Brought a bookcase in store; agreed on the bookcase pictured including the three inserts. There was some trouble getting the price correct with numerous corrections but ultimately we landed on a price for the bunch, a bit over what I would of liked but I was quite a fan of the inserts. The order was placed through as it is custom made in china and shipped over. Once the bookcase and inserts arrived the sales person called me up to say that the inserts were not actually included in the final sale price and a mistake had been made despite the fact that it had just been custom made. They tried to pressure me into an additional ~$700 "discounted" price for the inserts that were originally meant to be included. Ultimately I didn't get my inserts and I would have gone with a different bookcase for the price I paid without the inserts. The entire situation smelt of high pressure sales tactics, disappointing as the bookcase its self is quite good hence I would still give the store 2 stars.

DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE!! We spent nearly A$4000 purchasing a king-size bed and mattress for our new house in Dec 2020. The new bed kept shaking after we started sleeping on the bed. Every time we got up and down the bed, the bed always made a noise. Coomo's staff came to fix the bed a few times, but it still didn't work. Then we gave up. The firm mattress is worse. The mattress started sinking after we started using the mattress, which made our back and waist very uncomfortable every morning. We feel like we sleep in two big holes every evening. For the health issues, we have raised this issue to Cooma and hope they can take some actions, but no response...That's disappointing!!

Bought a few things from this shop including a dining table and chair set. One leg of a chair just broke off and there is no replacement or repair option. The legs are not stable and are really bad quality. It’s not kings living but the prices being put up by Coomo should give better quality. A new chair was the solution offered at $450 that too in another colour and completely different design. Beware of this sort of furniture companies.

Honest and sincere customer service. The owner 'Edward' of the business knows about everything. He can give all the advice you have concerns with. Jennifer and Yuki were so helpful to find the best dining table chairs and sofa for us. I can definately tell the difference between staff from other brands. They are professionally well trained. So happy with everything.

Very poor customer experience. The staff doesn't communicate clearly either over phone, emails or in-person. Their policies on returns, exchanges or refunds are not clearly communicated. They're highly over-priced. Some of their products are ordinary imitations of European furniture. Stay away.

I have Margaret Recliner Sofa 2 seater very damages, with leather missing from friction of sofa parts, after only 6-7 months of used, and the shop ignored my demand that, the sofa to be replace or refund the costs. THE WARRANT MUST BE FOR LIFE! DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM THIS FIRM!

I recently purchased some furniture from Coomo. Great support on pre & post sale. I loved the creative designs, great finish, but didn't think I could make it on pricing. But they were very competitive on discounts. Very friendly, supportive & understanding staff.

We've just taken delivery of our new lounge, table and chairs, and a few other pieces. We're very happy with the results and the experience of working with the Coomo team to get the right pieces customised to fit our space. Highly recommended.

We have recently purchased three significant pieces from them...great service both during and after. Love the innovation and uniqueness of their furniture but married with great Custer service.

The best furnishing in Sydney! Fashion design and good customer service. They can do customisation with very reasonable price and deliver and install for you.

Very bad experience！A $10m house even does not deserve their walk in robes. They asked clients don’t waste their time to show pictures of their finish jobs.
