I’ve never written a review before but I felt the need to at least write something. The above choices (good quality, good value etc), needs a few more options. “Intense desire to win”, “doesn’t take denied for an answer...at all”. He seems to enjoy being told “denied” because then he will go at the VA twice as hard and explain to them “how and why” they are wrong. I believe he only does appeals for VA and other types of convictions. He doesn’t want the easy part, no, he wants the people who have been “denied “ VA compensation or who have been convicted of certain crimes. Due to certain issues that I have I don’t really like meeting people or talking on the phone with people. So I have never met him or spoken to him on the phone. He just said, “ok, email it is. He even messed me up on what day it was because I received an email from him. I could have sworn it was Saturday but it must be Monday because what lawyer contacts you on a weekend. But it was Saturday and he was ready to get this thing going. He would explain everything that he was going to do. I just said “just tell me what you want me to do and I’ll do it. If you want a lawyer who exudes confidence that he can win, just look at his photo on his website. That look isn’t a cocky look, it’s a “ you’ve been denied VA benefits, no problem. Let me show you what I can do” And did get me to 100% in no time. I’m not saying he will get everyone to 100% but he will get you the highest rating that is humanly possible. Whatever your rating ends up being, then that’s as hi as anyone could get it. He doesn’t ever say, “ok, I guess that’s high enough”. Instead he will tell the VA that they are wrong and he will tell them why that are wrong. I’m telling you if he takes your case you can be sure that he goes all in...PERIOD!

He made it so to get to where I was not able to get through the V.A. Obstacle course for better words for years. As a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran I have fought with VA for years. I have to add the hypocrisy which all Veterans go through but with Jamie Resch and his office made it so I can get the benefits which are promised to us as Veterans when we suffer injuries and they become chronic and in some cases part of your life and if you have a family they suffer just as much as you do. Worked with Jamie on a claim for less then a 6 month period for VA. He was so informative he even corrasponded on weekends yes Sunday too . He is a super nice guy very honest and upfront and has his clients best interest at heart.I have sent many people to him and they are seeing the same results with their claim as I did. It's about time vets reach out to a guy like him and not pay someone a $200 retainer fee that will lead to the lost of the fee and your rating not going up. If I could give 10 starts it would not be enough to say the least and NO I am not getting any kick backs for this post just a vet that has fought and lost because I had the wrong people on my side. I called this firm a few years ago ,because I was being jacked around. I spoke to Jame and he told me he could help with my case about six months or less I got what I was due by the VA. I have sent so many people to him and they have called and thanked me for giving them his number.Yet I am still in the appeals to getbon the docket because my issues started a long time other then what the VA compensated for.But I know they will compensate because I was rated for it. Condition solutions is to me top of the line.I suggest to anyone call them get what you did not serve with. If I could give 20 stars I will but I can only give 5 which sucks for this firm the deserve way more

I couldn't have gotten where I'm at today without Jaime. I wasted about 2 years getting nowhere with a business who claimed to help veterans and constantly got denied.
