Outstanding Service! I came over the border from Germany and boy, was it worth it! Extremely wonderful service from the beginning. My e-mails were promptly answered, consular agents made an effort to return my calls, and I was able to schedule a quick appointment. Upon arriving, everything went smoothly and quickly. ALL the employees I came in contact with were cordial, polite, and helpful. Consular Agent Agert was extremely kind and helpful and I am very grateful! All in all, an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Personnel sympa et tout s'est bien passé pour nous. Par contre nous sommes arrivés avec un peu d'avance et eux avaient du retard. Nous avons dû attendre 45 min dans le froid dehors. Mais une fois à l'intérieur (et contrairement à l'ambassade de Paris) il y avait de la lecture pour les enfants et pour nous et du coloriage ! Donc merci.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du consulat. Au top! Nous y avons fait les démarches pour une déclaration de naissance à l’étranger et un renouvellement de passeport.
