I first called to inquire about the entry requirements of the country. The staff (Mrs.Rosario) was INCREDIBLE! She was kind, polite, professional, knew all the rules and was very very supportive. I’ve been into plenty of embassies and made many visas but I’ve never experienced such friendly and kind service before. Not only this, when I inquired about the time needed to process a tourist visa, she became aware of a flight I was taking in a weeks time & helped me out by processing my visa much faster than the usual 3 weeks. She also made it easy for me to pay & to receive my passport back - using WhatsApp to communicate the status of my visa. I felt so pleased with this experience, I am extremely excited to visit peru. This was such a good first impression. Really fabulous consulate ❤️

Desde el momento en el que hice la llamada para averiguar los trámites hasta mi pasada en el consulado me trataron súper mega bien, la información muy clara, me ayudaron con absolutamente todas mis dudas y a sacar los papeles que necesitaba para mi bebé con la mayor facilidad y agilidad que no pensé fuera así. 2017 REVIEW - Gave them 1 star Terrible service. I've been calling more than 5 times to ask about a certificate enquiry and they are not picking up their phone or either answering and hanging up on me. To make matters worse, they are only open until 1pm. Very disappointed. UPDATED 08/01/2021 It has been a couple of times now I have contacted the consulate because I needed to and I am pleased to say that the customer service has improved significantly. The people are friendly and professional. They pick up the phone and give useful information regarding processes.

Opening hours til 1pm? They brought all the red tape right from Peru but now with restricted service hours. Review from 2016 gave them 1 star Just updating my review as the service has significantly improved. Melannie has helped me twice with my ID and communications by email have been efficient. Keep in mind if you want to vote, you need to update your new address in Australia ONE YEAR before voting date.

the people who collects money for using Peruvian toilets have better customer service skills. they don't answer the phones and when you show up they are rude as though you are wasting their time. it's a shame because Peruvians are forced to use their services. fortunately Australians don't need a tourist visa to visit peru. this place is it a good first impression of peru

Recently I used the services of the Peruvian Consulate in Sydney and I'm glad to inform my Peruvian compatriots, that the service is currently fantastic. The staff is very professional and friendly. My family and myself experienced a good service and our passports were issued following deadlines. A definitively good change in the Peruvian Consulate.

no se merecen ni una Estrella, son personas malcriadas que no tienen educacion un poco mas y te tiran el telefono, MUY MUY mala la atencion con las dos personas que hable parecieran que que fueran hermanos por que los dos igual de malcriados por lo menos de uno se su nombre FABIO , ojala que lean estas publicaciones y despidan a todo ese personal.

Mi experiencia fue espectacular. Me encontraba en una situación donde necesitaba unos documentos en menos de 24 horas. La Srta Melannie me atendio con la mejor amabilidad y no solo eso, sino que tambien consiguio enviarme los documentos a la hora de solicitados. All the people from the consulate general of peru are polite and efficient, they make your life so much easier as they are always available for you. I dont know who this people can work here. Any idea what they are doing. Not education at all. And the worse thing is they pretend they are busy when it clearly they arent. I am not peruvian, but i went with my boyfriend we spent a whole day there and tbh it was a total waste of time.

The service provided by the consulate team is exceptional. Eliana and Rosario were so polite, kind and efficient. They helped me with so much patience during my documents process. Also, they were eager to help me and guide me in every step of the process.

las personas que atienden el telefono son de lo peor, no tienen educacion, MUY MALCRIADOS sobre todo la que ve los pasaportes, son agresivos nada cordiales, que pena que en ves de ayudar a los peruanos mas bien nos maltratan es un abuso.
