The prices for their shoes are high, but aren't that bad when you compare the price to sites like goat or stockx (sometimes cheaper on those sites). The main benefit of this place is that they're cool enough to let you try on the shoe. That other place on the Westside won't even let you touch their shoes. I also like how they shoe the price straight up.

One of the worst resale stores to shop at in my opinion. Prices are way to high, most shoes there are 100 to 200 dollars above RESALE price. Also went to sell them a pair of shoes and didn’t have enough money to buy the shoes off me. If you are looking for a good resale store that has reasonable prices I would recommend Phoenix splash or duke city heat.

Shoes aren’t authentic , they run half a size to big ,make sure you test fit them before buying cuz when you go to exchange them for the correct size the 19 yo manager is gonna tell you the best he can do is 280 on a pair of fake shoes you just spent 400 on, no exchanges

Don’t shop here. Product is in poor shape and they don’t check product and could care less to help you. Poor customer service. Purchased pair of Prada sunglasses that are completely crooked and came with Ray Ban chamois. My advice as a luxury owner DO NOT SHOP HERE.

One of the best sneakers stores i’ve been to anywhere in the states. Customer service was amazing employees were helpful with all questions I had, all prices were fair and justifiable! Will definitely be back , if you have a chance check this place out !

Consumption is an AMAZING place to buy shoes. Customer service is amazing and everyone is always so nice there. The prices are reasonable considering stock x taxing and shipping as well. I am a regular at consumption and I would recommend it to anyone!

Prices too high and no one ever answers the phone even when the mall barely opens up on a Monday and it's most definitely not busy. All in all customer service isn't that great...

These guys low ball offers when you’re trying to sell to them, they’ll buy under market price and sell then turn around and sell them for even more.
