I wouldn't have left a review but I couldn't find an email to voice my concerns more privately. I saw Dr Courtney Fiebig last week for an extension on my MHCP and felt not only shamed by her but like I was wasting her time. She told me I shouldn't be doing this with her and I explained I couldn't get into my usual GP Dr Lucy Herron (a living angel GP can highly recommend). She then continued to huff and puff and tell me all the reasons why it was annoying to her. For someone who accepts Mental Health patients, I expected a little more compassion for a sometimes impossible system to navigate. I understand everybody has off days but it didn't need to be projected onto me. I then asked about an ailment on my foot to which she repeated me in a louder voice making me feel quite stupid. I just ended up saying 'don't worry' when she said I don't have an answer for you. I left feeling very uncomfortable and upset. Not to mention the cost was more than usual because of the Mental Health nature appointment. I sadly won't be returning even though I've had fine experiences in the past. Again, I wouldn't have left a review and settled this more privately if there was an email, I didn't feel comfortable voicing my concerns about Courtney over the phone.

Dr Monisha Avery-Williams is hands-down the best medical practitioner I’ve ever had the pleasure of being tended to by. I absolutely love her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, impeccably clear, super compassionate and genuinely dedicated. I always feel so calm in her presence and know I’m on the right path with her guidance. Everything is taken seriously and you are always treated with the utmost respect and care, and no stone is left unturned; she is proactive with treatments and following up results. Not to mention her referrals and handover letters are always so detailed that specialists often comment and compliment. I am relocating interstate soon and am going to miss her so much. Thank you so much Monisha for taking such good care of me and my partner!

I made a rushed appointment at this practice after feeling tightness in my chest. I was visiting Coogee from interstate. I saw Dr Orme who had a very kindly manner. He listened attentively and asked many question to understand whether there were other indications beside the one with which I presented. He ordered some tests - ECG, chest Xray and blood tests which he needed to ensure nothing was missed. He later rang me personally to advise of heightened levels of troponin and said I should present at ED straight away. He had everyone lined up at the hospital and I was admitted and operated upon (two stents inserted) within a few hours. I had had a heart attack. I cannot recommend Dr Orme enough. He listened, is caring and competent. He also saved my life.

Dr. Monisha Avery Williams is truly exceptional. She shows the utmost level of care, respect, and compassion. Over the years I have seen Dr. Monisha for a variety of issues and most recently she has provided me with outstanding care during my pregnancy. She always ensures I am fully informed and supported. The receptionists are wonderful and are always happy to help if there is a document I need, or if I have a question to be answered. I cannot recommend this practice enough and am so grateful to Dr. Monisha and the team at Coogee Beach Doctors.

Dr was very nice in person. Sh encouraged me to get tests done and did not tell me it would cost an extra 400 dollars in pathology alone. Got stuck with the bill when I did not even need the tests. Very infuriating process. Went in for a simple checkup and cost me over a weeks wage. Would not recommend this practise to anyone. Have had a few friends who have got shafted with excess bills from this practise that are easily avoided or else explained prior in any other practice.

Dr Melissa Overton is the best! She is everything you would want and need in a GP - intelligent, kind, understanding, trustworthy, and relatable. As a new mum, Dr Overton has been so reassuring and given me such great advice for both my baby and me. She takes her time and doesn't rush you out the door, which I've found with a lot of other doctors. Her receptionist, Laura, is so wonderful as well. Laura is also so kind and helpful - always going above and beyond.

I went twice for a block ear after swimming and saw 2 different doctors. They changed the medication without any effect and asked me for a PCR test for the third appointments as per "policy". Policy didn't require it the first appointments but does for the third one. Lucky they refused to see me as I booked in another practice without any problem. It was debris in my ear and solve in 2'. Outcome: Insufficient & incorrect medication and no follow up.

I like Dr Lyn , she didn’t over charge consulting fee if u don’t have Medicare and she is friendly and remember me every time I come , consultation fee is 50 dollar without Medicare, I went couple times and she also won’t let u do unnecessary test to charge you more , I really appreciate her thoughtfulness, she done a good job and I will always come here if I have problem !

Don’t bother going to this clinic! They charged me 145$ to basically do a PCR test. What the doctors say Vs the receptionist it’s two different things. I was told I wouldn’t get my swab test results unless I booked another paid consultation! Little care and greedy for money!

Dr Celia is the best and most kind doctor ive ever met in Australia. I wish i could stay in this area long enough so that i can leave my health to her! Also the receptionists are very kind and attentive. I appreciate all and am very satisfied :)

Such a lovely clinic, Laura the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming, and Dr Emily Graham is amazing, she won't give up until you have answers. Recently moved to Coogee a few months ago and very happy to have found a new local doctor.

Whilst the doctors maybe we’ll trained and attentive there is a male “senior receptionist who is a bully and vicious aggressive if you cross him. Be prepared for the receptionist from hell. Good luck

I had my second vaccine here the other day and the staff were all so nice and welcoming! The view is also absolutely amazing. Will be coming back here if I need to have a normal consult

One word - AMAZING!!! Absolutely love Dr Lyn. She's very knowledgeable, efficient and understanding. I have nightmares about the day she decides to retire.

Amazing receptionists. Cute clinic. Dr Emily is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. SO happy I found this place.

Here for the vaccine. Extremely well mannered staff, very nice bathroom for toilet use. Kept me distracted while i got the jab.
