Renting out our property with Cooper real estate was a nightmare! Never had any issues with One agency Sunbury unfortunately we didn’t go back to them due to Braeden Henry leaving to another suburb and agency . BEWARE whose names are on the tenants agreement apparently they had someone else not on the lease living there subletting our home! My water fountain had the pump cut. It worked fine before and had goldfish in them. Also the tenants phoned me to tell me their Ute gets broken into for Cctv footage how to retrieve it then the system goes missing. Then you wonder why people don’t want to rent their homes out!!! We also changed the oven fair enough it needed it only to be told a month later we need to get to the regulator another $500 bill why wasn’t this all done when the oven was out. Hence why we sold the property there property maintenance were too expensive find your own property maintenance the prices this company charged for labour and up keeping was too expensive. Also fruit trees we’re taken out by there dog, roller shutters were whined too high wouldn’t go down the new buyers wanted this fixed guess what we got well your selling the house who cares basically and we had to foot the bill for the tenants thanks Cooper real estate you guys are the best at washing your hands from issues. Think twice before going with Cooper real estate care factor 0. Don’t trust your investment properties with them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Firstly, they didn’t responded to any of my enquiries online and when I called the office a lady named “TRISH” answered. I was asking her details about this certain property in Tarneit and she clearly wasn’t interested in the conversation and was rude. Secondly, when I told her I wanted to put through a verbal offer and gave her a fixed price and see if the vendor will be interested in selling the property in that price range, she clearly refused presenting my offer to the vendor and said “I wouldn’t want to embarrass the vendor with this offer” That’s when I told her that it’s her job to communicate this to the vendor and she further replied “ Fine, I will tell the vendor that you are wasting their time”. I was so shocked with that response and asked her what does that mean, that’s when she said “Well you are clearly wasting my time” and HUNG UP ON ME !!! This is probably the worst example of customer service I have ever come across, no basic manners and etiquette of how to talk to people especially when you are in that sort of profession. I WILL NEVER BE DEALING WITH THEM EVEN IF I’M INTERESTED IN ANY PROPERTY LISTED WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY THAT RUDE LADY!! God bless their clients.

I highly recommend Cooper Real Estate over all other agents in Melton. They have always conducted themselves in a professional yet friendly manner. When things need replacing or seeing to, they are always onto it very quickly. They choose the best landlords to provide the best rental experience and if your buying or selling a house, don’t even bother looking any further. They sold a family members house (they had sold many times before, using other agents not in the area) and were blown way with how amazingly they were treated throughout their selling journey. Coopers really made it a personal experience. They got an amazing price for their property and couldn’t have been happier. They now also promote Coopers as the very best in Melton. We have been renting with Cooper Real Estate since late 2021. We were lucky enough to find a newly built home in the Wyndham Vale area, but unfortunately, the builder made some mistakes with the home. Despite this, Trish and her team were incredibly efficient and helpful in sorting out the issues, and we've had a great experience overall with this beautiful home. Home inspections were conducted on time and organised in a way that allowed us to plan our schedule. As a result, we highly recommend Cooper Real Estate to both rental providers and renters due to their prompt responsiveness and helpfulness.

worst experience ever! Agent failed to collect rent/outgoings, and after a while has realized tenants had abandoned the property. Failed to provide conditional report, no inspections been done ever. With the late/no payment of rent, I was wondering what the next steps should the agent take? at least issue a warning letter to tenant? or report to VCAT, do something!!! the response I get from Simone was "well, it's your property, there's nothing we can do about it" VERY HELPFUL. and tried to email and call the boss - Ross Cooper, no reply no response forever. Seeking legal advise to sue. NEGLIGENCE.

All of them know what they are doing and the one that got me surprise of their service is they text me each time the rent goes into my account,, no other agent which i know does offer this service. Secondly the way they handle inspection was great. They email me the report with photos and comment which i don't get these with my other properties. They are very efficient in what they are doing.

I have used Cooper Real Estate for 10 years for my investment property in Melton South and for the first few years I had a good experience. However recently I moved to a different agency, initially because of lower fees offered however later discovering that I had been charged an item unfairly and without my pre-approval. As nearly $600 were involved, I am now glad that I left that agency and I will not recommend them.
