Very disappointed with a customer service provided by a female team member who was working at closing time on last Saturday ( 19/11/2021). Firstly, I would mention that I am a regular Connor’s customer and on last Saturday, I bought two chinos and two shirts from the store and wanted to have a look on shoes and it was around 4:57 PM. I asked staff member very politely about closing time and she replied so rudely that the I could not see shoes as store was going to close in 3 minutes. I am not concerned about the shoes but the way of communicating with a customer was wrong. Anyways, she should work at Connor Hobart CBD to learn some customer dealing skills.

Very bad customer service. I am a regular customer for last 5 years. And never had problem but this time i bought 3 pairs of shoes and 1 of them start start getting heavy marks on the first half an hour of using them. I went back to exchange and refund. The girl told me that that you are just returning it because you did not like it and said that this is only $29.99 shoes and the quality will be like that. I was like really.. even the price sticker was still there under the shoes, so it completely shows that i did not wear it for that long. Later on she said you can exchange. Bu there is no customer service skills and i am not returning to the brand again.

My partner went in Connor store today,looking for a suit willingly to spend money and the women that was working at 10 oclock this morning was more interested in talking about her boyfriend on the phone rather then serve customers,2 people walked out as dud my partner..Where is the customer service,it was disgusting and a disgrace to the Connor Store!! Find people that are willing to help and work rather then talk on the phone about there personal life..I am not happy..There for as i said find people that actually want to work and help!!

Bad customer service Staff told us not to open shirts until u like or find the size no one have time to waste on cloths until like something to wear and they had t shirts up on one an other which can not be seen until to open and have a look So bought only 1 tshirt and not like to see other clothes bec of staff behaviour

Not good. Money comes out of your account yet their system does not recognise it and they try to make you pay again. Terrible customer service. Head office did not have manned phones to try and sort the issue out. Buyers beware.

Do yourself a favour and speak to Ruby, she made the process so simple and easy choosing a new suit, working with what we wanted but what they had, we left very happy with a lovely suit and accessories.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality business clothing for young and older men.
