! Keep up the great work guys!

After buying a refrigerator/freezer from Lowe's in April and being told the ice maker will be in the next time I am in town for the last 3 months. The ice maker is finally delivered but can't be installed because it's missing a piece. Tell Lowe's they can come pick up their refrigerator and start shopping again. Call Conn's and spoke to Eric and he checks inventory to make sure they have what I need.... and they do!! Off to Conn's to check out the refrigerator. Turns out what they have is not a perfect match, but they have ice makers with their refrigerators. We walk in and are immediately greeted, I explain the situation, and a manager. Shaun, jumps in and helps us out. We get a refrigerator of similar size and capacity AND the ice maker is in stock!! Delivery expected on Monday. Cannot begin to explain the relief I have for finally, after 3 months, of finally getting my mom a refrigerator that she can be happy with. Conn's all the way!!!

Very poor management and leadership at this store. They managed to screw things up every step of the way. No call to confirm delivery window, purchased one item only to find out 30 minutes after that the item was no longer available. Settled for a similar model but no concession was initially offered. The model I bought originally had the smart hub. The new one did not. Same exact price. Delivery comes and they did not fully explain anything. Call store and speak to a manager. They said they could have someone out on Sunday to look at issue. I ended up figuring it out myself. Was supposed to get a follow up on Tuesday nothing happens. Call today, store manager has no idea what happened over the weekend. Ask to speak with his district manager via phone or email. They refuse to pass along the email but want me to trust they will address? What a joke. I would give zero stars if I could.

I originally gave a 5 star review. Oh how things have changed. We waited almost 2 months for tables, when they finally came in and we went to go pick them up, (40 miles across the city) we were told the manager at the store canceled them. 2 hoursof waiting later we finally get our tables. We go to put them together and nope the pieces don't work. Then we're told we have to wait allover again for the tables, and drive across the city and pick them up again when they come in. Mind you we spent over 5k on furniture. Conns doesn't care about their customers or the inconvenience they cause them. Do not waste your time with the headache of this place, do yourself a favor and go to Ashley furniture or Rooms to Go, and save yourself the hassle. I HUGELY REGRET MY PURCHASES!!!

If I could give them a zero I would .... I dropped off my laptop yesterday after calling and speaking to someone about getting it fixed through the insurance. I wasn't sure if I was getting my laptop back so I had to purchase an external hard drive to put all my pictures and videos in. I did this in their store.... Dropped off the computer. Filled out the paper work. Now I get a call saying my insurance is no longer available.... I guess no one checked and just took my laptop.. I called twice before and confirmed...and now that it's in their hands they can't take it in??!?!?!?! Oh and also the manager is on vacation and they can't even give me a phone number, just the store number .,.,. Smh or even his email!!!

Sean at the Bandera Store was fantastic. Made my shopping experience easy and painless. They had a great selection of refrigerators and at the very affordable prices. Financing was very easy and payments were very affordable. Overall five-star experience. I will definitely come back when I need other items. This is my second purchase from Conns and this was an even better experience than the first time. Sean was very helpful and detailed in describing all products. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. Very welcoming experience. Good finish to a bad day since a power surge had blown out my refrigerator. Would definitely recommend coming here to anyone in need of appliances furniture TVs etc.

Thank you Jared! You were so kind and SOOOOO not pushy like some of the other sales people. Night or day, you answered our texts and when we FINALLY made a decision, you were there to assist us without making feel like we needed something more expensive than what we decided on. The way you had everything prepared and ready for us when we got there, went over all the options available before coming and sitting with us, and had everything ready to go over and sign at the end. Went into the store to complete my credit app, and was greeted by a salesperson with a very bad attitude. He barely even spoke to me, and was on his phone the entire time. He was basically ignoring me while I was sitting there waiting for him to tell me what I needed to do. I finally asked him, and he said “oh, let me check” he wasn’t even looking into my app! After my credit app was approved, I looked around and decided to come back later to make my decision, but then the manager walked by and said something to the salesperson and used profanity, right in front of me. That was the worst example of professionalism. I will definitely not be purchasing from this horrible store.

Our salesman David was amazing! He really was helping us make the best choice with our furniture and got us a great deal! Regardless of our horrible delivery experience and canceling most of our order, we went back the next day to look for him and get something else! David saved the sale and really saved us from being stuck with something we weren't happy with at the point of delivery. If you go, I recommend looking for him! He is truly sincere and honest, we are grateful he was watching out for us and helping us out! We are very happy with the personnel at this Conn's, the managers and especially our sales guy David!

Aaron is great to work with! Very personable, takes time to explain everything and answers any questions you may have about the product or payment options. I had previously purchased a TV and the rep at the time rushed through everything. Let's just say he was lucky we had made up our mind on the TV, or it would have gone differently. We learned that, with Aaron, we could save more money on our payments per month by providing certain qualifying documents. Definitely a better experience this time around. Aaron is great to work with. I highly recommend, setting any appointments, with him.

After looking at Lowe's and Home Depot for an oven range and feeling very disatisfied, my husband suggested Conn's. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. A sales associate, Jared, was terrific. He was able to answer every question about the different ranges. He made sure it was in stock and it is only taking one day for delivery! Lowes was going to make us wait for 5 days. We are so thrilled we cancelled our order with Lowes!! If you want to be treated well, find a great selection in a clean showroom, Conn's is a must!!!

We had a great experience with Conn’s today! Our salesman, Shawn Shook, took his time explaining all the financing options, taking us around the showroom to the areas in which we were interested, and made sure that all of our needs were met. The manager - can’t recall his name - reviewed the specifics with us before we left to make sure that we were satisfied and taken care of. The quality of furniture at Conn’s is great, and we are excited about receiving our furniture tomorrow - with no delivery cost! We highly recommend Conn’s!

Gary was a great Sales Rep from start to finish for our recent purchases. He was not a pushy salesman, but was very knowledgeable on the questions we had on their products. Afterwards, he gave us his personal cell number to contact him with any issues/ questions we may have long after our business transaction. I read the reviews like everyone else and almost didn't the make the purchase. I decided to go a head with the purchase after all and I couldn't be happier. While at the store I worked with Richard and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and was not pushy like most sales reps. Since the purchase the delivery process went well and I'm really enjoying my products. Despite the rest of the reviews, I would recommend this store to anyone. If you go ask for Richard!

Mark was awesome! Greeted us walking in the door and assisted us whenever we needed questions answered. I walked through the entire store, and presented which ones I liked. Asked which ones i liked if he can check which ones are available. We’ve been shopping around for a new king bedroom set, and we’ve been discouraged with the shortage of furniture everywhere, we got what we needed right here and also will receive it in ONE day, free delivery!!!! He doesn't really like the whole sales pitch thing and would rather look until he has a question to ask. Anthony was not pushy and let us look around. Terrible experience! 5 min after delivery man left I received a code C 4 Called Conns and was told by warehouse that by calling within 24 hours they would replace washer! Waited over a week and when they arrived they said they were here to inspect unit only! No code came on and they said it must be my water pressure and to call a plumber! So dissatisfied and disappointed! Will never shop at Conns.

Did not realize until I got home that a warranty was added to my purchase without my being asked. This warranty seems to add 700 dollars to what I owe. Be sure you look at the paper work very carefully. Past that the employee was helpful and the computer seems to be ok. They did not have the one I really wanted but they found something similar for me.

Loved my experience, my salesman John was great, very helpful and not pushy at all. I bought a Stove and Microwave and he was amazing, showing me an LG that was a great price, $400 cheaper then the double charge ven I was looking at, that’s a great salesman, great experience!! Gary at store #46 on Bandera was AWESOME! I rescheduled my appointment a few times and he was always flexible. He also remained cool, calm and focused while I asked hundreds of questions and during my random tangents!!!! A BIG plus is that he never made me feel pressured. Dont buy Dyson vacuum here at conns, you can buy the Cordless Dyson Cyclone and others cheaper on the Dyson website (conns=599.00 / Dyson=527.00) they will not even match the price.
