I flew from toronto to Santiago Chile return on premium economy. The flight overall was good. I transited through Panama City. the connection on the way there was very smooth. the transfer at Panama City on the way back was not so smooth. There was a second security check at the gate in Panama that took some time and you had to dump your water. this left you at the gate waiting with no water or access to a bathroom, unless you wanted to go threw the security again . that was really the only issue. overall it was good and the price was a good deal.

I do not advise anyone to believe in the work of this company. They canceled my ticket without explaining why. And the next day I found the same ticket being sold for a higher amount.
