El PEOR servicio que eh recibio en mi vida. La señora encargada de hablar contigo para la doble ciudadania fue super grosera. La primera cita dijo que ocupamos cambiar nuestro apellido porque como lo teniamos no era correcto y que “NUNCA” ibamos a poder sacar la doble ciudadania. Bueno, regresamos a Colorado a sacar otra acta nueva de nacimiento. Viajamos 4 horas con ella de nuevo, para que todavia nos diga que no. Cada cita sacaba una nueva excusa. Me imagino que con tal de no trabajar hacia una nueva excusa. Y cada vez ofendiendonos, sacando una nueva historia, excusa. Hasta nos dijo la payasa que no ibamos a jamas poder sacar doble ciudadania. Fui a otro consulado con mejor servicio y lo pudieron hacer. Hasta se rieron cuando les dije lo que ESTA señora de aqui nos hizo hacer. Nomas gastar el tiempo. Pesimo servicio. Jamas voy a recomendad que alguien visite este lugar y no se lo voy a recomendar a nadien que vayan. El peor servicio possible y todas son unas groseras. 0/10. En vez de ayudar parece que hacer lo contrario.

Antes que nada mis respetos y admiración a las personas que trabajan en el consulado esa paciencia que tienen a las personas que por falta de documentos, comprobantes o mal informados quieren que aquí les hagan milagros y se molestan se enojan se ponen agresivos con el personal porque no les dan sus documentos , por favor! no es culpa de ellos que las personas ni su propia estatura se saben, si se informaran bien antes de manejar 4-5 horas estaría mucho mejor, para ellos sería más fácil el proceso , muy buen servicio siempre están ayudando mucho a las personas a tratar de procesar los documentos, las personas que se enojan es porque no pudieron tramitar el documento deseado , el lugar es pequeño sería lo único mal, excelente atención muchas gracias consulado mexicano Albuquerque

Horrible place!!!! Este lugar deberia de estar cerrado ya. Toda la gente bien mal encarados. Super horribles con ese actitud. Todo esta mal organizado. Tienes que preguntar donde ir, donde esta la linea, donde esta todo. La vieja en frente que segun ayuda para sacar los certificados no sirve para nada igual. Nadien aqui absolutamente nadien sirve para nada. Front desk lady that you wait 30-45+ minutes for couldn’t locate a birth certificate. Weird how we found it online once we left in 3 minutes. Then the other lady making a HUGE lecture and deal about everything. Making the whole process much more difficult and worse. Absolutely disorganized, rude employees everywhere, would avoid coming here!

Mi esposo vino a sacar su pasaporte pero ya estando aquí les dijo si podía renovar la matrícula la mujer que atiende enfrente (“customer service lady”)parase que le ofendió que el decido a último momento el le contesto que cuando el hizo cita le dijieron que por el momento no estaban tramitando matrículas pero que ya vio que si lo estaban asiendo al parecer su trabajo es gritarle ala gente e humillarlos enfrente de los demás así lo hizo con mi esposo luego le dijo tu acompañante debe salir. Tuve que salirme con mi bebe me sacooo!!no lo puedo creer!! Con las altas temperaturas de Albuquerque créeme que si me bajo con mi bebe es para que el esté en un ambiente fresco no para verle la cara

El peor de los servicios trate de tramitar un permiso para carro y no me lo dieron pusieron puros pretextos aparte que te tratan de forma muy despota supuestamente son un apoyo para mexicanos que viven en país extranjero pero no es así: 1 Me dijeron que mis copias estaban feas según el señor y fui y saqué otras y ya cuando volví me dijo que no porque mi nombre no estaba completo en la registracion y que no tenía derecho a llevar el carro aunque fuera de mi esposo no con acta de matrimonio identificación de él ni carta poder en mano pero es muy tonto que según las leyes mexicanas las mujeres no tengamos derecho a los bienes del marido!!!

In one instance, we processed the dual citizenship for our children; and the process went smooth and fast. Nancy went out of her way to put our packets together with all the required documentation. She located our new birth certificates from the system and printed it out right at the spot. She’s also very kind. In another time, I processed my passport and the whole transaction took no more than 45 minutes. This consulate is organized and has outstanding customer service! Thank you all but specially thanks to Nancy for all your help!

El proceso fue rápido el trato fue indignate para todo los que no toco la cita temprano a lado de mi esta una persona que pregunto cual era el precio y los años del pasaporte y le responde están en la ventanilla vea los deberían entender que no vamos a buscar una amistad pero si un buen trato para eso pagamos el servicio se siente uno discriminado como si fuéramos una peste para ellos les quiero decir a las personas que saquen su pasaporte o su identificación lo más años que puedan para que no tenga. Had been trying to get my double citizenship for several years, and finally got around to it with the outstanding help from Rocio!! She is such a professional, patient, and sweet employee. Rocio was there every step of the way, making sure I had everything I needed, provided clear instructions, and made the entire process as smooth as possible! Everyone else at the office was also super nice and helpful. I walked out of the Consulate with my Mexican passport faster than I could have ever expected! Thank you!

De nada sirve que te den un horario en tu cita porque no la respetan porque a fuerzas te hasen formar en la línea cuando ya hay gente que llego mas temprano que tú a pesar de que su horario de la cita es más tarde que la tuya y después de que esperé más de una hora en la fila cuando llegué ala ventanilla la mujer que me atendió fue muy despota y para cualquier pregunta que yo le hacía me contestaba de mala gana ... hasta parecía como si yo le estuviera pidiendo regalado mi pasaporte ☹️

Pésimo servicio iva. A renovar mi pasaporte y el de mi hija pero cuando hablas para sacar la cita solo te dicen traiga su pasaporte vencido y el de si hija llego y me dicen no ud no tiene acta y su hija no tiene otra identificación si ellos solo me dijeron que llevara mis pasaportes vencidos es solo renovación por Dios están para ayudar o para hacer perder el tiempo como siempre son unos inútiles que no saben hacer bien su trabajo desde el principio

My 5 star rating is all for Nancy. Nancy has gone over and beyond to help me complete the dual citizenship process for my children. I was unable to locate my birth certificate and she took the time to go and look at the books manually. She really went over and beyond us so kind and makes you feel at home.She makes a stressful situation a pleasent one.Her coworkers should take tips from her and the consultant would be an amazing place .

The correct order is US, then other nationality (always flown at the same height as the US flag), and then state flag. Section 7g of the Flag Code states: "When flags of two or more nations are displayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the same height. The flags should be of approximately equal size. International usage forbids the display of the flag of one nation above that of another nation in time of peace."

Este lugar está lleno de gente grosera e inservible, para todo ponen un pero, tenía que sacar una matrícula consular y la recepcionista se porto grosera y altanera, cuando yo trate de portarme lo mejor posible. No creo que deban tener gente así trabajando, como dicen entre paisanos somos peores. La verdad fue una experiencia muy mala y deberían tomar acciones. Gente si tiene una cita vayan preparados a recibir malas caras.

El personal muy amable , bastantes pacientes con los usuarios, ya que mucha gente llega a lo tonto sin los documentos que se necesitan. Fui a renovar pasaporte de mi pequeño de tres años y las chicas , todas fueron bastante pacientes con mi hijo y profesionales , me sorprende ver reseñas negativas, todo fue rápido y amable , se nota que quienes están ahí si están capacitadas y tienen vocación de atender al público .

Quiero agradecer al Consulado de Mexico en Albuquerque NM. Las personas que me ayudaron fueron muy amables. Especialmente muchas gracias a la Sra. Dulce, a Nancy y a Montserrat, Ellas hicieron posible hacer a mis tres hijos Mexicanos. Tambien me ayudaron a procesar el primer pasaporte Mexicano de mis hijos y tambien su credencial para votar INE. El proceso fue muy rapido. Muchas gracias por toda su ayuda.

due to the pandemic. theyre only attending by appointment and limited amounts of people. therefore the time it takes to procces your request is fast. very fast. the only thing that hasnt changed its the way the clerks treat the customers. us clerks are famous to be snobs. jejeje. theyre sweeth and beautiful people compared to the mexican clerks. be prepared to be treated like trash.

Even though it took a little time, everything went very well, I got the document I requested. But I do have a complaint about a lady who, because she is a friend of the consul, did not stand in line nor did she have to wait her turn, she even went to the window with the influence that the lady had to not wait or stand in line like everyone else just because she was a friend.

Terrible servicio! Las mujeres de la ventanilla no dan la información correcta. Estuve esperando 20 minutos cuando no avía nadie en la salsa de espera. Esta muy “ ocupadas” cuando no hay personas en el edificio. Ni siquiera son capas de ayudar a ser una cita. Es una vergüenza que tengan esta gente que no te quiera ayudar.

Came here with my wife. Wow! It appears that finally the staff and the leadership has the correct definition of customer service. We spend more than an hour here. No screams or anyone leaving angry. This is the first time I heard people happy when they approached the service window.

They are arrogant and belittle the customer every chance they get. They put on their bows. I don't recommend it, but it's the only service available, hahaha. What a shame.. :( If it were up to me, I wouldn't give any stars. Instead of helping, it makes you feel worse than you were.

This is the Mexican Government at its finest. Will not answer the phone. Mexitel does not work for making appointments. Telephone recording says instructions in English, then switches to Spanish. They do not return phone calls, or emails.

The truth is that they ask for many requirements to carry out any procedure worse than in Mexico, that if people could go to Mexico they would not have to require these services in the USA.

Don't even try for Permanent Residency with this consulate unless your yearly income exceeds $96,000usd. Crazy as Nogales only requires monthly at $3500. Lame each consulate is different.
