Been attending this practice for many years and not too much has changed exception the reception staff has recently changed but yeah that’s not really impacting me. You almost always can get a same day appointment and even if they are quite busy they often say you can come in and wait for an opening.

Do not see Dr Robert Taylor. I arrived at his office with very severe tummy pains. I sat down and he said we will get some urine and Bloods and do an X-ray. He used two fingers to prod my stomach twice whilst I was sitting and sent me out.

Do not visit Dr Taylor if you have a choice. Just ridiculous. Asked me about my symptoms. All I said was I'm having a really bad cough. Before I could continue telling my other symptoms, he's telling me he will give me antibiotics. Didn't

Dr Russell Davies is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever met. Mid way through describing my reason for a visit to the doctor he interupts me asking "are you done" I've never felt so disrespected .. No problems with Dr Taylor

Doctor Russell Davies was the only doctor to correctly diagnose and treat my mother's skin problems after one visit. Cured & happy again. Thank you.

Tend to do a good job of looking after me, have always been courteous of trans-specific issues which is appreciated. Nurses are nice :)

Called multiple times during business hours. On hold for 5 minutes then dropped into a disconnected signal each time. Don't bother.

Saw Dr Davies who is impeccably educated, thoughtful, gentle and explains health issues articulately. Thank you.

Who ever doesn't like Dr Taylor are absolutely stupid, he's a great doctor!

Fast and convenient but not necessarily accurate disgnoses...

Tried calling 5 times and they didn’t pick up in open hours

Called a dozen times today. No answer.
